I appreciate the work these gentlemen did. I arrived at my appointment time and they were ready for the job. Unexpectedly at the time of my appointment they also were receiving their oil truck delivery. They explained that it would take a little longer to service my vehicle because of the delivery. I explained to them that I had to leave by a certain time because I was leaving town that morning. They said not a problem and took care of my oil change and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes.

I have been going to this Brake Check for the past 6 years. They have always taken good care of me. Johnny was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the best options to me. Service was quick and I was able to continue enjoying this beautiful day.

Super impressed with the customer service I received today for the very first time! I was hesitant about coming back to this location. I slipped and fell on my last visit and no one there expressed any concerns. Well my experience with Johnny almost made up for it! He has superb customer service! Old school customer service that you don t see anymore! I ll be back complete the work on my vehicle because of how I was treated today.

Do not go to this establishment! I am a woman who went to get my vehicles brakes checked and replaced. My vehicle was checked and the first thing I was asked was if I had a husband they could talk to as if I m not able to make decisions for my own vehicle. I said sure I ll call my husband. My husband denied the rotors but approved the sensors and brake pads. When I asked the price for the rotors he said I m sorry but I can not do anything you say , I can only do what your husband approved . I received my vehicle with brake lights still on and traction light on. I went back inside to ask why and he said the sensors were not put in because we don t have them in stock but I recommend you call bmw and go in person because it s cheaper if you buy them , they will charge me more money. He also said that the traction light is on because your car was elevated while work is being done. I believed him because I thought he was a decent person but I was wrong . During this time I was not informed that the sensors were out of stock, I m guessing because I m a woman and I have no say or decision as to what is being done or not done. I left the facility without arguing because I felt like I was being gaslit. My husband took my car back in today and what this man said is you denied the sensors . My husband left angry that this brake check manger put words in his mouth. He left the facility and took it to another brake check. The results astonished me !!! Brake check on gulfgate left my brake fluid sensor unplugged and that is why my traction light on. They lied about what my husband approved and or declined. They made me feel less for being woman and assuming that I am uneducated. They did not inform me that sensors were out of stock until they returned my car and I had to go back and ask. Brake check corporate I hope you handle this issue as you should. I will be waiting for a call.

This Brake Check is top notch. The customer service was exceptional. This was my first time here and they took good care of me from start to finish. It's $20 off of your first oil change and then 50% off your next visit. Awesome place...highly recommend!!!

Went to this location for my 3rd time.Gulfgate area for an oil change and all was quick and done professionally.Johnny was really professional.In and out 20 minutes at the longest .Great Service.No problems at all.

I appreciate everything they done for me they redid my alignment and redid the balance on my tires I would like to thank Mr Johnny and his crew he was very respectful man and he understands what was going on with my car with no problems

Very helpful; went for a brake inspection and got great advice for other repairs i have left on my car. Which is amazing cause i dont know much about cars so whenever they showed me the extra issue i had i put 2 and 2 together and know how a perfect car is supposed to look like. Good customer service I would definitely go back anytime something is wrong with my car.

I'm not sure if it was just an off day, but after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes and being repeatedly told I'd be helped soon, I ended up booking an alignment appointment online during that wait, only to face further delays before they finally took my keys. While running errands at a nearby store, they called asking for my wheel lock key, which left me somewhat perplexed, but I complied. They then informed me that they had inspected my brake pads and provided a quote for a full brake job, which was a surprise since I had come in for an alignment. After everything was settled and I had paid, I realized upon leaving that I hadn't received any before and after documentation for the alignment. When I inquired about this, I was told the printer was down and the technician hadn't taken any photos but did give me paperwork on the brake job quote. They offered to redo the alignment if I returned, but it would mean another 45-minute wait. Total time according to paperwork my car was in the bay an hour from them taking my brakes apart to inspect them putting them back on and doing my alignment.

My brakes went out at 7 am. Brake Check was a few blocks away. Fast inspection. Quality work and I was back on the road by 8:30 am. Thanks

Went on 2/27 to get an alignment done but it was left worst than how it came it. My steering wheel is crooked and my car pulls in all directions and my tires started screeching after I left the shop.

Johnny the manager came outside to greet me & find out services I was seeking. He was very knowledgeable & professional. He took his time explaining questions I had. He made recommendations but I never felt pressured. Cedric was very efficient as well. I had a few services done. They got me in & out in a timely manner.
