Went in for tire replacement and alignment. Service took less time than expected. Communication was great. Tech even sent pictures of process of vehicle maintenance. Overall experience was great. Will definitely only use and recommend this location in the future.

Ive brought my BMWs to several of the dealerships in Houston and BMW North is by far the best. My appointments are always on time and I'm greeted and taken care of the moment I arrive. My advisor Adrian keeps me informed of the progress of my vehicle with timely updates..I really appreciate that. The waiting area is very comfortable and you are provided with great snacks and refreshments. I come from inside the loop and its TOTALLY worth the drive!!

BMW North of Houston provided excellent service. Every person I interacted with was polite, professional, kind, and offered their service with a smile. My service manager Jordan was accommodating , listened , and offered the best service. I was amazed when I received a video from the mechanic giving me a virtual review of my car and showing me the excellent work they did. I highly recommend BMW North of Houston. They have redefined the meaning of superb service!!

I had a very okay experience. Definitely not great, but not horrible. In total they had my car for approximately 3 weeks. Repairs were done properly for the most part. My only issue is the major lack of communication this service center has with their customers. My Service Advisor, Cassey, did not meet with me when I dropped my car off, nor did she meet me when I picked my car up and PAID for the repairs. I repeatedly texted her to call me during the repair process so I can get an update, and instead I would get a text message reply a day later. In the 3 weeks they had my car, I didn't receive a single phone call from them. Calling the dealership doesn't work either as the operator will always say they're busy and they'll call you back. Everything was done over text, which does not allow any room for discussion. Besides, I got my work done and my car back so I can't complain too much. Just be careful if you schedule an appointment here.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from the dealership, and when I got it home, there was a problem with the back up camera. I brought it in to be diagnosed and repaired. Cassey Monroe was the coordinator handling the repairs and helping to push it through in an expeditious manner. The Technician was very quick with the repair and had it back to me in a couple of hours. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. They treated me respectfully and kept me informed the whole time. A+++ Team!

Sure my agent was very attentive, accommodating and professional. He made feel like I was in the right place. I can't remember the lovely lady who helped me prior to being assigned to Rafa but she was an absolute pleasure to have gotten me acquainted with the dealership. Truly a pleasurable experience.

I strongly recommend BMW of North Houston for all your service needs. The service team especially Jordan rendered excellent customer service. Jordan is very professional and knowledgeable and will guide you in your service needs. I can t say enough for him and the mechanic(s) who serviced my I8. Great job!

The process of getting approved through claims did take some time, and I was able to call claims every day to make sure they were on track. The issue I have is with Alex, the service specialist that I was assigned to when I dropped the car off. I was expecting to have Alex respond to me at least that morning or sometime that day because I dropped it off very early in the morning, and he was not there. A whole day I was passed before Alex called me. I had to reach out to him and ask him if he had already called the claims or warranty company to start the process at that part. He had not, so I came the next day and announced I had to sit there so he could make the call to the warranty company so they could start to approve the claim process, which already knew what takes some time due to the amount it would have to be. The communication process after that with Alex was nonexistent; I followed up with the warranty company. Every day when the warranty was approved, I didn't know that by Alex. I knew that by the warranty company because I contacted them at 4 PM that day. It was approved, but it was approved earlier that day. Once I called Alex and got a hold of him, he advised me the claim was approved.I knew that that morning, so that was nothing new to me. Explain to Alex that I live in Dallas. I was only here on vacation, so I will be heading back to Dallas and leaving the car here, which was already a lot because I had to rent a car. No loaners were available, but I needed to know when to return so I did not have additional charges for a rental. That's where the communication issue starts as well. People are on a time crunch, but we're also trying to make sure that we're watching our money while our car is being repaired to make sure that we have enough to get it out. I'm not sure if he forgot multiple times, I'm not sure if he didn't try, but I can tell you that the customer service I got was horrible. When and if I move to Houston, I will not use BMW of Houston as a source for any service or buy any additional BMW products or cars.

Everything was great. Hamza my service rep was outstanding. He was able to find a way to save me money on my service, as well as being friendly and very professional. My car was not only repaired, but washed and shined like new.

Horrible ServiceScheduled a 9am appoint with the Service Dept. I took off from work...and BMW (North) wasted my whole Day.I spent most of my Day calling the Service Dept. leaving multiple messages trying to reach the Agent assigned to my car that day. She never returned my calls. I finally got thru and she sent a message that she would explain when I got there.My car was returned to me after 4pm with the same issues I took it in for, my key Fob still didn't work, plus they generally wash (rinse) customer cars when the work is completed. Not in this case.I brought the matter to the attention of a Service Supervisor thinking he would recognize the Service Agent' s neglect.The first thing he asked me was did I plan to keep the car? Then he simply made excuses for her and said I'll look into what happen.The main reason I took my car in _was neglected and no reasonable explanation for being overlooked was ever given. I just feel like, I wasn't important enough for BMW to give me their full attention.I drive an older model with excellent driving performance. In fact the only thing wrong with my PAID-OFF car is the defective plastics parts BMW uses on their vehicles.I have melted handles, broken Window Regulator, dysfunctional door lock Actuator, cracking exterior window seals. Anything plastic on this car...I've already had to repair or currently needs replacing.Still, I work hard for my money too. I should not have to lose a day of work only to be ignored, dismissed, and made to feel unworthy of fair Service.

I had belts replaced at the suggestion of the service rep while my vehicle was having other service completed. After completion drove the vehicle home. 2 days later, drove the vehicle and the AC was blowing hot air. Drove the vehicle home, opened the hood and noticed the AC compressor belt was missing. Contacted the dealership and arranged to return the vehicle for service the next day. Long story short, the AC belt was incorrectly put on and came apart and also damaged the drive belt. If that belt had come apart while I was driving the vehicle, it could have caused quite a bit of damage or created an unsafe situation especially during highway driving.The dealership replaced both of the belts, however I would like to have seen them do more for the inconvenience.

I have been dealing with this location since I purchased my first BMW in 2018 and the customer service as well as service has tremendously declined. I received my inspection sticker and license plates and was called to come and retrieve them. Once I arrived at the service department, I had to wait in my car for about 5-7 minutes until someone came over to help me. When I finally received service, I asked if my sticker and license plates could be replaced. I was told to go out and purchase a razor blade to replace my inspection sticker and I was also told that they would only be replacing the back license plates and the front one can just go in my front window. Excuse me? Why is this acceptable conversation?Another instance where I had to take me vehicle to be serviced for an oil change. I waited almost 4 hours just to have an oil leak 2 weeks later. I ve NEVER experienced an oil leak in my entire history of owning a BMW. When I called to make an appointment I was told to bring my car in and tell them it s urgent. When I immediately went for service, I was told that there was nothing that could be done and was basically dismissed. I am extremely disappointed at this location. I honestly hate knowing I have to deal with such mediocre service for such a high end dealership.
