The customer service I received was really good. I called wanting an estimate for repairing the big splash guard thing underneath my car. Lucy said she'd call me back and indeed she did with a reasonable price. She also kept me updated on the mechanics time available. The job was done really quickly and Ricky explained everything in detail about what he did.

This company has great customer service! I received an oil change today in a timely manner, and the inside of my car was vacuumed clean! The front desk clerk was extremely courteous and gave me complimentary water without my asking! The employees who changed my oil and cleaned the inside of my car were also polite, respectful , and helpful! I will definitely return for my next oil change!

The service was very professional, from the office to the mechanics. I was kept well informed from start to finish on the processes being taken to service my car. The service was very detailed and the mechanic made sure he checked every detail of what I brought my car in for.The front desk service was very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. We rented a Mercedes from BLVD rental while visiting Houston and we loved it! The customer service was amazing, they were efficient and super friendly. Our car was very nice, clean, and BLVD truly made our trip even more enjoyable. It was so nice to be able to drive a luxury vehicle during our stay! 10/10 would recommend!

my brake system was loosing pressure and BLVD went above and beyond in having it fixed as well as inspecting my vehicle to ensure there were no other issues with it. Definitely had a great customer care experience there. 5

These are the worst people I have ever accounted. They refuse to give me my money back after paying for a service they did not even do. I am already with talks with my lawyer on planning on suing Tim & Naomi!! They are so unprofessional
