The sign says it all, "NO WAITING". The best State Inspection experience ever!I was greeted immediately. The service was prompt, friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. No upsale tactics. This is the place to go if you value your time and appreciate excellent customer service. Well done BIG STICKER TEAM!

Went to get car inspected and Stefan was amazing. The service was quick and he was very polite. I did not have to wait and inspection was done in less then 20 min.

There's a lot of sticker shops around here but I've used this Big Sticker location the last two years. Courteous (come out and meet you at your vehicle), friendly and efficient (fast). All you can ask for!

Man!!!! I popped in and out in 10 minutes. So fast I didnt catch the awesome guy who inspected my sweet ride. This is exactly why I will go back once a year. Great, quick polite service. Love it.

I took my church van here for vehicle inspection on 2.21 and the staff was efficient and courteous. It took me about 5 min. for the process to be completed. I would recommend you to use Big Sticker to handle your vehicle's inspection.

Went there this morning and Mr. Steven Cooper assisted me. He was very patient as I had to look for my info he needed to inspect my explorer. He explained to me how things would be a little different to covid! He was very friendly and was up beat! He provided excellent service! Way to go Steven! Keep up the good work!! There should be more Steven s in this world!

This is my location of choice. Every time I come here they're Straight Shooters and they're super super fast. Joel gave me a tour of my bulbs that were out and showed me how to change them. He went the extra mile versus trying to sell me something. I really appreciate that

The best inspection place I ever went to! They are courteous, fast and professional. If something is wrong they will tell you beforehand and not charge, giving you a chance to fix it, then come back.

I had to jump through hoops to prove I had insurance after showing him 2 Allstate insurance cards (printed from my home printer) and after having my account spread eagle to the guy (The cops would have accepted those as proof I know this as fact) he inspected my car and it failed due to monitors not ready. That is understandable after I thought about it because I live near this shop (she needed more time to "warm up" IDK). Planned better, drove further and passed inspection at another shop.

This place is awesome!! I was immediately greeted and my inspection took about 10 minutes. FASTEST and most customer service friendly inspection I ever had. Big Sticker has definitely gained a customer for life

1st inspection in Houston for us, but the fastest and friendliest ever anywhere. Usually I have to wait around an hour or two, but here it was only a matter of minutes. In and out. I'll be coming back every time I have to.

Always GREAT customer service. Every year for the past 6 yrs. Never a problem
