Can t say enough GREAT things about this place!! My son and I rebuilt the front end on his car and needed an alignment after. We got there at 8pm, the 2 gentleman there got us in, were super polite, very personable, and as an amateur mechanic myself, I saw they did an excellent job without cutting corners. Will be definitely taking my other vehicles there from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I love the customer service.. I went to get my 4 tires replaced, when I say this people are quick? Best believe me. I showed up at 8:30pm and by 9pm I was out. Good thing they stay open till 10pm. I would highly recommend this place if you want your tires fixed or any other services they offer. Overall was a great experience.

What a great tire shop with great services.I got 4 brand new tires with 50k miles warranty. Wonderful customer service. They also inspected my brakes and advised my to change my brakes soon. Besong,( the owner ) is a great person. Always smiling and friendly. I had a bent wheel, he repair it in less than 30 minutes. Very timely service . I will go back there any time. Very clean shop.

Do not go here. Crooked shop you should not trust. I came it to get two rear tires replaced on a Toyota Tundra. I think the owner was the one helping me. He brought out a tire with good tread on it and told me he has two available and can sell the tires for $100 each. I questioned why so cheap he said because he wants to do me a favor due to holidays.Tire cost for my tundra usually run $150 per tire. I took a quick look at the tire he was holding and noticed a tire plug in it.I told him to his face that he lied to me and tried to sell me a used tire. It wasn't about the cost. If he would have the reason he is discounting the tire to $100 is because it is used, I would have been ok with it. But lying to a new customer that it's a new tire and he's selling at a discount due to holidays is a different story.

I consider Besong Auto Tires the number one in both New and Used Tires. Their Used tire la look like new. I bought a tire and fixed my rim from them. I went and bumped the rim again. I came back to Besong, and he replaced the tire and fixed my rim all for free. Customer service is number one. Very clean environment with friendly people. I will go back anytime i need tires of fixed rim to Besong Auto stores Inc. Thank you Besong.

Wow Saturday night with flat tire it is not longer a problem. Eben is the hero of the night instead to fix it I just bought four for excellent price, excellent music, excellent service, professional and always with a smile Besong Auto Tires is the best place to buy or fix your tires I am more than happy I live close by, highly recommended place

My Anniversary was on March 13,2024 I called on the phone and asked for a new tire for a 2015 ford F-150, the owner answered right away and told me he had the new tire available and asked how long I would be I was already at a tire shop directly in front of his so it took no time for me to get to his,, soon as I got there The LIAR came straight to my car and told me had to go get the tire from his warehouse that was 20 minutes away,, I was very upset and mad explaining that I had to be at the airport for my flight he DID NOT CARE he bargained with me promising it would take him no more than 15-20 minutes to be there and back as I was talking with him I already had the tire to be fixed on the back of my other truck he gave it to the guy immediately to secure the payment,, he took over 55 minutes ,, I had his employee call him 2 times as he kept lying saying he was 3 minutes away, the second time I went to ask him to call again the man was still lying saying he was at the light, it took him 20 minutes to put my tire on the rim once I got home and put the tire on I noticed the tire drove wopped sided, I called him and told him and he told me it was because I had a bent rim but didn t tell me until I called him which was a lie how ever I won t be back cause a Man that would lie , would still and kill, he is a fraud and it s no good business to be lying to women to get what you want he charged me 190 for the tire and before he could even put it on the rim he brought me in the office to pay right away and had not even started on the tire as long as it took him! Bottom line the man at this company is a liar like all the other people stated it is not a coincidence and I want my 190 for that faulty tire he sold me even if it mean pressing my own charges I won t be played with by this compulsive Liar of a man. What a shame!

This shop is rhe best tire shop i have been to in Houston. Rheir custormer service it great. Their used tires look like new and is vwry good for the price. Very clean sho�. I will go there anytime I need tire or mexjanical services.

I had such a pleasant experience with Mr. Besong. I bought a used tire in very good condition and was in and out in less than 15 minute. Very nice guy!!

Called to ask for price to get tires aligned on my truck. They gave a price. Get to the store and they say the truck won't fit on the equipment. Seriously? Smh Dude wasn't even dressed to work. He had dress clothes on. Really? I guess he was feeling lazy that day. I would give a zero stars if I could.

I requested an alignment, and a used tire from this establishment. After I got it, my car was jerking aggressively. When I presented the problem to the establishment, the gentleman laughed in my face and said I can t have a refund and there is no mechanic present to fix it for me. Highly dissatisfied.

I wouldn't recommend coming here. I went there and asked for 2 of the same tire that I had already , they gave me 2 big tires instead. They didn't say they didn't have my size tire. They said they would switch out tires, so it'll be even on both sides. And in the process they bent my rim and blamed me. Bad customer service, believe me, I won't be back. I suggest you just go to a name brand tire shop. At least they guarantee their work.

Took my car, Bubblegum for a tire rotation and an alignment. Nice people here. Very fast and efficient. They are also reasonably priced. My car is 13 years old, and they have her running smoothly.

These guys are truly amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect. My first time there. I need 3 tires and needed to get an alignment at the same time. I could've gone across town to get them cheaper but I would be wasting gas. I am glad I stopped there. Look these guys up for Tires &wheels etc.

Over priced. $50 for a tire patch. Make sure you have EXACT change because they don't give change back because they keep it as a tip.
