New to Houston so I looked up a local shop that specialized in foreign cars. My Mercedes needed a basic service and I am so glad I found this place. I called the shop beforehand and they were able to get my car in immediately. My service was done in such a timely manner. The service advisor, Sam was incredibly helpful and I really appreciate how he showed me exactly which services my car needed and broke down all the prices for me before I even left the place. He even makes sure to give you a call a little before your car is done to start heading toward the shop. When I picked up my car, I realized they also gave it a full exterior wash and the interior was vacuumed and spotless which was so unexpected and incredibly appreciated! I will absolutely be coming back to Benz by Blair for all my car needs and 100% recommend to any Mercedes owners.

I have had the best experiences with this Company. I prefer to have my car serviced and repaired here over Sewell ANY time! Sam is knowledgeable and polite. He communicates very well and I ve never had to call to check the status of my vehicle because I am notified every step. I was having an issue with the smell of fuel in my cabin upon starting. The dealership said that this was a common problem with my model and not to worry. I took it to Benz by Blair and was informed that I had a fuel leak!! They have been the only shop I ve been to ever since.

We are a Mercedes Family for Decades. I always love working with my service advisor, Sam at Benz By Blair. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at communication from his explanations of the service to what services may be needed to even timing his message for my car pickup so I arrive right after it s been cleaned and ready for me to drive off. I really appreciate his extra efforts to make sure we re all well-informed, comfortable, and satisfied. Best ever!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Mannnnnnn Go see Sam if your black period if you have a nice car Mercedes / Audi whatever I had a grate serviceI have a 2010 E550 150k miles 1 owner paid 4 ! Sam fixed my suspension asap!!! He s real honest ! He even will check a car out for you b4 you buy! It .I ve seen him check women s carsAn tell them the truth about it b4 a purchase . He s the real Deal !Had excellent service Grate warrantyEven got a credit card thro him my credit went up. Lol :)He washed the car an all. I ve never seen anything like it .. I was shocked Dude is awesome I had all 4 air Matic bags suspension done / and a new batteryAnd that was first battery change in 10-11years On the E550 Mercedes make the best or nothing machines .Thanks too SAm @ Benz of Belair I can ride again ! I m coming back soon .My other benz an my friends new cls63 2012 have small coolant leaks . So we will be popping up on ya our off days thanks Service: Steering & suspension repair

Do not go here, he s a scammer!!Took my Mercedes c300 there, it was just spark plugs, coil and maybe one other issue, I paid him 2700$ only for him to call me and say my car has 4 cylinders and he can t put I think the spark plug (can t remember name) in the 4th cylinder, and if he does it s up to me to buy a new cylinder head cause it ll break it, being scared I told him not to. Cause obviously the only option he gave me was nowhere near helpful, I took his advice paid him, only for my car to be the way it was when I dropped it. Fast foward, after getting my car from benz by Blair, I took the Mercedes to Benz sugar land, the towing was free, they were able to replace the cylinder 4 that this man couldn t do, and held my car for months without harassing me to come pick it up like benz by Blair did, moral of the story is go to actual dealership, they re cheaper than benz by Blair, and you can hold them liable if the car wasn t done to your standard, but benz by Blair won t take any criticisms you give him about your car, he just wants to get paid, thanks for scamming me over 2700$, I m wiser to know not to go to you again.Edit for your reply samm, read well again. I never mentioned they changed the cylinder head, rather they changed the spark plug on the cylinder 4 that you couldn t do. Overall you can t do your job well, which is why Mercedes was able to fix all the issues and tow it to their shop for just 1900$ meanwhile you charged me 2700$. Just do better with your business, if you can t fix let them know, instead of lying about the issue of the car, like having to replace cylinder head, which Mercedes never mentioned, my car was fixed at Mercedes sugarland, fast, cheaper, and they let me come pay after 2 months, as I was broker from paying benz by Blair 2700$ already

My husband and I have been going to see Sam at Benz by Blair since 2017 - He has been managing the repairs and maintenance for both of our Mercedes and we couldn't be more pleased with his service - He is an expert - extremely knowledgeable and committed to ensuring his customers are 100% satisfied. His work ethic is impressive.It is very important to note that Sam's staff are the top in their field - very thorough - extremely efficient - and have successfully diagnosed issues that no one else could figure out.We trust Sam implicitly and greatly appreciate his honesty and transparency. He is an effective communicator - very straightforward in explaining things - and ensures his clients have the information they need to make good decisions about their vehicle. Our safety is his priority, and we follow his recommendations every time.I currently have 114,000 miles on my Mercedes and with Sam's support, I expect to be driving it for many years to come!

Best Mercedes repair shop in Houston-hands down! Honest work at better than dealership prices! The tech, Hector, is very reliable and DOES THE JOB RIGHT. I ve been going there the last 3 years and wont go anywhere else. 100% recommend.

Recently purchased a used Mercedes GLE 350 with 82K miles. It had A9 service overdue message on the dash. After a lot of research, decided to try Benz By Blair for maintenance, and am really happy with the experience at BBB! Met Sam, a very nice and friendly person who knows about Mercedes. He provided very quick diagnosis. I setup an appointment for the next day. He did a detailed inspection of the vehicle, gave me a report on its current status and did all the maintenance required for A9. He kept updating me throughout the process. Very competitive prices. Response to Sam Hass reply 7/25/2023-- one very important question for you Sam? Were you aware that the A/C in your courtesy car was not working? You instructed your driver to turn the A/C on so it could be cool for the courtesy ride you offered me. The car was burning up and the A/C was not working and had for been working. Integrity is high on the list for me.In closing, i rated you according to my experience and i stand behind it.WOW! please don't sign any paperwork for repairs. If someone gives you a blank service repair invoice without a detailed description of the work being done don't sign it. The attorney General office for the State of Texas has some car repair tips on their website. You should not assume that a friendly verbal agreement will get your car fixed without arguments, lawsuits, or repossessions. Sam Hass must put everything in writing upfront. The state of Texas requires that work is approved and finished before you pay. In closing God does not approve of deceitful business practices and Krama always cash in.

He did not try to sell me anything additional, which I appreciate. This place is absolutely amazing. He has the best prices ever does exceptional work in a timely manner. He also use s Mercedes parts. I m a college student with low funds ! I googled Benz by Blair and read the great reviews and decided to give the company a try. I scheduled an appointment and received my quote in like 15 minutes then I was able to receive a loaner car as well. The prices were way cheaper than the dealer ship and saved me $500 or even more! I love that they took less than 24 hours to do my service! That is amazing the dealership took 2 days to diagnose my car. I got a service B and all brakes and rotors replaced. So far so good. I loved the complimentary wash and vacuum,I didn t even have to request for it. Awesome work guys thank you so much for the quick efficient service you have a long time customer.

I was tired of getting ripped off by the Mercedes dealership. I did a quick google search and found Benz by Blair. My car needed basic service as well as new brake pads and rotors. I took my car to this shop and was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Sam. He ran me through what needed to get done and how much it would charge (GREAT PRICES!). He was very professional and got my car back to me in a timely manner. I don't remember the last time that I wrote a review for a service, but Benz by Blair definitely deserves one. The shop offer excellent work, uses original OEM parts and delivers what they promise, on time. My interaction with Sam, the shop manager, was very professional. I appreciate his honesty and straightforward manner. He leveled with me and told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and saved me from spending money on unnecessary repairs.You will not get the fancy cookies and coffee that you get at MB dealership but you will absolutely get honest, quality service at a fraction of the cost of a dealership. I have had my car serviced twice with Sam. Since the first time I talked to him, he was very straight forward and honest about pricing for parts and cost of Labor. He shows a genuine care for his customers and wants us to leave completely satisfied with their service. They definitely provide a top of the line service at a great price. My car needs and maintenance will definitely stay here.

I recently moved near this place and needed to get my mercedes oil leak repaired. I called and visited the shop for a diagnostic he told me it would cost $300 to look at the vehicle. I asked him if it would be applied towards the bill if i get the work done and he said no but he will give me $100 off. That is extremely high i thought to myself but told him ok lets do it. I left the car and went home to await a call to hear about the condition of the vehicle. He called later that day with results and the total bill come up to over $2500. I agreed to pay and he replied he needed a week to get the work done. I waited a week and he called me to come get the car and pay my bill. I arrived and paid. Got in the car and drove literally 5 mins away and the car broke down in this 108 degrees Houston Texas heat. I was extremely upset. I called him to alert him of the car condition and he told me to call a tow truck and bring the car back. I did and that cost me $125 bucks. He came up with every excuse in the book. I could not believe what i was hearing to my face after taking $2500 from and and returning it with a car not repaired. He wanted me to pay additional $1300 for him to fully repair the car. Secondly the mechanic came out front and said they he told the owner that the car should leave on a tow truck and not be driven off. So this man called me to come get my car. Charge me $2500 and watch my drive off with a broken vehicle which broke down 5 mins later and left me stranded on the side of the road awaiting a tow truck which cost another $125.00. Long story short my car is now at another repair shop getting the work done that I paid him for. I took my time writing this review because its important that I help other people. I've been going to the dealership since i bought my car 5 years ago, a 2013 c350 coupe. The dealer has steadily increase their charge through out the years on service i have done regularly, i don't mind paying a little extra for the peace of mind of getting my car serviced with quality. But when I am getting charged $100-500 extra on each service i needed, is when they finally lost my business.I decided to give Benz by Blair, a try. They specialized on Mercedes and their reviews seemed legit. I talked to Sam over the phone, he gave me a quote of around how much it was going to be on which i agreed to come drop the car off. The front office looks a bit outdated but served its purpose. The garage in the back was big roomy, tidy and clean. The whole ordeal was pleasant and i really didn't have much of a concern. When i received my car back the next day, all the services i needed were done correctly and timely with a fair price(oil change, pads and rotors, ac blower motor and regulator replacements). As of right now these guys got my future services and I am pretty happy about the outcome, thank you.

As a first time Mercedes owner.. I was surprised with the prices at the dealership. I was told something was wrong but doubted the diagnostic. Went down the street to Benz by Blair and their prices were a third of what the dealership priced. They lifted my car and showed me exactly what was wrong (dealership was wrong). They kept me informed on everything and priced exactly how they said they would.Paul was GREAT to work with. He even had me drive around with the mechanic so I could show him what was wrong. Definitely coming back. Customer service was above excellent and I never once felt like I was being screwed. Thank you Paul! I'll definitely be back

I would definitely recommend this place. Mr. Sam was very nice. This establishment is very professional and honest. I received the service B on my Mercedes ML 350 and the price was affordable. I received a shuttle ride to and from work. I also received a complementary car wash and vacuum. Another thing they are very organized and clean. If you need service on your vehicle please choose Benz by Blair you will not be disappointed

Took my car to have a Check engine light diagnostic done and I m please to say Sam and his team did a awesome job scanning the car and servicing any issues that needed addressing in a timely and professional manner. Upon completion my vehicle was detailed and the price was reasonable for the work that was done. Just wanna say thanks Sam and crew for a job well done no more dealership for this satisfied customer!
