You ever have that feeling of giving up. Well I was almost at that point when I stumbled upon Bemer motors. The condition of their used cars were top tier. Daniel was polite and very informative. Didn t bs me, kept it short and simple. He allowed me time to configure my next move and even worked off the clock to get me approved! I really appreciate him and Bemer Motor Carsfor getting me in my first BMW!!! This was the perfect birthday gift! I am definitely recommending everyone to come to Bemer Motor Cars! Thanks again!

Best customer experience I ve ever had at an auto repair shop. Junior has professional and personable. The car looks perfect and was turned around in within the original timeframe. They even detailed it inside and out making it look newer than the day I bought it. Price for the repair was very reasonable. I ll definitely be back for repairs and maintenance.

I was in need of a used vehicle for my youngest daughter. I had a price range with a target amount in mind.I spoke with sales and management together they helped me hit my target and stay within budget.Also there were a few things that would make the vehicle more dependable and safer for use. These were addressed without hesitation.I met the whole team and they made me feel like family.I will be glad to purchase from Bemer Motors again.

Bemer Motor Cars was recommended to me by a fellow employee when I leased a BMW over 30 years ago, and I have never looked back. Since then, they have taken care of all my family's cars including a Honda, Suburban, Expedition, and, of course, my numerous BMW's, and will take care of any future cars owned. I have also purchased several used BMW's which have been fabulous cars and am currently driving one now. They do it all! They provide excellent service, and I trust them completely. Julian and his crew are the best, and you can always depend on them to do it right the first time. I recommend them whenever I can, and I have never been disappointed.

I brought in my car for some work after my parked car was hit by an unknown car outside of my house. Bemer provided a quote quickly and completed the work within a week and a half, which was the timeline they quoted me. I enjoyed my interaction with the Bemer staff and would recommend them to anyone needing body work.

Wonderful family business and they do the job right. True to their word on selling a car, even when needed over the phone and when in high demand. Solid repair work and body shop on top. Julian and Ismael were responsive and organized in answering questions and not selling anything unneeded, getting the job done quickly and right!

Bemer is great as usual. This was my 3rd vehicle purchased from them and they have always been so helpful, courteous and friendly. It's definitely a family like atmosphere. When my Range Rover only had the one key, Ishmael even offered to get my second key ordered, and when it comes in he will reprogram to my Range Rover for me. Thanks again Daniel & Ishmael.

I have been taking my car to Bemer since I bought it in 2008. The folks at Bemer are car lovers and it shows. They are friendly, interested, and most importantly good at what they do. Always an awesome experience! My car looks and runs great because of them.

This is a bad business. Julian will tell you anything to get you out of his face. They absolutely do not appreciate your time. You WILL be skipped for repair service. They do not have basics such as tires in stock. The owner is running for mayor, and this business is suffering because of it. I have threatened to leave a review multiple times, but today is the last straw. Hand shakes do not fix bad service, incompetent service, service tasks forgotten. This business appears like things are ran in chaos. No organization. The only positive part of the visits are the desk ladies. Very unfortunate, definitely do not recommend this place to purchase a luxury car. You deserve better, as far as service. The car is actually not a bad carEven though I did not appreciate the service, I came in to utilize the free oil labor guaranteed to me when I purchased the car. A big reason why purchased the car. Due to the review above, I was denied the free oil change labor by Julian, himself. (Even after I had given the staff my keys and was given documentation to complete the service). Julian say, delete the review and then we will service your car. Wow!! What a guy. He would like for no body to know the experience I went through and my opinion about his service in order to allow him to take my money I will gladly pay full rate oil changes at a true luxury car dealership and never come back here again. Dad may be getting a little old for the job . I feel sorry for the pleasant desk ladies.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I didn t realize I used the wrong account so here is my name. I called them to speak with a manager or the owner since he said in my review that they try and do the right thing. They called me a couple hours later. Spoke to Ismail and I appreciate the apologies but I am just extremely frustrated with my purchaseSo I bought an a3 last November. Noticed some oil leaking after a few days of driving. (I drive about 25 miles a day so no long drives) I called them about it and the guy offered to ship me a 15$ part when I explicitly told him it was not the diverter valve.The rear main seal went out a week after purchase. 4k in repairs.Brakes and rotors were on its last limb. 1kTires had little to no treadCar had dents everywhere that they seemed to have forgotten to show me.Ignition switch started going bad and now I can t even drive my car bc it s locked up.I can appreciate that they called me and apologized but I still feel like I ve been cheated.

Fair dealing and good follow-up by salesman Roger. Purchased car sight unseen (FaceTime walk around) and shipped to me a couple states away. All was represented honestly and transparently. . Would recommend.

Everyone is very kind the customer service is great, and they have been very accommodating. They truly made the process of buying a car easy which I can appreciate.

I was test driving a used car from a different lot and brought it by Bemer to get a buyers inspection done. They found that the frame of the car was in poor condition and saved me a ton of money and headaches in the future. I worked with Junior and he was incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

I bought an used car and 4 new tires from Bemer, they always washed my vehicle when it was in for service, also they have plugged a flat on tire for free when the puncture was too close to the edge. Julian and his sons always try to do good job to take care of their customers. Thanks!

My experience with Bemer was outstanding. First, they did an excellent job repairing the bumper of my Infiniti. Second, they were efficient with my time, courteous, engaging and thoughtful. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a car repaired, especially foreign luxury vehicles.

Daniel and the whole Bemer sales team were great in my purchasing experience. Daniel personally spent some time searching my financing options with many lenders to help find an interest rate almost half what I was the first rate! They were very accommodating on fixing some small issues on the vehicle and the price was more than fair for the market. I searched over 6 dealerships for my cargo van and nobody gave near the personal touch as these guys.

Bemer is a very trustworthy dealership! They took care of me after my car was totalled in a hit-and-run, and Daniel helped me get into a nice car. I had some hiccups that they could have take advantage of, but they worked with me, and both Julian and Daniel were very nice to do business with. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I bought a Land Rover Range Rover from them in 2022 for a decent price and had them ship it to me. Problems started immediately:1. I had to replace the tires because they had been patched with a plug too close to the edge.2. They supposedly had an independent inspection done, then fixed the an "Adaptive dynamic fault" error. Within two months of buying the vehicle my air suspension failed (cost to repair was >$2000).3. Stock skid plates under the engine and transfer case were missing. Cost to replace >$5004. Car was not accident free as claimed by Bemer Motor Cars - the front apron had been smashed and bolted back on with random fasteners. The grill was cracked. The front passenger side fog light housing was glued back in place without even replacing the bulb.5. Only sent one after market key fob, and without a mechanical key to unlock the door. Cost to get a new key > $250I've also come to learn that an insurance claim of more than $7000 was filed on the car despite Bemer Motor Cars telling me it was a clean, accident-car.Lesson learned - do not buy a car online and expect Bemer Motor Cars to be honest and disclose the truth. They did help cover the cost of replacing two tires but the non-disclosure of the accident, subsequent poor repair job and issues with the suspension went unaddressed.

I got my stunning car from Bemer Houston, I am happy with my purchase. I do think they carry amazing used inventory and are selective with their picks, since it is a used exotic car I take really good take care of it and don t drive it a ton of miles a day, I love my car so much, I do want to say communication could be better but either way what matters at the end is that you get a good car and that s what they can offer so thank you!

I was @ my witts end. Houston, TX is too BIG not to have a vehicle. I was being railroaded by another mechanic. Jr. was highly recommended to me. After evaluating my car, Jr explained to me in layman's term what was wrong with my vehicle. The price was affordable. I had my car back in 3 days. Thanks Jr and the friendly staff @ Bemer Motor Cars. Putstandung service!!

I took my car in to be repaired everyone was professional and friendly, I got my car back in a week and it was detailed on the inside and the collision body work was immaculate could not tell where the previous damage was. Thank you to Julian and all at Bemer motors excellent job!

Getting state inspection was a bit of a wait but JR, helped me out and quick and super fast service!! If Jr would have started with my car to begin with I would ve been in and out in under 20 mins! My 1st time here but if everyone is fast as JR yes I would definitely be back!! Seems like a great asset to the community!!

Went in for a state inspection, service was very good! I was greeted before I could walk inside the door and the wait was no longer than 15-20 minutes total. They also were about to close so I m glad I was able to get squeezed in and it not be a problem! Will definitely be back in the future.

Bemer Motor Cars did an absolutely flawless job fixing my fender bender. Additionally Julian Martinez & Junior, the owner & his son, were solicitous and bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend BMC & will use their services in the future as needed.

I ve been taking my 2015 BMW 435i here for service for nearly a year, and the service is excellent. This indy shop has convenient hours (open until 4 pm on Sat s), uses OEM parts, and warranties its parts and service for 2 years at half the price of BMW dealerships in the Houston area. I highly recommend this shop to service your BMW.
