Curtis was my advisor here for service and I can't rave enough about this place or him. Such down to earth people who remember who you are even after just one call and you didn't even buy your car at this location. Professional, communication was amazing with keeping me updated and helping answer so many questions and doubts. I'm from Florida and I've bought cars there and here (Planet Ford) and I can say this is the place I'll keep coming back to because of the excellent service I was provided with. My concerns were heard and addressed without being dismissed as many service writers do....like they say everything is bigger and better in Texas, even people. Thank you CURTIS for making my experience so amazing

Called over & over to schedule an appointment to have my Lincoln serviced, my calls and messages were ignored everytime. Someone took my VIN number down and never called back. They seem to always be backed up with extremely long wait times for service.

Scheduled Oil change by appointment with Service Advisor. Customer Lounge, choice of comfortable seating or tables & chairs. Dealership provides free beverages of choice & snacks. Vending Machine assortment of canned sodas. Complimentary car wash.

Bayway Lincoln service is unmatched. I have used Kyle Hart and had nothing but exemplary service. They are easy to reach, provide updates, get repairs done in a timely manner, and do what they promise. They also look for the most cost effective option when providing repairs. No issues with warranty not being covered, getting push back, or them keeping my car for weeks. Definitely recommend them!

UPDATE: Spoke with Dwayne (the service manager) and after he reviewed my situation he took all previous and current problems I've had into consideration. Bayway Lincoln was able to provide a loaner the following day and communicated very proficiently with me about my vehicle's status as it was repaired. Only took 2 days to have my vehicle back. Fully repaired. Thank you Dwayne and Christine for providing true Lincoln service.Communication is key at a dealership. Especially with the client. Twice now they somehow are not on the same page as for providing loaners and can not "help you out" with figuring out if your car warranty covers rentals. Neither can they provide a diagnostic in a timely manner even after setting in appointment 2 weeks out. Much rather make a drive out to another lincoln dealership than deal with these poor lincoln staff.

Scheduled the visit and when arrived was told even with an appointment it would take two hours. Never was I offered a shuttle service by the advisor or informed that addition to the warranty you have to have a separate maintenance contract to cover oil change. They charged $83.25 for the 2021 Consair first visit @ 10,000 miles for oil change. The Advisor explanation for the cash charge was in regard to where I purchased the car (West Point Sugarland) and was being service at Bayway Houston. Not altogether the truth. Lincoln has a rewards program that you can redeem for maintenance, which I was unaware and not informed by the Advisor, when I inquired about the payment and had to pay by credit card. I called West Point and found I has enough points for oil change that the BAYWAY advisor said I should have informed him of the reward used for maintenance. Rewards points that I didn t know about while he told me the reason for the cost was because of using a dealership in which I had not purchased the car. Ridiculous, end of story the charge reimburse, waiting, points used!Service: Oil change

It was easy, called ahead for appointment, got loaner set up, drove up, dropped off and in my loaner in less that 20 minutes. Done. My advisor was Mr. Eddie, and as usual he was beyond helpful and amazing. I will always recommend them. Great job guys.

Service department left a lot to be desired. They treated me rudely. They sent me home and said there was nothing wrong with my car. I was very hesitant to leave. I AM 71 YEARS old. AND of course the car did not make it home. I asked if they could loan me a car and they told me only people with Lincoln's can get a loaner car......WELL, thanks for nothing....i have been doing business with Shane in the service department for more than 15 +years and the behavior was unacceptable. I have two more years on my extended warranty and I totally expect to go to a different dealer. Thanks but no thanks for the unkind service. SANDRA FERRANTI

I would love to say Thank You to Bayway Lincoln for being responsible for having hired Shane Donaldson for your Service Manager. I don t know how he handles the hundreds of calls from all of us old drivers out here but he goes the extra miles (and has for years) to see that our problems are handled under his care. I m on my 4th car from Bayway thanks to him. It s called caring for your customers.

Truck was dirty. I think while in service yall could have cleaned the truck. I know Cadillac alway took care of my vehicles when brought them in for service. This is the first Lincoln I've purchased. My opinion. Thanks

Shane Donaldson was a horrible representative for bayway Lincoln he don't know how to treat people when they come to him my experience with him was horrible he talked to me with no respect as a customer and then think that I supposed to respect him when he did not respect me as a customer his service to me was poor he need to learn how to talk to a customer much better than what he did with me
