Terrible service. FICTITIOUS WORK. Billy is not a man of his words. This guy pockets the insurance money and will avoid your calls. I don't comment or leave reviews, but this really impacted me. Currently I have been a technician for 17+ years. I could have done this work myself, but I trusted the body shop owner. I met Billy through a high school friend. Long story short. I got work done at Bayou City Paint & Body. My wife complains about a noise coming from the vehicle when picking up the kids. Found out the car had a loose wheel stud and over-tightened lug nuts. The vehicle is not safe to drive. So, I started looking over the work and found more issues. Parts on the vehicle still have original markings. The rim that was supposedly new was just sprayed over with original wheel weights still on it. I literally have a list of parts from the insurance and found nothing new on the vehicle. So many items that was on the repair order was not even done. The charges in labor and parts are complete lies. I have a grocery list of faults in this service. This is pathetic. I would NOT recommend anyone to his service. He will not pick up your calls and he will not reply to your messages. He's not in the shop. There's a lack of communication between manager, mechanic and owner. He will not man up to his mistakes. I have no respect and lost trust in Billy. Their screw up led me to find out what kind of a man and shop they run. Don't go to this band aid shop.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

Horrible experience on 2 different paint jobs, go somewhere else.Billy the owner does NOT stand behind his work at all. The whole warranty is absolute garbage.1967 Ford the only needed the bed sprayed red turned into a nightmare. The truck was literally towed back 3 different times and its still horrible. Shoddy bodywork, horrible orange peel and trash all over. Runs, sags, and missed areas and super bad tape lines.1959 Cadillac respray I paid +$500 over asking price so it was perfect. 3 weeks turned into 3 months. Car was taken back again after they spent 2 days at my shop trying to "buff it out".Came back again just as bad but took us a week to cut and polish it cause the trash and peel were so bad!Now owner is Blocking phone calls and acting like he doesn't know who I am.

I met Billy through a friend bottom line very friendly and very quick work I paid out of pocket and by far the best prices around fair and willing to work quick.. never had a problem with him answering or getting back to me I never really leave reviews but the price and quickness of his work speaks for itself not to mention he fixed other minor scratches and painted my whole truck definitely recommend

My jeeps door looks newer then ever Mr. Lemus was able to replace and paint it within a good timeframe. Takes care of you and gives good customer service! Would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

Excellent customer service, quality work, attention to detail and thorough communication. The owner and his team listens to you and your concerns and promptly follows up to address your issues and needs. They care about completing the job right and not just checking off a work order and pushing you out the door. They make sure to explain the work and that you are satisfied. Thanks again for taking care of Sally not once, but twice now and earning our satisfaction.

We were given a quote by the photos we sent. There was extra work involved, but not asked to pay additional amount! The car is a 2003 Acura and the parts were a little hard to find. However, not only was the body work done but it was painted as well. I couldn t be more pleased with the work or the professionalism that we experienced . This is such a great family business! The owner Billy and his son were great from start to finish! They were helpful, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about their customers. No bs, no run around, just quality service from great people. They kept me informed the whole step of the way while my car was being repaired and even helped me get a rental. I highly recommend this shop for any body work. My car looks like new :)

I have been working with Billy since June of this year when my car was totaled. He was able to tow it back to his body shop and gave me a fair estimate on all work needed. Once I was able to purchase a new car, Billy was more than happy to purchase the car from me and gave me a fair price for the car, and was very patient with me while I paid off the car and got the title. Billy is honest, dependable and fair and all the other guys in the shop were very nice to me whenever I stopped by. I will recommend him and the shop to all my friends and family.

ATTENTION! This is the WORST body shop that I have ever been! TERRIBLE customer service and the owner gives ATTITUDE to customers! They are so nice at the beginning to get your business, they will say YES/OK to whatever you want. But when you actually do business with them, they delay your car's fixing time, never answer your call, never call you back, never show up in the body shop so you will never be able to reach him . They will lie to you and say your car will be ready tomorrow, but it actually WILL NOT be ready after 2 more weeks! If you want your money back for some reasons, I can tell you that you WILL NOT get your money back forever because they will keep pushing and ask you to come back later, but since the owner will never show up in the body shop and he will not answer your call, you will never get your money back! If you are lucky and reach him, he will give you a horrible attitude and tell you that he WILL NOT give you back your money and hang up on you! I am already a victim, I don't want any other people to be the next victim. So, I highly recommend you NOT to get your car fixed in this body shop (Bayou and City). If not, you will end up losing your time and money!P.S. the rating is still too high.

After someone decided to make a illegal left turn in front of my car they were there from the beginning helping me get my car back. They got it back and looks like it was before for all the headache. They got me setup with a loaner while I without a vehicle. Good work - Good Service.

Best vehicle repair. He has taken care of 2 of my vehicles and has done an absolutely amazing job. The owner is easy to talk to and will get you taken care of. He knows his stuff!!!

This shop is one of a kind! Not only do they do amazing work but they also go above and beyond for you! The owner (Billy) and his son will make sure they get it done right the first time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for body/paint work. I m forever greatful for everything they have done for me.

Wouldn't recommended, owner Billy has had my car for six years (you read right 6 years) and has told me every lie possible. I've paid thousands of dollars and they still haven't painted my car. It's in pieces so I can't retrieve it.

After my daughter's accident, Mr Billy came to the rescue. He was very patient and answered all questions. They did all the repairs in record time. Her truck was close to being totaled and now it looks like nothing ever happened. Thanks Bayou City Paint & Body Shop!

Been knowing billy for years always doing great service did a nice and clean oil change on my Jeep Wrangler with a tire rotation if you need mechanic done or any body work this is the highly recommend place to go amazing guys to deal with will do the job right so you will come back again for any service in the future
