Amazing, great and wholesome experience! Took care of my car. My white stallion is healthy again. Prices are fair. Invigorating flavors of Bam s Something Serious too. It s cool how they deodorize and disinfect. I m starting a collection of em. Started off with classic Bubblicious and it s smells great! Y all go check em out!

Been coming to Bams for over 15 years and when I sat he has the best car air fresheners I mean that. So many to choose from and I promise you won't regret it. Oh and don't forget the candle wax. It'll have ya house smelling like Candy Land lol. Preciate the love

DO NOT GO HERE .AND... this establishment besides the female that works in the shop sucks I purchased tires at 12noon tires dint get put on my car till 3pm 20 minutes into my drive both tires i purchased exploded drive 36 minutes on flats to once again wait from 4:10pm-6:56pm the dude in the wheel chair was highly ignorant there was. No holdings his self accountable for the f up tires he sold me and that right there makes me hate supporting our black owned business cause it seems like they just wnma get over on there own people

Not a customer and wouldn't want to be. But I went there to help a young lady put a tire on a car as I am a roadside assistance technician. The owner and his worker failed to take the old tire off the rim and acted like I was the one at fault. That dude on the scooter telling me to go somewhere else to take it off (which is not my job it's their job) with a rude little passive aggressive attitude. Not understanding my job and that we have other customers all over the city and that we have to work in a timely manner(a know it all). Very disrespectful for an elderly man. Cause I wanted to help the young lady out I did it. We went up the street to 24 hour tire & rim repair shop and they took it off no problem in 2 minutes, great attitude and service. The young lady was nice and understanding and gave me a tip. Based on what I seen and heard, do not go to this place if you want good service and a professional experience. Get some better equipment and workers for your customers.

Best air freshener around since the 90'sI had my SUV detailed on 3/7. I had a horrible animal odor that I needed to get rid of. They did an excellent job on the odor. I feel it could've been cleaned better, throughout my entire vehicle and on the window there were white lint balls from a towel. My hand sanitizer and air fresheners were not put back in . After paying what I did, I don't want to vacuum after them, that's what I paid them for. I shouldn't have to replace anything I had either. I called to let them know and was told Thanks. I feel under satisfied.

I love the service at Bam's. Customers are always well attended and are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.When I take my car I can leave it and it will be serviced to my specifications at a reasonable price, and guaranteed satisfaction. For these reasons Ive been a customer for years.As to the complainers... You cant please everybody... Get a job.

I really love the service at Bam s auto detailing 7/30. I told his son he favored Lil Bow WOW! He was very professional and did a great detail on my work truck. I will definitely be a returning customer.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First, the son of the owner was very professional and tried his best to help solve my car issues. However, it was clear that he was inexperienced. Whereas, the father who was so experienced , did nothing to help figure out the issue. While his son inspected my car, the father sat inside the store the entire time. At the conclusion of the inspection, the son gave his notes to the father. There, the father proceeded to tell me the issues with my car as if he did the inspection himself. Ultimately, the information he provided was inaccurate and misleading at best. I left the store in the same position I came; having an issue and not knowing what was the cause. This experience was definitely a waste of my money and time. If you feel comfortable wasting your money and time, please visit this place. If not, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Awesome customer service. Mr. Bam educated us on the most effective and efficient way to properly restore my vehicle that had been sitting under a tree for nearly 5 years. He worked with our budget and even went above and beyond to ensure that the car did not pose any health hazards! He located mildew in the car, which we wouldn t have seen without his expertise pointing it out. When we brought the car in, it looked a whole mess, but Mr. Bam and his team got it looking nice, shiny, and ready for my mom to drive. Thank you so much, Mr. Bam! We ll see you in a few weeks

Bam is truly amazing! I visited this shop over 10 years ago, and the integrity of his service and work are unsurpassed! I have encountered many auto shops, and Bam s is by far the BEST! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the entire shop has a tranquil atmosphere. Car troubles are stressful, and Bam even took time out to explain the issue and the fix to my father over the phone. Thank you again all that you do! I will definitely come here for ALL my car needs! I appreciate you more than you know!

Would not recommend. Took 40 minutes to get my oil change, had to try 3 different payment methods, and they sprayed air freshener I didn't ask for (and don't like the smell of) in my car... which already had air freshener that I actually like.

I have always supported the local businesses in the neighborhoods and communities that I am a part of. I work in 3rd Ward and I was in the neighborhood today desperately needed a car wash. After googling the nearest place I found this gem, BAM'S AUTO EXPRESS. The service and friendly treatment has been nothing less than superior, and furthermore the cost of this "Super Wash" was only $20 plus tax. I met a friendly consumer who happens to own her own beauty salon, so I will be getting my haircut by her this weekend. One of the highlights of the entire experience was the colorful parrot that is in the front of the office on display in it's cage. This was a great experience and I will be back soon, I highly recommend this "one stop shop" to everyone.

My Husband took my car to this place two weeks ago for a oil change and today I was just told the motor needs to be replace because the car had NO oil in it. Tried to call them but no answer and the shop is closed. I haven't been able to speak to anyone to find out what happened but at this point I am very upset about having to replace a motor on a car that was fine before taken there.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I relocated to Houston for college and this was the closest tire shop, I needed a tire on the driver side of my car. When I left for school my dad told me to keep a spare tire in the trunk, not knowing it was the wrong size, I am a Business Major no mechanic. First, the son of the owner was very professional and tried his best to help at the beginning. After multiple failed attempts of him trying to put the tire on the rim he then finally realized the tire was the wrong size. That is when I realized that he did not know what he was doing. So I took it among myself to call another tire shop because he obviously did not know what he was doing. So I then informed him to put the old tires back on I am going down the street. Oh yeah there is a sister I think shes a mechanic as well, she was ringing the prices up. Considering the fact I had already paid the "$40" just for him to take a tire and put it back on, not sure why the cost was $40. After an hour and a half. He gets its figured out and says I am good to go. As I am driving down the street my tires start smoking, yes smoking. Not even a mile down the road I had to pull over because I did not know what was going on, so turned into a Auto zone. The lady told me it was my tires, the kid went ahead and put the to big tire on the car, I told him to put the old tires back on. So at this point I'm aggravated, late for a final, and work. So luckily the lady at Auto zone helped me navigate to a Tire shop on OST, ended up buying two tires from them. Thankfully they made a good deal and suggested that I not go there again lol. I was just glad my car was back to normal, I left the store in a worse off position I came. This experience was definitely a waste of my money and time. If not, AVOID AT ALL COST, if you have to drive on your flat for another two miles because this place is a RIP OFF.

I drive a great distance for their awesome service!!!!! Thanks to Bam's my AC blowing cold again, cause this Houston heat is not a game!!! Service is always with a smile and quick with prices that can't be beat!!! I'm a happy long time customer and no matter where I live in Houston, best believe I am getting my vehicle serviced at Bam's!!

I like Bam, he's straight up and gets to work right away! He gave me a good price and then told me where to get the car inspected at a place that wouldn't give me any bull. He also told me if I went and got the light bulbs, he'd put those in too free of charge. He works on stereos and transmission mounts too

Amazing service, Amazing processes, I literally drive to Bam's from Spring... YES... SPRING... to get my vehicles serviced! Totally worth it! Did I mention they're Black owned? Because if I didn't, they're Black owned!

My car got interior floor took on water while parked at the IAH during Imelda when I was out of the country. A friend recommended Bam based on their reputation and Bam and his staff live up to their reputation. Honest quoting, fair pricing, a detailed work order was provided and during the entire process from drop off to pick up Bam Automotive exercised first class customer service and restored my car interior. Highly recommended Bam.

Bam has the best deal for a brand new tire (not used). I saved enough to where I could get an oil change and some of bam s Something serious deodorizer. All under $100 total. I will definitely return!

Do NOT go here!!! It is not worth it It's a pricey $20 for an decent wash and indoor cleaning. But also entire process from drive in to checkout was an hour. That is just ridiculous when I can get the same job for a significantly lower price and a fraction of the time elsewhere.

Ladies and gentlemen this is the place to take your car!! At first it just looks like a car wash/detailing place. But they do EVERYTHING!! I have to turn in my car because my lease is up and needed some body repairs done. I didn't want to let the dealership do it because I knew it would cost twice as much. I work about a block away, and a couple of my co-workers have used Carriage for minor repairs and car washes. So out of convienence and good reviews from my co-workers I took it over there. Bam is the nicest and most honest car repairman I have ever encountered! Being a you ng dude just got out of high school and not knowing squat about any kind of car repairs, I'm always worried I'll get taken advantage of. But Bam and his staff explained exactly what he would do, what it would cost, and then if one of the things I needed done didn't come out like he wanted it, he wouldn't charge me. The work was done in a matter of days and looks SPECTACULAR!!! The price was amazingly fair, and again, the guys that run the place are honest, easy-going, and so friendly. I would recommend to ANYONE that needs repairs done to go to this place. I am more than satisfied--I won't go anywhere else!!!!! Thank you Bam --you and your place are THE BEST!!!!!
