The staff was friendly and shared frequent updates, but were a little unclear about timing. They had trouble getting all of my parts quickly and I ended up driving the car without a few cosmetic items for over a week before they finally came in. The guys left trash from smaller parts in my center console but cleaned the car otherwise, including when I brought it in for the cosmetic items. I had to ask them to fix the tire rubbing issue when I dropped the car off for the cosmetic items. It would have been nice if they had put my windshield shade up when they parked my car. It's Texas, in the summer, and I burned my thighs on the seat when I got in.

When I brought my Cadillac I got amazing customer service and the communication was incredible from Stephanie and Gabriel they where amazing ever since my vehicle came in and keeping me updated,

Now im not going to lie they do take a while to get your vehicle fixed but only because theyre tying to go above expectations. Kolin (i hope i spelled right) and his team did a wonderful job with my car, he didnt let the insurance give me a recycled part. They also did give me a good warranty, thank you baker nissan. However, i do think theres room for improvement in communication but its all good my car looks better and running than before!

Baker Nissan makes sure the service floor is always fully staffed, and everyone takes customer service and satisfaction to a high level! Walking in at 4pm, was out the door in my rental in around 30 minutes!

Got my car fixed here after an accident. They were pretty on top of updating on where my car was in the repair process. They got everything right except my headlight placement but I was able to take it back and get it adjusted by them. Would reccomend for insurance fixes in the future. Steven helped me out and was very good with explaining everything. All in all a good experience, the rental actually picks you up to take you to rental center from this site.

I decided to take my car here after another collision center provided really bad service. I'm so happy I did, because they were able to take care of my car and it didn't take long for the repairs to be completed. Very thankful for Eric, as well. He was upfront and honest about the terrible work completed by the other collision company.

Service was excellent and timely. Stephanie, my adjuster kept me informed the entire time. She's highly experienced and knowledgeable. Would recommend using Baker Nissan Body Shop for any type of collision repair. Only reason not 5 stars, I have light interior and grease was left behind inside for me to have to clean. But it wouldn't stop me from returning if needed.

Brought my car in under warranty, became a collision claim. Fixed it with cheap after market parts after I was told it would be fixed with Nissan parts and now I have to bring it back because the cheap parts failed. I was told the warranty would be honored on the after market parts at any Nissan dealer, NOPE, another lie. Now I have to deal with them again.Service: Air conditioning

This has been my worst experience, Steve tells you he will call you back and doesn't, tells you things that aren't true , doesn't get truck back in timely manner , trys using old pets and repaint them . Don't go here . I will be reporting this to my insurance company...Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great place to take your Nissan when unfortunate things happen to it. The work is great and the people are warm and friendly. Thank you Stephanie for taking care of my Titan XD and even giving her a bath before I came to pick her up.

Horrible!!! Theses people didn't even take the time to inspect my car for problems. Due to their lack of effort & professionalism I'm going to end up spending out of pocket. The repairs that needed to be done would've been cover by my insurance if only they has been notified of the issue. Now I will most certainly have to replace both front rotors as well as backing plates. Do not take your vehicle here!!!!

So I came here recently because the person who rear ended me had Geico insurance...I chose Baker Nissan Collision Center because it was close to where I lived. The person who hit me only made scratches to my rear bumper no damages to the body. The person who helped me out was Megan she was awesome she followed up with me throughout the process letting me know what's going on. So 5 stars for her. Now for the techs!! They did an awesome job on the body..they cleaned it up it was basically new and spotless...now! they cleaned up my interior as well.. I notice it was clean and everything..but! When I lifted up my center console I have quarter holders and I notice 2 of my dollar coin was missing and I never took it out because its been in there since forever...and all of a sudden its gone...wonder why...but I guess its kinda of my fault for not taking it out in the first place...If I could do 2 separate reviews the techs wouldn't be getting that 5 stars...this 5 star goes to Megan...so anybody who's reading this or thinking about coming here...remove all your stuff! Literally lol! Ooh another thing is that the jobs they do are lifetime warranty so thats another good thing. Just because they stole 2 dollars from me doesn't mean that I wouldn't recommend this place to you guys...they did their job right, but just remember to remove all personal items in the car.

Completely disorganized .... would not recommend to any other ...went to pick up my vehicle after being told it would be ready within a week and it is now going on 2 weeks and still waiting to hear back from them about it. Would not repeat service

First off because they are an Independently owned Body Shop, owned by the Baker family, they care and are not owned or ordered around by Insurance Companies.
