I just change my all 4 break set here. They do it perfect. Price is affordable and reasonable. It s the lowest I can find with good parts! I will recommend friends to come when they need. And I will keep coming back for service as well! Coworker is nice and they will break down all the price to show you. And they will explain everything patiently good place

Very professional and quote a very reasonable price. The technician diagnose my car pretty quick and quote me for parts and labor with a huge saving price I can get. Very friendly and honest with job. They take their job with pride. 100% recommend for anyone to try it out. Also shop is very clean and well organized. Definitely recommend everyone to visit this shop for your car care needs and more.My car has electrical problem and didn't know why windows power and outside mirror power are down and unable do anything. I am a sensitive with sound guy. I came to this location thru a friend referral. At the end, I have all my 4 wheels and rotors changed out with brake fluid flush, brake light changed.I have to admitted that the customer services at this location is exceptional. Not just the owner/manager of the shop but also the employee of the shop. I was walking up and down and around looking for the loaner car, one of the technician was driving the car in for his next assignment, stopped, asked me, and running to get the loaner car for me, then running back doing his assignment while he could let me be on my own. The manager was nice enough to work extra on my car just to ensure and to make sure I am satisfied with their service.One of the best customer services of a Vietnamese business so far that I encountered. Even better customer services compare to Toyota Dealers that I have been with.Highly recommended for best customer services. I don't know much about car technicalities and pricing. I saved thousands here and the work is professional. Other shops told me I needed an expensive valve job and Thomas from B&D figured out is was only the fuel pump causing my misfire codes. Highly recommended!

I used to take my cars to big dealerships until I found this place. We have 2 European cars and 1 Asian made car, from 2022 to 2009 model. We got into 2 accidents in 2 different cars and they made our new car look brand new again. With the older car, we got their honest opinion on what needed to be fixed to drive safely and did just that. Having a trusted body shop/mechanic sure is a peace for your mind especially when you are on the road a lot and live in Houston! So glad my client referred this shop to me.

Our car broke down and Thomas was very helpful and worked with us. Their communication was excellent and they always kept us updated. Our car works now and no issues at all! I highly recommend B&D Auto Repair to everyone. Great service and value!

I was referred to this place and was very satisfied with it. My cooling fan keep on running and won t turn off so come here and Thomas has it check out and let me know what is wrong with it. Got it fix. Thomas is honest, professional and they have great customer services. Very recommended!

I knew the owner when I was visiting another mechanic shop. He was just a helper back then, but he always got the jobs done with quality and integrity. I have been taking my car to B&D since the opening day. It truly is the best shop that you can find. They'll never overcharge you for anything! I really mean it. Perfect services for a perfect price.

Best customer service ever. Front struts went out on my Odyssey 2008 , B&D took care of the issue with a reasonable price in 3 hours. My Van is driving like new again.Thank you B&D .

BEST PLACE FOR SERVICE & QUOTE in SW Houston!!!I need to service multiple points for my car s 100k miles maintenance. Thomas (the owner) gave me a quote, which is much lower than those of other repair shops. More importantly, he kept all the old parts of my car to show me what he had repaired/replaced. Additionally, he recommended other affordable places to replace interior leather and make backup keys. Been here everytime my car, BMW Z4, has had problems and he s quoted me very reasonable prices. He explains what might be wrong with the car and potential problems it might be when I explain the symptoms I feel when driving. Honest, reliable, and does work with integrity.

Great and fast service. Get my engine belt change in 40 minutes, plus they check my tires, and some air and fill my water. Highly recommend anyone to bring your car here. The owner is super sweet and polite.

The owner, i forgot to ask for his name, he did an amazing job on my car with an affordable price. I was kinda need my car that night to pick up my friend at the airport, he brought my car to my home around 10pm even his store closes at 6pm. I truly appreciate your work!

I dealt with B to fix an Audi 2010 A5 AC and he was able to diagnose and to fix the issue for a great price compared to the dealership. A very honest gentleman and professional. I been having a hard time finding shops that deal with European cars where either no one wants to work on them or they have no knowledge. B&D knows what they are doing. I highly recommend you all reading this to take your car to get fixed here if you want it done right, for the right price, and with an honest mechanic.Thanks B and Staff for the great experience!

I could not be happier, my car was dead and had to be towed to B&D, but Thomas was able to give me a great deal and offered to pay for half the tow fee.
