A younger man assisted me and he could have used some more training. Bought wipe blades and was quite comfortable finding them myself but they no longer had the guide available. Generally every time I am there the service is great. He was very polite, just needed confidence. This place has been our store for over 25 years

I went to the Hwy 6 AutoZone after my car battery died. I did a walk-in and was quickly assisted by Steven the Cowboy . He was very courteous and knowledgeable and fixed me up really fast! He installed the new battery and ensured the cables were cleaned and safe for driving. I am so pleased with my experience that I recommend anyone to visit auto zone! Thank you Steven!

The staff at this location was so helpful. I was immediately acknowledged and Mr. Steven was quick and efficient with changing out my battery. Very professional. I highly recommend him and this location.

I was driving into Houston at night when my headlight went out. I stopped at the nearest Auto Zone and Michael immediately helped me find the right lightbulb. On top of that, he even helped me replace it quickly! I learned from him and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Hero of my night, truly!!! Thank you so much, above and beyond!

I want to give a big shout out to Steven Mudd! His customer service is excellent! In a time where decent service is hard to find you will not be disappointed if you visit Auto Zone in Copperfield. Steven is a gem and should not be overlooked by this company! Keep doing an amazing job!

Listen!!! I ve come here for years and received assistance! But today, I m especially grateful DOMINIC S he saved my day! I recently purchased a new battery from AAA and the installer didn t do a good job at tightening the connections. So, I had to go through extra steps each time to get my car to stop. Today, I came and explained my issue to Dominic S and he quickly came to my car and tightened my connections and now, my car isn t tripping anymore.Thank you Dominic S. You ve been a blessing to me today and I earnestly appreciate your assistance! #YouRockPS I forgot to take a pic of him while working on my car, but I went back in a unbeknownst to him, I took a pic of Dominic S. already assisting another customer

For several months I have bought all the parts for my cars in this store, I am usually treated kindly by the employee Andy, he is a very good person. But today is my second time coming and the manager Steven helps me and he is really very rude. It seems like he doesn't like Latin people. I just wanted to leave this comment because today I felt very bad with the way this man treated me. Thank you

I had a problem opening the hood of my car. Miss Sue showed me how to open my car and then informed me of the liquids I needed to replace. She even replaced the antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid. She treated me with dignity and respect and I really appreciate it that. Thank you Miss Sue

I came here because I needed new windshield wipers. I was having trouble taking it off and putting the new one on. I asked the gentleman in the front to help me. He said he didn t know how to.Like you work at auto zone. lolWhy are you here then.

Quick in and out service. I always go to autozone if I'm in need of any parts or oils for my vehicles. I've never had any issue with autozone except for the very rare times they didn't have what I needed in stock and had to drive to a diff location.

Needed help with a blinker light bulb at night didn't know how to do it he came outside and helped I appreciated it sooo much! Dominic just went above and beyond for me in helping fix a problem and showing me what I should look for! I absolutely back this autozone wouldn t go anywhere else!

I'd lost a caliper bolt on my 6k lb truck..while driving!!! Thank God for Autozone and Dominic S. who helped me find the right parts and even let me use the house tools to secure the caliper. Thanks again, Dominic S.! You're the man!Mr.G

I stopped in a few days ago, while visiting the area. I was immediately greeted by a lovely female employee and directed to what I was looking for. Shortly thereafter,Another employee, who didn t know I had been helped, asked me if I needed assistance. The store is clean, organized and the employees were great. I never felt out of place or made to feel dumb because I m a woman. Which I have experienced in other stores. I highly recommend this store for my fellow women who need auto parts. The store was Very busy but I never felt like a bother and it didn t seem to me that any other customers did either or were ignored. Excellent customer service!

Best auto zone ever! Customer service was remarkable!Juan and Tareek are two friendly sales associates with positive energies that are well spoken yet listened! They genuinely acknowledge my needs. I would say if your not close to this location, those guys make its worth the drive even if your buying or asking something small and simple.

I don't normally support buying anything at Walmart, but Autozone is twice the price. Oil and a filter costs more than having it done at a shop.

The Mrg Steve on duty is very rude and disrespectful.Went there to buy brake fluid s and he gave me the wrong one when I ask for a refund he came saying I m sorry ma am. All I wanted was a refund keep trying to escalated the problem by saying you re upset and I wasn t all I wanted was a refund he just sold me the item 2 mins ago. Refused the refund saying I had an attitude I don t know why he s denying the transaction but apparently doesn t need to working somewhere if you know you don t like your job. I never got loud with him just wanted my money back. Never used bad words. Kept trying to escalated the situation by saying you re upset give me your name and number then saying I m giving him a false name just because he didn t want to do the turn in the beginning sad this store has to steal from the customers saying I m not returning it and you can go some where is else and do the return. Now I m wondering is it because of the color of my skin.
