Even though this location is deep in the hood it actually is really good. I travel all over and go to many AutoZones around Houston. When I went into the location it was early but the store was clean. The worker was ready to do his job and found the correct parts we needed by searching my license plate. That did make a difference because on the side of my vehicle it says XLT but that's not the correct part we needed. That emblem is just cosmetic so if I would have left the store with XLT it would have been the wrong part. I appreciate the service and the way we were treated.

The headlight on the driver's side of my vehicle and went to the O'Reilly on Rankin Rd. The store associates were more concerned w/who was going to lunch than assisting me so I left. I drove to the Auto Zone on Lockwood & Cavalcade & was greeted & informed that someone would help me shortly. Once Joshua was free, he took a look my vehicle, assessed the right bulb needed and offered to install it for me. Excellent customer service. Will come back again for my auto part needs.

Called 10 autozones and this location was the one! James was amazing, was thorough and helped me solve my battery problem. All it took was wanting to help me. I d Uber 8 miles again for the excellent customer service. Thank you James.

I m a comercial customer Pedro Auto Mechanic i want to summit a review about bad customer service we had this issue before but when Veronica was working and this store everything was running perfectly good she was doing a great job now that she s not there we been having the same problems that we had before! Please we need this person back again and I believe that all comercial businesses will agree with me ! Again please bring her back ! Thanks!

Robert Jones was very courteous and helpful.After going to two different Auto Zones (since 7:35 am) to come across true Customer Satisfaction with him was a very good upside to the previous locations.I needed an O2 sensor he asked upstream or downstream IDK which is which. I told him which bank and sensor and he proceeded to pull out his phone and find out, afterwards telling which one it is. The time he took to do that I felt was so nice and kind of him.Also as I was leaving out the door another associate was also attentive and told me to have a good day.This location is a hidden gem in a black neighborhood with excellentCUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This morning, I contacted the service line to obtain information on approximately six vehicles. The associate who answered the phone, Juan, did not brand the line and repeatedly placed me on hold without informing me. The hold duration was typically lengthy. I never treated the gentleman with disdain or impoliteness. His customer service was appalling. After approximately 10 minutes on hold, Laura answers the phone to assist. When I thanked her for her assistance and asked for the name of the person who had initially helped me, she initially stated that his name was Juan, then altered it to Randall... before laughing and disconnecting the line.Due to the subpar quality of service I drove to the establishment (less than a five-minute commute from my office) to speak with the manager. I confirmed the identities of the associates I spoke with over the phone and conveyed my frustration to the short Caucasian manager on duty. I was never offered an apology for the quality of service I received. In fact, they all stared at me with wide eyes, bewilderment, and confusion.There is no Customer Service at this establishment. No responsibility.Considering the quality of phone service I received today. I would rate my interaction as one star negative.

I'm a commercial customer and I kept calling all day and no one answered the phone and when they finally answered the phone they said they would send me a part and never sent it. Who is the manager at this store needs to be informed what's going on.

I ve always had every car issue resolved at this location. Kevon is the absolute best. He is so kind, helpful, and provides the best customer service I ve experienced at an auto shop. Man deserves a raise!

I went to return a part the employee D.J did an outstanding job. She not only did the job in a timely fashion, she was polite professional and informative. I have been to other stores but by far, this store has the best customer service. She advised me of the policy before the transaction and the money was returned on my debit card in minutes. Excellent service.

Ms. Rose saved me hundreds of dollars and a lot of time by just being helpful and taking her time. She helped me clean my battery and helped me problem solve a warranty issue. I had a failed visit to another store, but she was truly a savior that day! I ll be back to see her!

They were the best people I could ever hope to do business with. It was cold and pouring down rain and the lady that works there stood in the pouring rain and changes out my battery and explained what else I needed to have checked. What a true blesdings

I have been a faithful customer to auto zone for over 20 years and its sad to say I'm no longer goin there ...long story short my daughters vehicle broke down i went to auto zone like always and was told that the part I wanted was at another store 25 minutes away so the guy put it on hold for me and I go to get it and waited for 30 minutes before I started asking and they sold my part to someone else and told me first come first serve and then moved on to the next customer like I was nothing and I went o Riley and got the part for 60 Dollars cheaper . Sorry auto zone

Came in today to this location to check my battery and instead I have someone who imposed as a worker and stole 400$ out of my car!! I m still in shock at how after I told the manager and called the cops she reply s why did u let him in your car if he didn t work here! How was I suppose to know that if u let him check my car!! I will be calling corporate and getting everyone in that location fired !!!!

Getto store. I went there prepared to make a purchase. The Hispanic millennial behind the counter refused to let me use the restroom. I took my business to O'Reilly's right down the street. Hire better people. Getting dirty store

Just terrible experience at this so-called #AutoZone. Came in simply to purchase a spark plug for my mower and was told there were no tools available to help take old plug off. Started telling me what all had happened to their tools blah, blah, blah! What did that have to do with me?
