I walked into AutoZone today and I noticed that Dora Saenz the manager is no longer there to my surprise I was hurt, but the people here do not greet you and they have attitude problem. They don t know anything that I needed well as far as I m concerned, I hope y all really consider bringing Dora back, she was the greatest manager and she empowers women and knows her products and she loves to work with people. Seriously consider bringing her back. Sorry Miss Dora if you re reading this, we are missing you so much. Thank you for your hard work and effort.

Leo T. was extremely helpful!! He shared all the codes from his tests along with his knowledge he had regarding my vehicle. I had a mechanic tell me I had a bad alternator but Leo ran his codes and let me know my car alternator was in good shape and saved me $800-$1000 in sham repairs. 5 star review isn t enough. I m extremely grateful & will be back with my future business.

Had the best experience with Dora the manager she really needs a promotion! She helped me immediately, service was amazing, her energy is everything ! Absolutely loved being serviced by Dora !

We had the absolute pleasure of having Dora assist us on our visit to AutoZone. She was well versed in all things we needed and took care of us with a pleasant smile. About as good as customer service can get. Will be coming back and requesting Dora for any and all needs.

I have been to many AutoZone's, and must admit that all help was great. However, there is a young lady by the name of Dora who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was so helpful, her customer service was A1 like the steak sauce ! Thank you Miss Dora, and please stay sweet!

As I came into the store Dora greeted me, asking me what I was looking for. I told her windshield wipers. She took care of me and had me out the door within two minutes best service I ve had at any AutoZone definitely recommend coming over.

Hmmm. It gets hot and suddenly they no longer have the equipment needed to determine if an in-warranty battery has failed so you just have to buy a new one.FOLLOW UP: A few weeks later I returned to the store to deal with another battery problem. The staff went out of their way to find a way to get the battery covered by my warranty, then even took it back when I realized I had the wrong one. They were very helpful and understanding with my problem that I thought was going to be very expensive. For that excellent service, I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4.

Dora helped me out with an engine light and battery issue and was over the top with her service. she was exceptionally kind and knew what she was doing! That alone will get get me to keep coming to this location over the others.

I went in to find some parts for my car maintenance & Dora helped take the stress away. She was very knowledgeable & quick. She made better suggestions for the items I was looking to purchase. I m very happy with her service & im glad I made the stop at this Auto Zone versus the one closer to my house, the environment at this store is more friendly & helpful.

Made my day. My battery died, these guys let me borrow tools and my battery was still under warranty so free new battery without any hassle. Thanks so much. I feel blessed today! Give those guys a raise.

Went to go get new windshield wipers and DORA was so nice and helped me put them on even though it was raining . I held the umbrella up for her and she shared some sweet and positive stories as she worked . Let s just say it s one of those hallmark moments that you ll remember for a long time. I've been to other auto zones in Houston.First time I've ever been greeted when I came in. As a former business owner..make your customers feel welcome.Dora the one who greeted me answered my questions and got me what I needed. Professional and knowledgeable.
