Went to visit familyNeeded to do a minor repaired on car bought part at the Tidwell locationDidn't fit went to tried and changed it at this autozone lady that help didn't even bother to see receipt sent me back to where I was visiting didn't not want to go low to her level by arguing so I just left sad but true she looks ugly with that peirce nose lol had to be said. Lol

Jose Lozano helped my mom and I today with exceptional customer service! He is a great salesman and really knows his stuff. Although he is the commercial manager, he helped us out today with the best attitude. Thank you Jose!

Nothing against AutoZone. Nothing anyone can do about the surroundings area. Infested with homelessness and violence around that business. Not a safe area.

NO STARS!!!! But I had to put one or else it would not let me post.I visited the store (Fulton #1466) today - I need a fuel cleaner for my engine. My elderly father who has been there before and was treated badly warned me not to go to this location because the staff there are very rude. He recommended that I drive a little further out of my way just to avoid this specific location. WELL, I didn't and in hindsight I wish I did. The customer service at this location (if you would like to call it that) was PLAIN UNACCEPTABLE!! The place was empty except for the one person ahead of me. When the clerk (RAUL) was done assisting that person I walked up and waited for him to acknowledge me and let me know when he was ready to help me. He never did.....After some awkward moments the phone rang- he answered it and helped the person on the line and left me standing -I was annoyed HOWEVER I waited patiently for him to finish his call. After he hung up . The phone rang AGAIN.. and AGAIN. he answered and continue to ignore me and leave me standing there My father who was waiting on the other side of the store came up to me and asked what was taking to long? He then walked up to the counter and Raul (immediately) acknowledged him and asked.. Yes Sir how can I help you?So the impression I am getting from this experience and from Auto Zone is that BECAUSE I AM A WOMEN I DO NOT DESERVE TO BE HEARD OR HELP. even thou you are the paying customer.It was very clear that Raul was avoiding me because I am a women and probably don't know what I need .There should be NO REASON why the Auto Zone employees at this location should be so rude not be trained on the very basic rules of customer serviceI am planning on emailing the Corporate Office and would love to hear there feedback on my horrible experience todayAnnie Valdez

I called this store at 8:21am this morning. I told Jose that I m looking for the 3rd brake light switch. Before I could give my vehicle information Jose said!I don t think so!! I asked who am I speaking too? Jose shouted, who do you want to speak to? I asked for the store manager. Jose said that he was not in at this time. Jose said he s never heard of a 3rd brake light switch. Regardless of what Jose has heard of he s not a mechanic he just sells parts. Jose never looked up the part. I don t know who Jose thinks he is or was talking too. Jose customer service was inexcusable and unacceptable over the phone. I have never been to this store and after today I will never shop here. I will reach out to the Corporate Office this morning regarding Jose. I have never experienced a level of customer service like before. Auto zone has lost my business as well as my family.

Manager needs people skills and better customer service.I got a fuel cleaner bottle on dale for $5 (usually $8.99) and when about to lay for it computer was charging full price, I asked employee to check price again I even walked with him to get the "on sale" sign, he grabbed it and it was expired for over week and a half ago. Manager will not respected the on sale price and just wanted to do %10 off. When I told him other stores respect the price at least for that item and then remove it, he got mad and said I needed to read the expiration date for that sale item, so I said isn't that your responsibility and your employees to remove expired sales? He got mad.

Went to get a power steering cap, so I went to that location and it wasn't there. I walked around store for several minutes and to no avail no one ever asked me could I help you. Eventually I asked someone for help and purchased the part, which was actually behind the counter. AutoZone usually is good about customer assistance, but not on this day, one assistant looked right at me and walked away.

The assistant manager Ramon H is very unprofessional. Has zero people skills. I felt very uncomfortable during this visit he kept staring at me With an ugly face and I asked him to check out and he refused and yelled at another representative to ring me up so I had to wait for a different representative while he attended to the next customer at the same time of purchase. I felt very discriminated.

I had to wait a little bit since it s Saturday! But Michael at autozone took great care of me. He didn t make promises to help me swap out my headlight but he definitely did come through THANK YOU!!!!!

I purchased a battery that I wound up not needing. I tried to return two days later and the Elmo who sold it to me said I couldn t return it cause it had been installed. The battery was never installed. So he sold me a previously installed battery and acted like I didn t know what I was talking about. Both managers (grey shirts) are very rude. And dishonest. Management needs to be cleaned up.

Hispanic guy at the counter, at Saturday at 9am, is a complete a**hole.He was rude, irrational, and unhelpful.Instead of helping me, decided to help 10 other customers because it was more convenient than giving me a diagnostic.When discussed with him, he just referenced me to another store.Fyi, at least 2-3 other workers in the store.

This location is particularly great, all the employees are very nice and helpful, they can answer any questions you have about anything, they help install battery s and bulbs (depending on the vehicle) and recommend what could be an issue or something with the car or any questions you have. They are a great representation of what an autozone should be!

waited in line. they only had 2 people helping customers. two guys walk in and they ask if they had to get in line? doesn t matter what they needed. i was next to be waited on. i was on my lunch break and needed an air filter. that kind of service pisses me off, i walked out. i will never buy another thing from auto zone again.

Warning alert...if you call this place and a female employee answers and finds you differ from what she says she WILL hang up on you. She has a bad attitude. Her and the manager at cavalcade AutoZone make me give AutoZone an F- for professionalism and courteous service. Shop at your own risk at these 2 stores.

Good neighborhood parts store. It's clean with good merchandise presentation. Associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.With the MetroRail line dividing Fulton, it's takes an little maneuvering to get in the parking lot if you are traveling northbound. Turn left on Boundary St. Go one block and turn right. Go one block and hang another right. Auto Zone will be on the left.

I was asked twice as I walked thru the store (if I needed help). I was just looking.. get to check out and nobody else around I waited 3 minutes til someone came to register to see if, (I needed help?)8 items.. 73 dollars found out one of packages was mystery damaged and 2 drill bits missing.. the absolutely the worst auto zone store...!!!!

Had a dead /No good battery that I had bought from them about a year and a half ago. I could not find the receipt and of course this happened a week after hurricane henry. I asked the manager(ramon) what could he do for me and he swapped the battery out for me. A million thanks because money was very tight.
