Roger J is amazing. I goes above and beyond what customer service is all about.I needed help with my battery but Roger found out that the issue was the alternator. Roger also discovered my alternator was purchased from AZ with a lifetime warranty. We all need more Rogers in the world.

Guillermo s a responsive and knowledgeable guy. He was the only one who greeted me during what appeared to be downtime (one other customer in store). He also made great conversation while changing my battery. He didn t need anyone to help, knew what he was doing, and answered my weird questions (such as why are dealerships only offering mostly white, black, and gray cars these days? ) with patience. The manager went above and beyond! After my battery was replaced, we discovered a fuse needed to be replaced and he and the crew made sure I got what I needed and their knowledge was very reassuring. Thank you so much again for your kindness and your excellent service!

The worst experience that I have ever experienced at any Autozone store. The cashier was rude when I walked in & asked where the designated area was for pick up & told me to wait in line in a rude tone when there weren t any other customers in the store. When I finally was checked out for my battery by another associate & began taking apart my screws, he then informed me that it would be a while because he was only one person running the store. When there were already 2 other associates working when I arrived. When I went into the store to inform the manager I had been waiting over 30 minutes, there were now 3 associates working & he stated I still would need to wait for another person to arrive for the installation. I was here for over 55 minutes waiting on a battery installation. I will NEVER shop at this Autozone or any other one in the future!

Honestly wasn t bad until I asked a question, I told them my check engine came on and not sure the guys name but he immediately said it doesn t work the tester then his colleague said it started working not sure what happened there but it s fine then proceeded to open the door for him to set it up instead he makes me set it up which not going to lie I was confused but figured it out. Once he got everything going we got back inside and showed me what the problems were I asked if he could print a paper which they do at every other Autozone but he said no he couldn t he said to take a picture, so anyone who goes don t expect to get a printed copy, expect to do everything except for getting the problems from the check engine light cause I put in my email still haven t gotten the form but it s fine I ll go to O reilly next time for sure.

Terrible Customer service by Lee W.He completely ignored me, made me wait to get my battery while he attended people after me and even talked to a girl he knew. Then once he brought my battery out I asked him if it passed and he ignored me and was too in conversation with a customer and I just walked out without knowing if they did anything to my battery.LEE W NEEDS TO WORK ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

I didn't know what I needed, honestly. I said I needed coolant and they directed me to the right place but none of the stuff looked familiar. I explained what I was trying to get done and he politely directed me to freon.

I have never been in a place where customer service was horrible. Rude employees. Used to go there for everything we needed now I'll go someplace else and get treated kindly not like it was a inconvenience to help me

My recent experience with AutoZone was rather disappointing. After placing an order online and paying for a specific part, I drove to their store to pick it up, a trip that took me about 20 minutes. Upon arrival, I was informed by one of the staff members that they did not have the part in stock. This was bewildering, considering that I had already paid for it online and it was supposed to be ready for pick-up.Seeing no other option, I insisted on speaking to the manager to clarify the situation. Fortunately, it turned out they did have the part, and it was brought to me after the manager intervened.I was left feeling frustrated and perplexed by the experience. If I hadn't stood my ground and requested to speak to the manager, I may not have received the part that I had already paid for. I believe that AutoZone needs to work on their inventory management and customer service skills to avoid such confusion and inconveniences in the future.

I put one star because 0 stars wasn t possible. Worst customer service eve. I asked a slim black guy about an oil sticker. He said I needed to get it from my mechanic shop. Guy was super rude couldn t even tell me his name. Never coming here again.if you don t like your job, quit.

Had a really great experience at this AutoZone working with Heli. He went above and beyond to help me with my battery and alternator issues. Tested them for me and helped me tighten my bracket after changing out the battery. Educated me on a few things. He didn t have to do all that but he did. Good service. Good people. Thanks again Heli!

Lee is the best ! He changed my headlights (very important for night driving) after he realized I'd never be able to do it. Apparently, he's really good with all kinds of car repairs. So, when you get to AutoZone, (where we all end up at some point) ask for Lee. He's the guy you want.

I did not get to post back in April. A positive shout out to Pablo who works at this store. He went the extra mile to ensure I got a Exchange ofa Battery which was still under warranty with my receipt after having to come back again. I appreciate how he researched my need and showed me a level of respect as a female. RECOMMEND: He be groomed for the Management Trainee Program. He will be a great candidate because he knows how to talk to customers on the phone ,in person and solves problems. Also humble to his boss, submitted to authority; knowledgeable and efficient. I went to get a headlight bulb I asked if someone could hold my hood and I would change it myself the black guy that was working told me he couldn t help me and I needed to take it to the mechanic shop, like dude I ain t ask you to change anything I asked you to hold my hood up on my car and I ll do it myself. I m a whole woman and he a full blown male but to tell me you couldn t even hold the hood open for me to do something that your job actually offers is ridiculous as hell. I wish I remembered his name I d report him that was so unprofessional
