I brought in a battery for them to charge and was told it would take an hour or 2 for it to charge. Came in 3 and a half hours later and found the battery in the same exact spot we left it hours ago untouched and uncharged. I m super pissed off because it is making it way harder for me to sell my truck!

Went there to get a new headlight, The color of the bulb was not white like it was listed on the packaging, so I wanted to return one I had bought not even 2 minutes before from the store manager. Once I went back inside he started to argue with me in an unprofessional manner and even went as far as calling me retarded because he was claiming that he couldn t return the product once it was open. Put him through customer service training because he obviously is incompetent.

Terrible customer service, products are not what it is labeled, and store manager will not give store credit, exchange, or refund when it was clearly the wrong product under the pretense that once it is plugged in the item loses value. When that is clearly the only way to check what the item is, and store manager is very rude and calls you disrespectful names

Walked in and was immediately helped by Dalton. He guided me to the parts I needed and was very helpful! I even had issues the next day changing out the part and called for some help. Luckily he was available and suggested an alternate way to pry the part out (over torqued oil filter cap). I was able to change my part out and get my oil change completed. I am now an AutoZone customer for life! Thanks so much and awesome customer service!

Would you just look at this fine piece of engineering that I m posting along with this review oh yeah they didn t have my rotors or brake pads at that store so I had to leave and go somewhere else for what it s worth

The crew they have working here is always very helpful and polite. They've even come outside to help me with a car problem I couldn't figure out on my own. My only complaint would be the system that gives part numbers. It must be outdated because it was incorrect on the O2 sensor for my truck

Aaron was fantastic. Was having some issues with a headlight and it was a difficult spot to replace the way my car is designed. Without even asking he came out and did it for me. Now that s customer service.

Man do I feel stupid getting windshield wiper blades here. I just decided to look online to see how much they are and literally less than half the price on Amazon for all premium brands. And I ended up getting AutoZone brand here. Not to mention they wanted more than double for one blade when you can get both online for $25 less than what they charge for premium brands. They wanted $40 for one rain. X blade and I needed two of them. You can get a pair of them online for 16.99. Damn AutoZone, are you trying to go out of business? Also, I found out you can get way cheaper name brand wiper blades at discount tire if you want them fast. Just don't buy them at AutoZone

Poor service. Stood in line way too long for a person who didn't know nothing about cars. Walked out and went straight to O'Reilly's. In and out in just a few minutes with high quality Wix filters. I'll never go back to AutoZone unless it's my last choice even though it's closer to my house.

Employees will lie about not having batteries for your car in stock and send you to other Autozone locations to get it done.How do I know? I asked the employees and manager at other locations to check this one. Lol

This review is from a very happy customer of Joshua and Autozone on 2414 Bay Area Blvd, Houston, TX 77058. Stopped by on 5/17/22 around 6 pm to test the battery. Very thankful to Joshua for providing excellent service! He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, with great manners and just all around great guy to deal with! He tested the old battery, checked the stock and found a new one, explained about warranty and put a new battery! He worked hard under the Houston's 90+ sweating heat! Thank you, Joshua for providing great customer service! You deserve 10+ stars!

Shout out to Hector for being the amazing person he is. Recently widowed, and relocated to Clearlake, Hector has been such a wonderful help, recently in encouraging a frustrated me, and directing me to choosing the perfect mount for new TX license plate. Please ask for, and use his expertise when you have a need, and thank him for his kindness to others. We never know what someone else is going through, and what part we play in it.

My go-to auto parts store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they'll take good care of you. If for some reason they can't, they'll point you in the right direction to someone who can take care of you. Bonus: they have a loaner tool program for specialty tools and will also install a new battery for you when you buy one there.

Went in tonight, 01/27/2023, about 6pm, and talked to Sales Associate James at AutoZone Auto Parts Store located at 2414 Bay Area Boulevard, Houston, TX . I was looking for a battery for my 2007 Chevy Avalanche. James was extremely helpful, pleasant, professional and also offered to install the battery in front of the store if needed. In any case they were out of the battery that I need. James got on the company website and located another battery at a close by Auto Zone Store, 2230 Repsdorph Road, Seabrook, TX. I told him that I would go to the Repsdorph store and purchase the battery. James said if there were any problems getting the battery installed to buy the battery and bring it back to the store James worked at on Bay Area and he would install the battery. When I arrived at the Repsdorph store there were no other customers in the parking lot and no customers in the store. The only people at the store were two workers who apparently had no work to do and apparently wanted no work to do. I told them that I needed a battery installed and they said it was too complicated of a job and they couldn't install the battery. So I said I would purchase the battery and take it back to Auto Zone, Bay Area, Houston, TX, for the install. I took it back to Auto Zone, Bay Area, and James installed the battery with no problem in about 10 minutes. I also talked to the Bay Area Assistant Manager, can't recall his name, Assistant Manager was very busy answering the phone, answering sales personnel many questions, straightening out computer issues very well, assisting customers with all sorts of questions, handling professional public relations with customers while managing the store perfectly. He appeared very knowledge on all issues. I assumed he was very well trained and had a very smooth way of handling several problems at the same time. In any case I certainly came away believing Auto Zone on Bay Area provides outstanding public service to this community.

Came in today for a new battery for my Cadillac ATS and a female with glasses helped me check my battery. She told me she had no idea how to go about getting me a new battery because they aren t allowed to mess with batteries for my kind of car. She even said they don t carry the battery I need. She didn t even look at my battery, which is located in my trunk. I was frustrated because I ve bought batteries before, but she told me she couldn t help me and told me to go to the dealership or a mechanic shop. I would understand if she simply didn t know, but she didn t ask any of her coworkers for help. I decided to just go inside and buy another piece I needed and an air freshener. She didn t even know how to ring in the air freshener. Called O Reillys and they helped me out instead and even replaced my battery.

GOOD OLE BOYS Staff extremely helpful and still working like in the old days .While doing a diagnostic test for my car's engine light, he's was focused on installing a new battery for another. They're were extremely busy yet still helping us both. I just went inside, asked for the tester. Told the mgr, I think, I'm parked right next to an employee doing...Grabbed the tool, he plugged it in and I brought it inside for the printout. Within these 2 months, changed rear light and wiper/blade (1/2 didn't come from them)...Saw a female berating an entire staff yesterday. It only makes her look like a B and it was a blameless reason.Once again, it's amazing how far cs and customers are able to work together if we, the customer, are also polite. Always remember, they're people who are interested in making ends meet. Please be nice unless they're not. That's very rare. Cool or late food is not a reason to be holier than thou.

Inexperienced staff damaged my negative battery terminal which resulted in a $270 repair. I was not compensated after waiting a month. I do not recommend going to AutoZone for battery replacement.

Gotta love this business! They installed a new battery for me at no charge and the technician politely refused my offer of a tip (this was in the July heat). Today, they allowed me to use a DIY device in order to evaluate my "check engine" alert. The employee behind the counter apologized for not being able to do this himself because of the current Covid Policy in place for the safety of employees and customers. He gave excellent instructions in order for me to accomplish this myself. I so appreciate this store!

I stopped in to get a battery terminal for my car , I was blessed by Jeff take care of m. I knew nothing about battery terminals , not only did he me the right part he put it on for me. I am single women and appreciate la the help. More Auto Zones need employees like Jeff.

It had what I wanted they weren't on the shelf but I had to ask and I had it in the back I was looking for a battery so I got the battery and I bought some jumper cables while I was there and mine were pretty old And dry rotted I also noticed that they actually were installing batteries in the parking lot and windshield wipers et cetera like they say they do I've been to other autozones and they don't do that this one looks pretty good if you need to have something done

Omgoodness! Devin was so helpful and genuine in the hottest part of the day... He helped replace my entire light cover and we had a few hiccups.. which was to be expected! He soldiered through and completed the task! Everyone inside was friendly..

If you buy a battery (gold battery which is supposed to have a 3yr warranty) and keep your receipt and that battery tests bad within 8 months they still will not honor the warranty. Recommend go buy your battery from another company. They are glad to upsell you to a gold battery but not so glad to honor that warranty.

These guys are great. Helpful and honest. We had been quoted $6000 by Christian Brothers to replace engine and radiator. These guys did computer analysis. $14 radiator stop leak!!!

I dropped by this store to buy a replacement battery for my truck. A guy who works there by the name Dalton offered to do the battery swap for me...without even asking him. He was knowledgeable, quick and very professional. This guy is the epitome of customer service. I'll definitely be back to this store again. Thanks Dalton!
