Great location. When I called, their staff had to put me on hold to finish helping others and they would Actually periodically check in and let me know they haven't forgotten about me. Got the battery warrantied out, they helped install. Just great service and energy overall!

All I can say is get in the Zone! AutoZone! The staff provided top-notch customer service. I pulled up with my car, which would not turn back on. They tested my battery and replaced it in less than 5 minutes. They also recommend I get a portable jump starter device that I can start dead car batteries in an instant and can charge up USB-C devices. Perfect for Power outages. Alex was the team member who gave me that outstanding support!

Autozone- Montrose: Emily was amazing at being quick to service when I came I. To get a new bulb for my car. She helped me learn which bulb I needed and installed it for me. I really appreciated the fast installment and education on the bulb. :) Ask For Emily!

Great service over the phone answered promptly answered my questions and offered help with my battery. Told me to ask for Daniel, but when I got there he was already busy. So Jonathan was more than happy to assist me. He went above and beyond help me and answer all my questions.

I came here because I was having issues with my battery. The service was excellent. Jonathan, in particular, was very helpful. He was able to fix the issue quickly and easily. He was also able to save me a lot of money out of pocket. I would come back anytime for the services.

Johnathan totally saved our road trip at the last minute. A different location gave us the wrong bulbs, but we couldn t tell until we were already trying to install. Thank you SO MUCH! Great Yob

Went to buy a fob battery and see if they would install it for me as I looked it up on YouTube and it said the autozone carried battery and would install. I don t mind paying a fee if I need to. The young man working said they could not install they do not do it. OK I said I thought you did that s what before I even finished my statement A man from the back comes with his remark, you know that s what YouTube is for. Smart remark And being sarcastic. I did not bother answering him I left. They must be so busy that they Do not need any business at all. I see this place being obsolete within 10 years. 3/16/2024 9:30pm. The young cashier was trying to be helpful. It was the older man that was working. That came from the back who was a real jerk and unprofessional behavior. No customers I see why I know The place was empty.

Above and beyond customer service. I went in to buy some ignition coils and Jonathan provided one of the most amazing service I have received on customer service experience. He was super attentive, very knowledgeable and the whole time he was friendly. Honestly please get your stuff from this autozone. Best service ever!

Amazing service from the staff at this AutoZone location! I will be shopping here for all my future auto needs. I came in on 12/22/23 to inquire about an issue with my new windshield wiper blades that I purchased on 12/15/23. The store manager, Jonathan Coyle, was able to assist me even without my original receipt. I showed proof of purchase through my bank account statement. Jonathon was extremely patient and helpful in installing new windshield wiper blades not once but twice! He even cleaned my windshield. Jonathon went above and beyond. This experience is the reason I will continue to shop here.

I quickly called for an Uber to assist me in jump-starting my car and headed straight to AutoZone.The service at AutoZone was incredibly fast and efficient. They promptly replaced my battery, ensuring I could get back on the road in no time. Additionally, AutoZone offers a convenient service where they collect your old battery for a $20 rebate, making the process even more convenient.What impressed me further was the six-month insurance they provide for the new battery. This added peace of mind knowing that I had coverage in case any issues arose.

I am so very thankful to have gone into the AutoZone on Montrose for help yesterday. Their entire staff was wonderful! Polite, extremely knowledgable, and the visit there ended up saving me what would have been hundreds of dollars had I gone elsewhere, when the solution was simply taken care of for less than $12.00!In addition, I learned that for FREE they could run an analysis on my car, and also check my car battery.I especially thank the manager Jonathan, honestly, I can't put a price on the knowledge and sound information that he provided me to assist me with my car.I found Jonathan to genuinely cared! Store needs a major revamp to include staff. This location has been here for too long to look the ways it does. Staff is dry , management has attitude with the staff. The men that work the counter never know anything, the younger guys usually do all the work as well as are the ones that interact with some kind of intelligence

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. And DONT CALL CLINT!!!!I went looking for some advice on a battery. Jonathon looked up the battery and showed me pricing options. I said I wanted the $140 option. He came to look at where the battery was in the car, said he couldn t help me because there a piece covering the battery. He said it take at least 30 minutes of labor and I would have to have a mechanic change it out for me, because he couldn t do it. Proceeded to give me Clint from Big Al s Mobile Mechanics card. Said he could give me a better deal than buying the battery from Auto Zone and he could come replace it in 15 minutes. Not knowing any better and trusting an Auto Zone employee, I called Clint. $280 for a battery and service. It took Clint less than 10 seconds and ONLY pliers and a socket wrench to take off the piece and replace a battery that Jonathan so adamantly said he couldn t help me with. Battery was replaced and I was gone in 15 minutes. NOT 30 minutes from a real mechanic. I feel ashamed that I fell for their side deal hustle to take advantage of me for not knowing better. SHAME ON YOU. Don t be like me. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. And DONT CALL CLINT!!!!

Humberto tested my battery and help me identify the replacement. He gave me different options based on price and skill of the battery. He also gave me a recommendation. The store manager was helpful and quickly removed and installed my new battery. I was in and out in 40 minutes.

Whoever owns this autozone, stop what you re doing and go give Jonathan C. A raise. He s the store manager and did me a huge solid today. Went in getting to get a refund for some brakes I bought in Katy. It appears that I couldn t as I used Apple pay to make the purchase and I didn t have that card on my new phone. After realizing I might have to drive back an hour to get my refund, the store manager Johnathon came and went against store regulations and gave me a refund in cash. Not only did he not have to do this, it was apart of Autozone return policy so he did me a huge solid. Customer service overall was great, but I just had to shout out Jonathan the store manager! You deserve a raise just for that man !

2/12/2024Terrible service today I was at the autozone located in Montrose there was an employee sweeping outside blowing dust at the customers who were arriving, I went in to ask for help, the woman at the counter said she couldn't help me, the Lady yelled at a worker to help me, the employee who was somewhere inside shouted saying that he was busy, I left the place to ask the sweeper if he was an employee of the place and he answered that he was the store manager, while he answered me he continued sweeping without raising his head, I asked the store Manager (The sweeper) for help, I explained the situation that the brake light on, I told him that maybe there was a lack of oil if he could show me where the container is so I can check it. He rudely told me where the brake oil container was and he told me to take the car to a mechanic.They should check the security cameras so they can see how the employees workThis is unheard of.I will report this event to the corporation.
