I would give 10 stars if I was able. Anthony Ponce (Manager) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. He was able to locate all of my items and even installed the windshield wipers on my vehicle while I waited. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Timothy that works In the front is very disrespectful and rude! he stood by the register for 20 minutes on his phone before helping me with my car and then told me to go to another store there was nothing he could do. Thank god for the nice lady that came in a couple minutes later, she was so helpful with everything I needed. Timothy if you don t wanna help customers you don t need to be in customer service.

On today on 3:40 p.m. I went to this Auto Zone looking for a Window Tint kit. I was greet a loud mean B/F with the name of Sherry F. on her name badge. She stated in a loud disrespected tone of voice you can not bring that in her and then she you have to put that bag behind the counter. I had my gym bag with me I had no idea what she was talking about. Nor did she tell me correctly where the window tint kit was located. I some associates name Luis what is the name of Sherry F. He stated No if you want to know her name go and get it off her name badge so that is exactly what I did. I ask some gentleman named Mike what is store number and he gave me incorrect information he gave me information to Aldine Bender Auto Zone. No seems to know nothing about customer service. Everyone seems like they were protecting the person or employee who caused the problem.

I had an amazing experience at Autozone with Russell the store manager. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me.

I came in needing a new battery for my SUV. The employee was very helpful. He checked my bad battery to make sure it was the problem. He showed me many battery options available and the one I selected was in stock. He loaned me a #10 and a ratchet and it took a few minutes for me to change my battery on site.I was very satisfied with the service and the helpfulness of the employee.

I went in to the store because I need a brand new battery,Russell was the person they greeted me. He also put in my battery for me and gave me more details about what I needs to do about my head light,overall his customer service was very good.

Terrible service, they are not kind to Hispanic people and are not willing to help you. Today in the afternoon he arrives at his facilities to buy a refrigerant for my car and my surprise was that it did not work and when I came back to tell him that it had not worked for me they told me that they could not do anything or return my money or anything like that I just wanted them to help me know why the refrigerant did not work but they left me talking alone without anything to clarify my doubts I will never buy again in that store very bad attention.

Last I checked Auto Zone checks codes when your engine light. The associate actually said it was a waste of his time. Excuse me for expecting you to do your job. Now I am questioning the integrity of the purchase. He said I won't know until the part is changed. So thank you Auto Zone for wasting my time and gas. There is one star because I have to leave a rating. Otherwise there would be none.

Bradley Russell - Store Manager- basically created a whole part to make sure my car was running correct. The break rubber stop pad for my break lights under the break pedal was too big which caused me to drive and break at the same time. That led to my car smoking. I pulled up and ask him if he take a look. He figured it out within seconds and offered to configure the rubber to fit correctly. 10/10 especially on this Houston heat! Go Bradley!!

I really appreciate everyone who helped me here at this location. Alex was very polite and helped me exchange a bad battery with no hassle at all. The store manager Russell Bradley went above and beyond changing my battery and cleaning my terminals in this hot sun. This young man was very respectful and polite and EXTREMELY helpful. I will definitely be returning here.

Came in Saturday morning (store #3156) to recycle oil; had to use the rest room before leaving.The rest room had signage "Employees must wash hands before returning to work" but no hand soap or hand sanitizer to be found! The sink and toilet where very nasty/dirty. Glad I had hand sanitizer in my vehicle.

Great customer service from both saleswoman and manager! Not only did they help me get what I needed at a great price, the manager stood up for my situation to a rude customer behind me. It is so nice to know that doing the right thing means more than a sale. He even carried the heavy parts to my car. Thanks so much!

Said they had this battery in stock when we called. We showed up, didn t have it even though the system clearly said 3 in stock. That one black lady was very rude. Didn t even bother to help us really.

These guys are not helpful to a woman. Manager seen me pulling up, he went to to back of the store pretending to be busy. But they will help a man in a minute. I don't like doing business at this one.

Just wanted to share my experience so hopefully no one else experiences this. I came to this location yesterday to get low beam lights for my car. There was lady/employee outside seemingly arguing, conversing, it was kind of loud . The other two workers were pretty busy and there was a few of us in line. I wasnt sure which bulbs to get I waited in line to be assisted . I was finally helped by the lady who was outside talking and she told me there was no one available to put the lights in my car/wasnt sure how to do it. I attempted to put them in myself and the lady sold me the wrong bulbs for my car. So I went to the 2212 FM 2920 Spring, TX 77388 location where they were much more friendly and overly happy to help. She gave my the proper bulbs and changed them for me. I wont be returning to this location.

Went in there around 6:30 p.m. today which is February 21st I ain't asked the clerk three times if I needed mustang windshield wiper blades for my car or if I can get regular ones that she told me I needed my thing ones I couldn't get her to help me anymore I have no idea what they are also there was no one in the store before me but she insisted on helping all the other people instead of me I thought that was very rude and didn't even apologize nothing didn't care

I had an issue with my car starting up and suddenly shutting down for the second time. I pushed the battery and it started, I quickly drove to this location with hopes it wasn t a major issue. When arriving I was greeted and was told someone would come out and check my battery, battery was great, but wire was loose. After a few minutes the manager came out, and secured the wire to battery. Great service & customer service. I definitely recommend his location to everyone!! Thanks you guys rock!!

Russell is an exceptionally amazing store manager. It was dark outside and he replaced the battery in my car without hesitation. I know this seems like something he should do but he is not required to do it in the dark. I am super grateful for his hospitality and skillful hands. Thank you Russell!

They have new manager, Shawn he was super helpful and even with the cash shortage he was able to get all of the customers including myself well taken care off. He even came outside to help several members after the purchases.Including helping me with my taillights. Will definitely visit this location again.

Called ahead asking about a battery for my car. Russell informed me of what was in stock and let me know he would test the battery before having me purchase. There was a short line and another employee tested it for me and then Russell informed me of warranty, what to do moving forward with any issues abs replaced the battery in 5 minutes. Both employees I worked with were knowledgeable and serviced me quickly. Great customer service! Will come back if I need anything else.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Daniel, Hunt and Andrew helped my fiance and I with the purchase of a battery. The staff made sure we didn't buy anything we didn't need, they even installed the new battery for us. From my family to the auto zone family we truly appreciate your outstanding customer service. Russell was a BIG help! Not only did he assist me with getting the best battery but he helped install it for me. I highly recommend going see him for any auto needs if you re in the area!
