The service was excellent, William did the most to make sure we found what we needed! Best employee! This location is really nice very fast service, definitely enough people on the floor to help any customer! Best autozone yet!

We had a really disappointed experience at this location. We just want to have a battery replacement. Here's what happened:A girl did the cashier job and then trying to Replace the battery. But she can't do it correctly. She claimed the camry battery to be different but actually it's the factory battery. So she did not recognize the original battery. We also noticed she has long nice nails which means she is probably not fit for the manual work. She refused to replace the battery and said no one in the store will help. And at that time, it's already 8 pm and we have been here for almost 1.5 hours. There's no autoshop opened this late and we are lucky to get the car started and drive home. After we back, we also noticed that since she failed to take the battery out, she also failed to set the battery to the original status, see picture. The battery is not correct stabilized. We would report this as an incident because if she is not able to handle this job, someone else may also have similar experience like this. This happened on Oct. 12, 2023

It's been a while since I ran into Mr "O.G" Rudy E.. this man is beyond friendly , honest and truly cares for his customers and business... if you need any REAL and. Rael was amazing and knowledgeable. I came in to get my battery checked and she spotted corrosion. She helped find the correct battery and installed it with ease. She provided wonderful customer service and was very professional. Thank you, again Rael!

Had a great experience at this location. When I came into the store I was helped by Rudy who was very knowledgeable. He helped me get my battery replaced so quickly and efficiently. He made sure everything was working properly and explained to me concerns I had at the time. Overall, great customer service. Thank you!!!

Jose looks really tired, his customer service is poor and hopefully he can find a place he can be happy. I had to do the line 2 times spending 45 minutes in the line just because he doesn't help me to find what I was looking for. Auto zone needs to find energetic people who can help the customers with a good customer service. Hopefully jose can get some vacation so he can rest and come refresh to help customer with good attitude . Good luck jose. I wish you to improve your customer service. We are humans but this is a job and auto zone expect you to help customers with good vibe.

It never fails that mechanical issues arise on a Friday when you are getting ready to head out of town. My battery needed replacing and I had very little time; having to get it taken care of during my lunch hour. AutoZone was very busy today, but when it was finally my turn, I was blessed to have Rudy B wait on me. He quickly tested my battery, and discovered that it exceeded its number of years! I said, OK, let's get this new one purchased. He then gave me the good news indicating he would install it. All of this was completed on my lunch hour. Rudy was SO nice and professional. I enjoyed chatting with him. He is the epitome of great customer service, which is very much lacking in the world today. Thank you Rudy B!

My husband is a mobile mechanic and we have a commercial account at Auto Zone. Therefore, we travel all around Houston getting parts for customers. Since we are mobile, I frequently use the restroom at all Auto Zones while we are picking up parts. I have never experienced a bathroom that is consistently dirty. I really don't think the men's bathroom is ever cleaned. It is so bad every time I visit all of the men employees use the women's bathroom due to the conditions of their own bathroom. This includes the manager Chike, which I do know his name because of my constant buisness we bring and purchases on parts we make from your establishment. I have never seen this man use the men's bathroom. I have been coming for years. I have attached pictures of the bathroom and the water they mop the floor with, which looks like the picture I attached daily. This is the dirtiest store in Houston. Appalled!!!

The guy was professional and knowledgeable of the parts we needed to solve our problem. He also allowed us to use a tool we needed to fix a part we needed so I ll give him a five star for customer service.

I came in get to my battery checked. I had a PC diagnostic run (given error code sheet) & was advised to come back a little later to have a external battery check with possible recharge. From the line wait to finish barely 10 minutes...Rudy was genuine,courteous, and honest...I'll be back.

Few days ago I bought a catalytic converter for my Nissan Versa, just one day later I bought the same item from Amazon with very affordable price. I went back to AutoZone to return the item. I don t even the open box. Customer service was good until the employee request an approval from his manager. Jesse D the manager approach the employee with very disrespectful attitude asking him how do you want me to approved something you don t even check it the employee respond I did checked Sir the manager look at me and ask me do you installed? I told the manager Sir I don t even open the box the reason I m returned that s because I found same item cheaper I m very regular customer but in my last two experiences Shopping at AutoZone hasn t been pleasant at all.

horrible customer service ordered a same day ship to home delivery and they did not deliver. now i do not have the parts i need nor the money i paid for the order. 10/10 i do not recommendedit: there was no resolve still they certainly still have not made it right

I had car battery issues and had to get it jumped to get it to Autozone to take a look at my battery. The worker at this AutoZone did not know how to enter the values, and shrugged and was clueless. I was looking at the machine and it didn t have any results. He simply went inside and put the machine on the dock and said oh yeah your battery is bad. I then said okay I ll buy a battery here, so I picked a battery from his list and he brought the wrong one thinking it was correct. After that I also asked if they install batteries and he hesitated and said ideally no. I just walked away and took my business elsewhere.Also when I walked up to the counter, there was no line, two employees were debating saying do you want him ? They seem lazy and did not provide good customer service.

IF YOUR A WOMAN DONT GO HERE!!They will not help you.I recently had a disappointing experience at AutoZone after my car was broken into and I needed to purchase a temporary window. I visited the store hoping to find assistance and support during a stressful time, but sadly, the lack of customer service provided by the staff left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.Upon entering the store, I approached an employee and kindly asked if they could assist me in taping the temporary window with the items I was about to purchase. To my surprise, the response I received was a flat-out refusal, accompanied by an air of rudeness. This lack of willingness to lend a helping hand was disheartening, especially considering the circumstances and the fact that I was a paying customer.What added to my frustration was the stark contrast compared to the free services AutoZone offers, such as battery checks. How is it that they can provide complimentary services like that, but when it comes to a simple request for assistance, they fail to deliver? It seemed like a clear case of laziness and a disregard for customer satisfaction.Customer service is a vital aspect of any business, especially in the automotive industry where trust and support are crucial. Great service!! Valentina was incredibly helpful and kind. Our car battery went out at the worst time and she took great care of us. She immediately got us a new battery and replaced it for us - and with a great attitude, even in this horrible heat. We are so appreciative and will be returning to this location next time!

This is the absolute worse place to go to if you are a woman. Don't bother! I typically go to a different location that is always so helpful, but this one is so close to where I live, and my battery was acting up, so I ventured. MISTAKE. Unless you are extremely vocal, they will simply ignore you and take male customers before you. Had to get loud, and then finally got someone to come outside to check my battery, only to be abandoned in front of the business when it started sprinkling rain - NO HELP at all and left me standing there with my hood up. Grateful for my car starting, drove to my normal location where they were happy to help me.

That "Can You please hold!" is my number 1 pet pev!! Be on hold for 30mins like what pizza places use to do. Inside is kinda overwhelming. Commercial area is hidden and sign is not accessible to read! No restrooms signs. Restroom need deodizer smells like sewer. They git extremely busy line to the door.They have full staff most of the time.

Had a battery not work after two years and was under warranty that autozone honored.They do battery test and battery changes here.Luis who was working the night shift, nice man who worked in the heat to take out my battery and replace it despite sweating.

10/01/23 Customer service was not good at all. The worker Daniel P. who was there around 4:30pm this day had a horrible attitude and seemed bothered by having to work. I m a loyal commercial customer with Autozone and I was told by him that there wasn t a price change with the item I had even though I was aware that there in fact was a price difference.. after letting him know of this he proceeded to give me a stank face. He then went on his computer again and realized that I was right. Afterwards he wouldn t allow me to pay with card even though other Autozone s have allowed me to pay with card in the past. Wouldn t recommend coming here.. I ll stick to the kempwood location.
