I was just informed my brake light was out so just went to this store to purchase a brake light. There was 3 associates in the store. 2 was walking around and 1 was assisting a customer. I waited for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I purchased the light and asked if someone can assist me with replacing it. He rudely said no. So I left the light and the store. I am going to advance auto who is more polite to their customers.

09/13/23 customer service was not good at all. The worker around 7pm this day seemed bothered by having to work. When asked to get help in switching out a battery he said he couldn t leave the store, there were other workers there. He then suggested I instead go to the autozone off gessner for help. Several minutes pass and I had to go back in the store bc the receipt had not hit my email as requested (still haven t received it). When I came back in it was empty and he was on his phone. He seemed bothered again for requesting a paper receipt. I do then go to autozone off gessner and wow such a difference in customer service and overall care! They ran full tests and switched my battery.

The folks who work there are great. Even the guys understand "girl" explanations, it's awesome. Great service, great people.

The manager Michael is very rude. On 8/20/2022 around 2:20pm My husband and I came to get our battery check. They told us we needed a new one. We got it. The young man helped us to get the old battery out and yes he did struggle for about 15mins max. I was inside the store watching and the manager micheal was telling his other employee y'all don't get pay to spend 30mins outside helping y'all get paid to be on the counter helping customers. But at that time they didn't have a line. Thank God the young man did take it off and put the new one in. I told the young man thank you for everything your a true blessing for helping others not knowing my husband is ill and I honestly don't know to do that. But Michael R you need management school and learn to be more humble. V

We took our alternator to get tested to make sure it's fried. Said their machine is not working. This is the second AutoZone we go to. Took it to Advance Auto parts. Quickly tested it 3 times. Ordered another, no problem.

Just had horrible customer service with Josue. Asked for a headlight bulb, I followed him to the shelf, he pointed at a 2-pack and said you can get this for about $30 (unmarked on the peg). I asked if he recommend I get two, he said it was up to me. I then asked him if I should I get someone else s opinion if having an extra is recommended and while walking away he replied that s your choice. Needless to say the underwhelming customer service led me to shop at O Reilly AND Josh at O Reilly switched out the bulb for me at no charge.

I went in a couple of days ago and Ana was very sweet and helpful when i asked about parts as well as Bianca she is really outgoing and has a great personality when I came in to charge a battery.

Thumbs up for those boys. Gabriel, Marcus and no less than others, the beautiful lady Melissa . My first time at this location, and all of them were very helpful, kind, and patience. They place my Steering wheel hose order right away. Thanks again guys

Okay, I went here because I had the check engine light on, so one of the general managers ran the code, printed out what was wrong, gave me some advice and it was great. I then ask if he knows if anyone around adds air to tires for free. He said he had a compressor and could do it for me. Added air, made sure the pressure was fine and did this all for me while I stood next to him and watched (useless ha). Service was amazing!! So kind, so helpful!! Thank you Adrian V.!!!!!

Haven't been to Autozone in a couple of years but Melisa was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me with my online order as well as the instore tools I would need to install my battery. Melisa's great customer service is why I would come back to this store as well as come back to shopping at Autozone. Thank you Melisa.

This was the worst experience ever! Customer service is horrible! I had to go there a couple of times just because the location is convenient for me and both times my experience was horrible! Staff is very rude and not knowledgeable! I wish I could file a complaint with the corporate as what I experienced is simply unacceptable!

This Autozone is close to me. Bianca Moreland goes the extra mile to make sure my parts are correct and I am satified. I am always, welcomed when I walk into this location and treated with respect. I do recommend this location and will continue to come here first looking for parts.

Whoever the manger on duty 9/16/16 is horrible with customer service. Inattentive to customers and seemingly unsuitable for leadership of employees. Customers in the store with two of the four on shift outside smoking in front of the store. One person stocking shelves and the manager wondering around aimlessly. Will not be back to this location.

I know a decent amount about cars, and has always been told that a red coolant was good for 5 years, while green was good for 3 years. In addition to that it depends if you have an aluminum block or an iron block and what chemicals are in the coolant and what's safe for what.Looking at the bottles of Prestone I'm wondering which of these is good for an Aluminum block and ideally a 5 year fluid, I walk up to the counter with a jug and ask the older gentleman with swept back grey hair if red vs green coolant has a difference. He shrugs his shoulders and says idk. Then says "I'm sure AutoZone would carry anything that's going to harm your engine."Well idiot, if I put straight 90 weight oil into my car that requires 5w-30 then yes, something bad will happen.Then I ask if "this one is safe for an aluminum or iron block."He again has no idea and claims it's a universal coolant.Congrats to him though for knowing that it was a 50/50 mix and not the concentrated jug.But then again it says it right on the front....duh..If you don't know something at your place of work you should try to learn and understand that information. It's okay to not know something, but you should try and offer a way to answer a customer's question.I'm not over here asking what the chemical formula is for ethylene glycol....these are basic automotive questions, and he simply doesn't care.I would have no problem with someone saying "shoot, that's a good question, I'm not sure, Greg over here might know. Hey Greg..../or well let's find out."I'm not one to leave reviews like this, most of my reviews are positive, but this guy is useless...well he was able to run my credit card, so only mostly useless...

Bianca and Chante G have been an amazing help while getting everything we needed to fix this 1999 Silverado. I will only go to them. After a bad experience with Mike when he was floating manager I almost took my business elsewhere but as long as Bianca and Chante G are at Kempwood AutoZone we will be back. It s so pleasant to walk in and see their faces every time.

The ladies here at this establishment are very prompt and professional! Especially Melisa and Bianca! These ladies really know there stuff! I m going to personally make this my one stop shop for all of my Auto parts! You go ladies!

I placed an online order thinking when I get there I wouldn't have to wait in line. Wrong. Also I got the email saying it was ready for pick up but when I got there I still had to wait for them to get it together.

Terrible terrible customer service. People stand in lines for hours to have the smallest things checked out. The attendants are very incompetent, constantly locking themselves out from the system. I only went there because this place is close to home. I would never visit this particular autozone in the future.

Very rude assistant manager John J. His customer service skills are completely incompetent. Long wait in line with a rude assistant manager to top it all off.
