Well, I went to this. AutoZone asked them to test apart for me. I have a bad experience the Hispanic lady she did not wait until I finish talk she just flat out. Say no not a good example for valid customers.

Absolutely ridiculous! The manager is on her cell phone while helping a customer then walks away while the phones are ringing like crazy and there are at least 5-6 other people in line leaving one person at the register who keeps calling for her ! And she will not come help! Whoever put this person in charge needs to be reevaluated! This is not a leader this is someone who does not care about her team or how the store succeeds! I will not return and tell everyone I know to go elsewhere

I love AutoZone! I am a late middle-aged and am on a long-distance road trip. A front headlight had gone out on my car and the kind people at this location had me legal and safe again in a matter of minutes. Thank you, AutoZone!

I went in looking for a cabin air filter for my 2015 Chrysler 200. A young lady by the name of Patricia helped me, she was very knowledgeable and courteous. She found what I needed and even gave me a diagram on how to install it. I will definitely be going back to this store because of people like her!

I called about a replacement battery for my Volkswagen and the gentleman on the phone was very rude. I m glad I didn t step foot in the door because the customer service was lousy. Would not spend money here.

The customer service personnel was not friendly at all. Check on line a product, with promotion and discount, came to the store to make the order, I was thrown of with the total amount he shown me compare to what I got. Went away sat in my car and order it myself at a good price. We the customers are cash payers,So help us well and understand what we need, for total satisfaction.

The customer Service Julius Holt provides to customers is HORRIFIC, unprofessional, and needs to be corrected as soon as possible! He s very rude, to the point where I took time out of my day to write this review. Why work somewhere understanding your job is to be HELPFUL to customers when it comes to vehicle parts and questions when all you can do is be rude, and unhelpful? I will be making multiple phone calls to district managers and store managers about this. Do better auto zone DO BETTER!

Terrible night shift crew on Veterans Memorial Dr. Bought a battery on Tuesday, January 30, at 1:49 p.m., and I had to get a jump less than 24 hours later. Did the process of elimination to see if it could possibly be my alternator and/or starter. Those were cleared at the mechanic shop, went back to Autozone & van fell died in the parking lot. Guy at Autozone wanted to charge the battery for 1.5 hours while we waited in the parking lot, then check again for a dead cell. Battery charged 30 minutes & he said it was good. Got back home & van isn't starting. I also spoke with the night manager at Autozone, who was very unhelpful. Will be going back tomorrow to deal with the day crew, which is a lot better.

I went into buy windshield wipers and asked the front desk if they could help me install them since I m an elder. Unfortunately, they said no. I would understand if they were busy but I was the only one inside the store & all employees were simply talking amongst eachother. I ended up not buying them and went to O reillys across the street to purchase them and get help.

Karvina is an awful manager and that store is horrific and every autozone in the area knows this and nothing is done they refuse to return items or help customers due to their average sales this is beyond ridiculous.

Patricia helped me with my head light this morning! She was awesome and super knowledgeable. She made sure it was greased so that it would get stuck the next time! Good people like her are needed and worth paying the price to keep!

This AutoZone has excellent customer service. I was assisted by a young man named Fernando. Being a girl we sometimes don't know much about placing batteries in our vehicles and he was able to help me. I recommend this location with their great customer service.

People here are very rude specifically tha lady I think she is tha supervisor. She has no manners she can care less if you are on line for 10 minutes she rather socialize with tha rest of employees than help her customers I had another customer behind me and he was trying to pay he felt tha same way as me. I'll tell you I left and went to O'Reilly and bought my parts

I was not ignored. The lady at the counter acknowledged me as well as the man helping another customer. Patricia, (counter person), helped me find the type of fluid I needed for my vehicle and offered to pour in for me. She made this trip to the auto store alot easier than I thought. I will come back anytime I need something for my car. Thank you Patricia for being so helpful!!!

Lets call it for what it is. If this is Veterans Memorial location, The older female Hispanic asst manager is not very bright. I kept asking her egr value gasket and she kept showing me the valve. I finally had to ask someone else to assist and I was fine.
