I am a long time customer of Store # 3522 and maintain my "fleet" of personal vehicles through this store. I find the staff is always courteous, in spite of the fact they are usually quite busy (especially on the weekends)!!!! In particular, Wilber Flores(Parts Manager), provides me with excellent customer care. He consistently looks after my needs and his advise is always helpful. If my required part is not in stock, he will locate it at another location and have it directed to this store. I trust his judgment and value his service!!!!! Thank you, Mr. Flores!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S. His latest assistance was provided during Transaction # 609089, date 04/01/24.

Juan, the manager, personally helped me change my battery - showed me how to do it properly and was really nice and helpful about it. Thanks man!!Additionally, David F let me borrow a funnel and provided other helpful items for me to top of my oil in the parking lot. Thanks!!

I recently visited Autozone and had an outstanding experience with David. He assisted me with a light bulb replacement, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and efficiency. David's salesmanship truly stood out, making my visit seamless and enjoyable. Five stars for exceptional service!

I love Autozone - CS is always on point, however, the staff here are on an O'Reilly mindset and lack any ability to help and cater to customers. Management needs to go on a rehire spree here.

Daniel the manager was very kind in helping me fix my battery by cleaning the corrosion off of it and taking his time to assess what the problem was. Excellent customer service, would definitely come back.

Omg, I have never been to an AutoZone where the cashier was who was also the part manager? What is that title? He was very rude. I would never go back to this location, I'll just drive a bit farther and get better customers service!

I went to AutoZone at this location around 20 minutes ago. JACKY C was just wonderful! Though the other staff members there were occupied, Jacky C entered the store with a co-worker and immediately came and assisted me. I had been waiting just a few minutes, but she came and walked me over to the self-check out, which I didn't know AutoZone had. She helped me with my purchase, and then gave me even more great customer service by taking my items to my car, putting them in for me, and holding my door open so I could get in. AutoZone has a LOT to be proud of with JACKY C. I really appreciate her great work! Thank you so much, Jacky!

Hit and miss on customer service. I went to get coolant and asked one of the staff at the counter about what kind to get he then asked what color was my coolant in which I didn't know , I had never been asked that question before. I went back outside and looked at the coolant. I came back and told the clerk. He said "it's back there on the shelf." I got to the shelf but can't see in the bottle so I go back and ask him which one is it since I can't see inside the bottle without opening it. He seemed a bit annoyed but showed me the one I needed.I think the situation could have been handled better and could have saved time if he would have just been a little more helpful from the start.

Ask for Juan, he s a really good person that helps you get what you need without making a face or hesitates. 10/10 he s also so nice. The store needs more people like him. He s bilingual and great attitude.

Poor customer service. Lackadaisically inefficient. Went in to buy car battery on August 27th, and after payment was cancelled for insufficient funds, l paid the required amount of $91.00 dollars with cash. But became a headache to reinstate my funds the amount of $70.00 dollars deducted from my card back until now. Staff is NOT knowledgeable. Don't know what they're doing in such a matter. I'm still trying to get my money refunded back. By law, l can't be charged twice for same product.

Great please to shop. Was being helped by Juan and he didn t understand what i wanted to get and interrupted me while i was explaining what i needed i asked to talk to someone else and Wilber helped me out and took his time to understand What i needed and what i was looking for Great gentlemen he has great customer service and experience 5 stars rating for him.

Problem with young adults is that they don t know how to be adults. Customers are waiting in line and at least two or three of these guys are in the back, laughing and horsing around and throwing things around, making a bunch of racket in the back, all while we are waiting upfront to be helped. He s in adults, lack respect, manners, and professionalism. Chubby guy that helps me with a beard and a mustache does not say hello, doesn t ask how he can help me, just ask me what I want. Really?

I went to this Autozone and had the best customer service ever DeAngelo Martinez truly helped me with an amazing experience of AutoZone superior service. This young man came outdoors and helped me beyond measures along with taking the trash and assisting other customers. I noticed the manager was reiterating regarding what the do and don'ts are but as a customer I went back to let him know to please don't be upset with him. The manager was super nice until the security guard came over their thinking he was a police officer and we end up having words. He was involved in the conversation with the manager and I which was POSITIVE and not watching the store. Please do what you are paid for and not be in conversations that your name or position is not involved in. He mentioned that he can be in the conversation all he wanted and by the time I let him know I am not to played with he continued to go back and forth. The manager and DeAngelo was great but that security guard need to review the Security Guard handbook .

I'm truly grateful for Daniel the Manager. I just started at Memorial Hermann Southwest and today my truck wouldn't start after work. I received excellent customer service and he was very patience. I'm so happy he assisted me and provide such excellent care

Hello, i really liked how a worker treated me and my son, his name Is Christtopher, he was very gentle and very kind, and always tried to find of needs we needed, and a very intelligent man, if I was a boss I would put him a better rank just like manger, but there d one lady that was kind of disrespectful and she had blond hair and black shirt. And she was disrespectful to everyone she did not try to find things for people, but this man is amazing.

3rd time being here. Long lines. 1 cashier/person working/helping while there are 4 other people behind the counter........ they dont tell you 'we'll be right with you' or nothing

I walked in to get assistance with brakes and a battery and Wilber The Parts sales Manager went above and beyond and gave me what customer service and customer satisfaction is. Took my parts to my car and installed my battery with no problems. Thank you Wilber if you ever read this
