Ashton the manager was rude and not helpful. He didn t want to assist me with the battery replacement. He had an attitude as if he didn t want to be there to work. The other guys act like they didn t know how to test the battery and was trying to talk me out of getting a new battery when i explained to them that i had to get a jump start just to come over to the store.

I went to get oil for my truck and there was no line...The lady behind the counter had on a mask but of course some people walked in without masks it was busy outsidePeople was outside working on vehicles and helping each other with cars which was nice and of course the music from the club across the street was loud loud and enjoyable.

I love my local autozone. They helped me put in the battery and took care of me from the beginning until the end. Being a single women with a truck can be a lot sometimes but they set me straight every time!

A know-it-all Carribean manager who is most likely pushing customers away from this store due to his God-awful manners. This guy believes he can read devices without testing equipment. This elder has a terrible attitude towards paying customers and walked away without servicing my battery. He doesn't need to work in customer service nor be a manager. I asked the guy his name so I could leave him a good review and I have forgotten how to spell it. Jerren L. was an awesome help! I was really in a bind and having a bad day but he was very helpful, knowledgeable and all smiles which was very contagious. I dnt even think he understands how his positivity and help really shaped the rest of my day. Jerren L. thank you so much for the work you do!!

Jerren was fantastic! He offered excellent customer service the minute I walked in the door. He even showed me where the item I wanted to purchase was. The location I visited was in Houston - 4545 Griggs. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff with a Hello . Went to O Reilly next door 1st and no one said a word when I walked in. Glad I decided not to purchase there.

Some of the staff were helpful, but others were not. They couldn't fix my car issue and suggested maybe this shady looking guy outside could fix it, but I took a chance and went against their suggestion and drove my car home, despite the power steering going out and, by the time I got home to Seabrook, smoke was pouring out of my hood and I barely made it to my mechanic.

everyone at this location is very friendly , Ashton helped me find and put on my new windshield wipers and Terrico and Ms.Angie greeted me and helped me with all of my questions. Amazing customer service and i will definitely come back when i need anything for my car!

Got my new battery here, one of the associates young man I believe his name is Darius or Derek (apologize in advance if that is wrong) took care of me helping with changing/swapping my battery let me remind you it s was really cold that night! In the end I enjoy our short, interesting educational conversation with him.

It was ok. I know I must have looked strange, coming in alone and after dark. However, I was in the area and in the market for a replacement starter for my Jeep. It is getting too cold for the bus. The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I left there confident that when I am ready to make the purchase, I will be getting the right part for the right price.

The employees customer service is absolutely flawless. Also, The store manager Dena is so attentive, helpful and friendly. The associate Noel took such great care of me in my hour of vehicular distress. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for his awesome service.

Mayte was awesome! She gave me a warm welcome and from there she assisted me with narrowing down possible causes of my battery light illuminating. Even helping me decipher what the codes meant, among a few other things....about half-way thru I realized (overheard conversation) that she was also dealing with a skin burn from a battery acid leak. Ouch!I would have never known that if I wasn't standing where I was and overheard a conversation!!!!!WITH OR WITHOUT her skin burn...she gave prompt, insightful, helpful information, and she did it all with a smile. If I were her manager I'd recognize that style of customer service in a heartbeat bc I personally think she could get a job anywhere she wants. Or maybe she gets recruited into a more lucrative position (??) Time will tell...Thanks Mayte for your awesome customer service!!!!!!! You are truly awesome!

Every time I have walked into this autozone store (4545 Griggs) I have seen people getting terrible service. The older color lady is the worse of all. She mistreats people while asking questions. Today I was a victim of the lady that answers the phone and check people out. She was very unprofessional and screamed as if I was a child. This happened in the morning time (3/22/22). I will never visit this store every again. Corporate complaint in the works.

This location is very helpful and knowledgeable about products and services they really care and go above and beyond to help each individual customer I always have a very pleasant experience at this location the staff is awesome especially the store manager she has personally help me out on several occasions Ms Dena Thomas is the best and she has a very very good supportive staff behind her I love this Autozone especially how they greet every customer personally at the door

Thanks to Ms. Dena & Mr. Noel, I was able to get great battery and not have to leave to go to another Auto Parts place for my car stop on me. They went far and beyond to services my needs! Stella customer service at its best!!!! Best location ever! Blessings to them a the company as a whole! Much gratitude!
