Excellent Service! I needed a new pair of windshield wipers for my car. Josh, the Store Manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful when recommending different items that is accommodating to my needs. He also solved issues I wasn t aware of! What a bonus!! I absolutely appreciate it! Thank you for your help!!

Ridiculous call and their place you on hold never comes back to phone. I repeatedly called back to get a part and never got to actually speak to anyway. Don t suggest this location at all.

Whenever I call AutoZone they automatically put you on hold, I holds for anywhere from 10-15 minutes, have to hang up and call back. So I calls Orielly's

Josue the best he helped me from beginning to end such a kind soul he was very professional installing a battery for me and helped me change my headlight bulbs and to top it off he guided me towards a good mechanic for mechanical work an angle thank you so much

Went in earlier today to pickup my new battery and Tony helped me right away, also asked me if I needed assistance changing it out, without me asking, to which I gladly said yes to, Since I am still learning, Tony helped me by explaining how to change it myself if I ever needed to which was really helpful since he made the explanation simple and easily understandable, so now I know how to change my car battery myself, Thanks Tony!!

By far the best AutoZone ive gone to and its going to be my go to store now. VIC assisted me on my battery purchase and helped me install it on my vehicle, coming from someone that doesnt know anything about cars that means alot. The other ladies there were also very helpful and overall awesome customer service.

Several hours ago, I purchased part from this location.There were at least 9 people ahead of me in line, and the phones were ringing off the hook. The manager on duty immediately reassigned the staff to handle different things, ranging from checking batteries to answering phone lines while he and another waited on AutoZone's customers. I tip my hat to you for respecting the value of everyone's time!

Katy and Derrick were absolutely fantastic! They pointed me in the right direction of getting my car fixed and helped with replacing the car battery! Funny thing is, I came in to replace the fuses for my radio and audio, but came to find out my car didn't turn on due to the battery being badly corroded. Luckily, I was there at the right place at the right time, they're very knowledgeable and kind employees when it comes to vehicles! Thank you all so much!

This autozone was out of stock of the ac refill can I needed but the young man behind the counter verified what I needed and then look up what store near by had what I needed in stock. Very helpful.

I didn't know the prices varied from one Auto Zone to the next...Other than my item shooting up $20+ until I mentioned my concern then he only charged me $6, everything else was great. If they'd keep their prices the same from store to store, it would be perfect customer service, but when you jack the prices up one might think that you're being shady. You can't offer price matching when your own pricing changes from store to store.

Great! Bought front brake pads. Christopher V. waited on me. I really liked him. It really helps when you have a worker that takes care of you, isn't in a rush & makes you feel like he knows you, even though you have never even met him. I was looking for a coupon & he helped me and said no rush, etc. You have a great employee in Christopher.

Been using these guys for years and never any issues. The manager, whose name I do not recall, but can best describe her as a short Hispanic female in her early 40's, obese,with long hair, and with a visible wrist tattoo. She attempted to convince me that I had to return a defective product to the store that it was purchased. I started asking questions to see when that became policy since I never had that issue before. She then stopped talking, avoided eye contact, and processed my return. She avoided eye contact and tossed my return voucher on the counter, rolled her eyes, and told me to get my cash at the next register. She then began to yell at her crew across the store that they would be closing early because they weren't making any money. I asked the employee at the other register why was she displaying so much attitude over a simple return. She stopped what she was doing to address me and yelled across the store, "What did you say?" In which I replied respectfully, that she had no right to be rude nor disrespectful to me. I could understand if I were being rude or disrespectful, however I was not. She said oh ok and went back to work. It wasn't until I talked to a fellow customer outside that I realized what she was doing. They have been lying to customers to go back to the store of purchase for returns in order to keep their sales numbers higher, so she was upset that I called her out on it.

It gets a 3 star review only because of the short/slim Hispanic guy who was working hard due to them only having two workers with high traffic customer service at the time. Hate to throw my people under the bus but the black lady was trying to only do inside jobs. I had a check engine light problem and after being ask ,"what I need" after waiting in line for over 15min . I told her that I need to know why my light came in. She quickly NEXTD me and said," after I get the line down"... . Even though I did not want to go to her because I KNEW that was something she DID NOT want to do which was (go outside). Any way the Hispanic guy helped me with urgency and precision and that my friends is TRUE customer service.

I got a little nervous upon my arrival, an older gentleman said his truck just got broken into for just being there 5 mins, and it was parked right in front of the store. So be ware of your surroundings no matter where your at

AutoZone is a super favorite place of mine with its easy to use membership card, I constantly save 20 dollars like clock work nearly every five visits.If you lose a receipt, they'll all try to help you. But way easier if just hold on to the dang piece of paper.Saw these guys constantly running outside to help customers with their vehicles...One black guy was practicing his newly learned Spanish in helping his customers, outstanding dedication towards helping customers. It may feel silly to try, but the effort he gave will take him and whatever company he works for far.

I was in the store waiting for help while the manager was on a personal call, he looked at me and gave me the just a moment finger...... I guess just a moment meant 4-5 minutes because he kept on with his personal call; laughing and giggling. The most unprofessional service ever. I went right across the street to O'Reilly and the service was much better. I don't know if I will ever shop at that Auto Zone again. You guys need better management!!!! Visited the store August 9, 2015 around 5PM.

Manager feels it is appropriate to talk to customers using her neck and eye rolls. My husband didn't experience this from her so I can only be lead to believe it's a woman thing. When I asked why she had an attitude she explained because she told me already. That my money pay with my debit card would not be responded to me because she didn't know what she was doing and it said they credited the shop who repaired my car was not until I called another AutoZone and have them explain to her that it was her fault and she didn't know what she was doing sometimes you have to embarrass rude people

Very friendly and helpful people. Sometimes when you go to car places and you're not a car person, it can be intimidating. These humans treated me like I was a car guy. It was greatly appreciated!

I don't know about any other AutoZone, but this AutoZone with Maria and Emmanuel they have the best customer service quick fast they're polite and professional they give you exactly what you're looking for you're not going to leave with the wrong part. I believe they deserve a raise

I had a shop order all four brake pads from the store on west Montgomery for a MKX, Ceramic. The guy gave pads for a MKS. The shop realized they were the wrong pads. Went to exchange them for the correct pads. After 25 minutes of explaining to the store that there are MKX's cars. The lady had to show the guy where to look.They finally found them in their computer.BUT, they didn't give me the Ceramic.So, after a couple day I noticed the brake dust on my wheels so, no I must get the correct pads put on my car again.

There was no other customer on the store when I got there, and it took about ten to fifteen minutes before one of the store employees to assist me. Just ghetto and poor customer service!!

I normally get friendly service. Not today and not here. Oreillies is right across the street. I lost my receipt and can give them the date and time period I purchased my item. They won t give me store credit or a refund. Needless to say I won t be making a trip across the street when oreillies doesn t have what I need, I ll make a drive to another oreillies.

Horrible service is an understatement. ADD is real. Associate was helping me look up bulbs and then felt the urge to check someone else out on another register while in the middle of our conversation. There is a competitor across the street--use them to avoid a headache.

In the past 20 years the service at this Autozone has gone down horribly. All I can say is poor customer service. I miss the old guys that were there in the past they had a good rapport with the customers these new guys and chicks that work there are a bunch of azz hats. They need to close this place down and start from scratch.
