If I can give more stars, I would. Monte shows excellent customer services. He was friendly and kind and helped me. He even gave me advice on some things on my car. We need more people like him

I was given the meanest treatment in any auto shop at Auto Zone store #6030 near Magnolia Avenue Pearland Area, thanks to Terri who was on her personal phone texting and made we wait for awhile when there were no customers. Even when I said can you help me she looked irritated and I asked her if she can look up the battery for my car on the computer and she refused. I would stop buying Auto Zone stock because of the worst customer service and thoroughly boycott them until they learn to treat their customers like human beings and not dogs. Surprised how people like this still work for Auto Zone!

Nicholas provides an excellent service. He put the new wipers and also changed the battery. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Sunday 11/5/23 between the hours of 5 and 6 I experienced one of THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!!! The profanity, disregard, uncaring, insulting was flat out disgusting the manager, assistant manager, and employee spent their time laughing and talking about current events on social media and everything else. The assistant manager cursed at me and acted like I was getting on her nerves and didn't care about the questions I had or anything else, I've shopped at this location since it first open and this was the first time I never wanted to go back it's a shame and I hope something is done

The service is horrible!!! Waited a long time and the commercial manager she was so unprofessional. I will definitely not recommend this place. This place is nowhere close to the service years ago. Customer service is really bad. I'm surprised this location is still open.

Amanda is great! The shop stops working on cars at 9am. I rolled in at 9:20 and was told sorry man. It s policy. Ms. Amanda took it upon herself to service my ford after I told her I had a 12 hour drive in within the next few hours. The world needs more people that do additional duties without expecting anything. Thank you!!

I am 56 years old called to Auto zone and was talk to nasty by a black lady my same color Her name's is Chantel and she was the manager talking to me with a attitude and crazy and when I went to the store she even got crazier

Service was provided quickly. Monte was professional, courteously and friendly. He was very helpful and kind. While he was assisting me, another employee came over to offer assistance if needed. Thank you AutoZone.

Purchased a very expensive battery and was told they don't install it because they have to take the passenger seat out. Seat was not needed to install but was sold one much bigger than the one I took out. Does not fit, returning. Will go elsewhere.

Thank you, Toni! My cars check engine light came ON while driving & I knew my wallet was going to take a hit this January. I got to this store, Toni was very professional & supportive. He ran a free diagnostic scan, explained the fault to me, encouraged me to get a sensor spray of their shelf and showed me what to do when I got home. Followed his instructions and saved over $500 dollars on replacing a Mass Air Flow sensor at Toyota dealership. Even my wife says thanks, Toni

My experience was absolutely wonderful. My 2018 Chevy equinox Battery went out on me today. I was very happy with Mr. Thomas awesome customer service. He was helpful and went beyond his way to help me out today. For a female is not easy, but he made my visit very pleasant. Thank you keep up the awesome job

I stopped by because my car turned off, the store sales person Cesar ran a diagnostic test and confirmed it was the battery. I purchased the battery and asked him if could help me replace it, he kindly agreed. He was so fast I was out in less than 10 minutes, literally! Thank you Cesar, you are the best.

I really had a bad experience with them all the times I been there I ask if he can help me with my control battery but my husband when this time and he got no help he said they don't carry no tools to open my control and the sale tools there sad but true

Disappointed with the rallies they had to order my part it be 2 hours. Put on hold and took hours an hours but then call AutoZone they have it in stock and answered their phone immediately and was courteous and polite loved it. It has been a year since my post Wednesday got an overflow radiator bottle I ordered it yesterday it was here today wonderful service at the store. Manager is a five-star

This place is amazing, our car broke down because of an alternator and it was near closing time, they asked if we had warranty on the part we were looking for and made sure were taken care of. The guy that helped us was named tony, and to us he was an angel who was willing to help us so late at night. If you men or women ever need assistance come here and ask to get help from tony and he will take care of you the best way possible.

Two weeks ago I had to get my battery replaced. An employee named Toni assisted me with replacing it for me and he was great help. Kind, knowledgeable and patient. He did such a good job i bought him a water. Thanks again, i will definately be going here again for my automotive needs.

This place is awesome full of hard working people with excellent customer service. Specially a hispanic guy that works there. Toni was his name I think. I needed a filter and gasket for my vehicles transmission and this guy helped me out. He went out of his way to ensure I got the right parts. He was really knowledgeable about this, almost as if he was an actual mechanic. This store will be my store of choice when it comes to replacement parts. Keep up the good work Toni.

AutoZone is one of my favorite auto parts stores I return the battery that I recently purchased and thought it only needed to be charged but it was completely dead however the good Lord bless me to walk out of there with a brand new battery in my car still isn't running but I do have a new battery on one step away from getting the starter and maybe the car will be movable who knows God is good

This store is clean and full of good customer service. Specially that one Hispanic guy, Toni was his name I think. I needed a transmission filter and gasket for my vehicle and this guy went above and beyong to ensure I had the right part before walking out of the store. He was knowledgeable, almost as if he had been a mechanic him self. This store will be my store of choice when it comes to auto parts. Keep up the good work Toni.

Let me start by saying the AutoZone on west fuqua in Hiram Clarke is the best AutoZone I've ever been to In My Life and I've been to plenty! From the time you walk through the door both ladies Shantel and Perry greeted with a warm smile and a good morning! Both ladies were very professional and knew exactly what they were talking about! Shantel even offer to explain the difference in the brake pads and how their reward system work! I didn't even know they had a reward system and I've been AutoZone customer for over 20 years! Miss Perry did not check me out but was very thorough and her knowledge with her customers as well! From this day forward I will not go to any other AutoZone! Kudos to you ladies! I refuse to let people say that black women that work for franchises or chains have bad attitude, these women are the complete opposite and are exactly the type of women that should be manager!

Great experience at this location. Store seemed well stocked and was fairly busy when I went. The employees were working hard to get everyone helped and checked out. Would be happy to return to this location.

Miss B.J. , Was super excellent customer service, I Kedrick Campbell , really really value the customer service and help but this lady with over and beyond to do to help me out she is such a super asset to y all company and I really believe that she needs to be considered in all aspects to be hired into management position because she can teach in pairs on the skills that essentially need it in value in the community thank you.
