Needed a new front lightbulb. Less than five minutes the manager Jr.r was able to help me. He provided amazing customer service. He even went as far as installing the light for me .I m never going to O Reilly again

Ask to speak to Jr. he has never disappointed us when it comes to customer care and support he even is great when it comes to understanding a single mom with my kids that ask a lot of questions lol. He makes sure he goes above and beyond to help install and gives great recommendation s on AutoZone Products! 10/10 Highly Recommend Junior!

This location has very kind employees. My husband and I went in only for some Rainx windshield spray and both employees came from around the counter to assist us by showing us what aisle it was on. We will only come here from now on. Thank you for your kindness.

I went last Thursday to change out my wipers Beto provided great service with knowledge of product and even took the time to install new wipers for me without hesitation. I appreciate his customer service and kindness. Beto is a great employee. Other AutoZone employees (Long point/Spring Branch store) should get trained with customer service.My service will now totally be to this location.

So I went here to get my trucks battery charged (it was only a year old), and somehow, the charger messed the battery up and destroyed it. So they actually replaced the battery for free. It was the exact same battery. I was honestly surprised that they gave me a new battery. They are also very helpful. I will leave a pic to anyone who wants to see the damage to the battery.

10/10 customer service .Jr went above and beyond . i needed a battery change and it was dark out and my car didnt want to shift and mr jr went the extra mile too solve the problem, changed my battery without hesitation. battery was in a tight spot but he got it done like it was nothingemployees like this make me want to come back to the same auto part store . thaks to jr and all the autozone staff will be back like for sure.Thank you !!

I come to this store a lot and they do have a high volume of customer so there have been times myself and another customer feel like we are waiting for a bit, but Beto is definitely a good person and a good worker! Once he helped me look up an air filter and spark plugs he also picked up the phone to help the person calling in. He then politely informed them he would have to place them on hold since he was helping me. I checked out and he helped me carry my 2x 5 qt oil jugs, 1 gallon anti freeze and my four bags of brake clean and other repair essentials. I know he is working hard and doing his best and I appreciate that. I will continue to go back to this store! Thank you Beto!

I came on because my car wasn't starting one of the guys there beto helped me and told me it was my battery. He told me my options and i picked one. He was able to install it for me thanks. Great customer service.

The staff here are really rude. I went to purchase a portable jump starter. When I went to pay, a guy wearing a grey polo shirt, which I'm assuming is a manager, was counting his money in his tray. He counted every penny one by one. He took his sweet time but I was patient. Never once did he tell me to hold one second for him. After he was done , he went to the back without telling me anything. I was in full police uniform and I guess this guy did not like the police. I left the item there and went to O'Reilly's on Lawndale and I was treated much better and paid$24 less for the same product. The picture below shows what I bought for $99.99 AutoZone had the same one for $129.99. If you like to be treated like trash and be charged a lot more, then by all means go to AutoZone.

Excelente customer service by Carlos the sales associate and Juan the manager. They are the reason why I keep coming back to the location year after year. I had an issue with my warranty and they managed to fix the issue. I'm leaving with a new battery. Thank you guys!

They are always helpful. We had an online order and even though I bought the wrong part they helped me switch it out with the right part.They are fast and friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy coming to this Autozone. If they don't have the part in the store they will call around and help locate it before you leave the store.

I would strongly suggest making it bigger and put more products available for consumers. It's in a great location and the manager position needs to be taken by a leader and friendly person with great customer service. Overall i love this store thank you for your service.

I like this AutoZone on Griggs Road. The store is clean and well organized with good merchandise presentation. Store associates are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Merchandise is competitively priced.

This location has an amazing staff and crew here, big thank you to Juan Ruiz JR. For really helping our my step father and I by helping us with our car battery and installing it! This was the 3 auto parts store we went to after the other ones rejected us due to being past their curfew to go outside. We were so grateful for JR and will definitely go to them in the future for other auto stuff in the future.

This particular AutoZone has the best staff of any AutoZone I have been a regular at. I have had 4 or 5 stores over the years that were in my neighborhood. This one is the best of those of any others that I have had close to where I lived. Super helpful and the guys are knowledgeable about cars. They always have tools when I need to rent them. Keep up the good work.

Was there Yesterday and the employee J.R went above and beyond his call of duty by not only helping me with my battery by making sure that he provided excellent customer service, but when he saw I was in distress he came out and installed battery. He was proficient and very concerned about my situation. I am very grateful for people like this man. It make the world a better place.

My sister Jeep needed the tail lights and junior took the time to help her install the light. That was very, very nice of him. He didn't have to do it. But he did. Good people still exist. Thank you junior

excellent service, the guy who assisted me and my father was very informative about the type of batteries they have. We asked if they could test my battery life and they helped without hesitation. Very nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend this location.

Store open! Would not help to install one brake light! Would not recommend going here for anything as they will not help you. And it's funny cause someone recommended me to come here and that they would help me but I was turned down! Also see people getting help on their cars that were already here but would not help me. Do not waste your time coming here!
