Bought my battery at AutoZone about 3 years ago. Came over they checked without having to take it out. Guess what it was under warranty and I got a new one for free. Thank you Auto Zone

Juan helped me exchange a battery and was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. This battery had more erosion than the Grand Canyon and he worked for twenty minutes to get that battery off. Amazing customer service, shout out to Juan! Give that man a raise now!

Absolutely horrible customer service by German. Answered phones rudely, he answered my questions like I was bothering him and I did not feel welcomed at the store. Never going to this location, will drive a little further up the road to the Advance auto parts store if I ever need anything else in the future. Autozone employees definitely need more customer service training, or not hire disgruntled employees.

Christopher was AMAZING. My car battery died at planet fitness down the road, and he went out of his way to drive there and replace the battery free of charge in the gym parking lot. Saved me so much time and truly made my week. YOU ROCK!!!

Came in this morning for a tail light that I got stopped for being out the previous night Juan immediately assisted me help me look for what I was looking for It s really nice to have that 101 interaction sometimes to have a better understanding I even inquired about a job I must say this guy was very welcoming. I wish I can put 100 stars because the customer service was very GREAT

I went to autozone in Houston tx. Now I'm from Florida, I noticed my plate lights was out. � called autozone first to see if they had the plate bulb the young man who answered the phone was very professional and polite when i arrived the young man from the call was named Israel helped me out a great deal, he even came out to show me how to change it easily if the next time I need to do this. Wish could give 10 stars!

The worker named German that works in the commercial dept is so so so rude super bad customer service throwing returns around like if he s throwing a tantrum. If he has issues going on just leave it outside of work.Would not come here ever again for commercial dept.Rest of the employees in there greet you nicely but man idk what he had going on. He should get replaced asap !!!!

The store does not honor, advertise sticker prices, and refuse to do a price adjustment. Juan, the store manager needs to do a training for employees and follow the state of Texas laws.This is super clear that it is not $14.99

My battery died across the street, Javier walked across the street and jumped started my car. Changed my battery and cleaned the corrosion from the battery before. Great customer service!

I went to get my battery checked on Tuesday 6/6/23. I received service from Mitchell Richardson. He checked my battery and told me I had a bad one. He checked to see if it was under warranty, and it was. He replaced my battery and had me on my way. He was very efficient and respectful. His service as was very professional. I appreciate that he knows how to give great customer service. Thank you Mitchell from the W. 11th store in the Heights area.

Please staff or hire more people for this location. It shouldn't take 15 min to purchase a small item and an additional 15 waiting behind someone with a much more complex issue. Just needed a battery check. Have a separate line for purchases and small inquiries that's not grouped with installations. Efficiency is achievable. The guys were nice and it wasn't on them that only 2 of them were available. Hope they get to take a lunch.
