I believe his name was Tyler who helped me and he did an amazing job and even went as far to show me how to do it replace my headlights at home if needed. He talked me through each step and overall was extremely helpful.

One of the best AutoZone Locations you can go to right here on HWY 6. The Team is great and super helpful! Big shout out to Tyrel! He Helped me fix a problem with my tail light that a could fix in a month

Called into the store before making a wasted trip asked what I needed then was put on hold without being told all i hear is autozone is hiring delivery drivers for SEVEN MINUTES STRAIGHT never came back to the phone.

Came in cause the battery was giving out. Three managers were to one side talking about how their weekend went. Leaving one girl to work the counter.Was in the process of purchasing the battery when the manager said that they can't change the battery out for me. That they are more than happy to recommend a shop nearby and I could come back to exchange out the old one for the credit.Made a phone call to O'Reilly across the street. They said that they got the battery and can change it out for me.One comment, one phone call. Lost the business for being lazy.

Friendly, helpful, took the extra few minutes to make sure they were getting me the right part after another Autozone location didn't and I had to call around. Should've come here first. Ask for David, you won't be disappointed.

So I would like to start by saying Thank you to Byron( please forgive me if i am spelling it wrong) again! From the time I walked into the store to the time I left he handled my battery situation with so much care, especially with me being a young women who doesn t know anything besides knowing how to put gas in her car. I had so many questions but Byron took time and showed nothing but patience! I finally decided to buy the battery from auto zone after weighing my options and Byron was busy at this time so I was forced to be checked out with connor, from the time I said hello to him I could tell he didn t want to either help me or even be there..so I purchased the battery with the understanding that they would change it. Once connor knew it had to be change he asked an older gentleman if he wanted to do the favor for him because he wanted to get home to his wife . Idc what the reason was, it didn t need to be voiced out loud because it comes off rude and as if I m not a paying customer who needs help! conner started to change my battery and he acted as if this was his first rodeo, so Byron swooped in to take over and saved the day! Now don t get it twisted this 5 star rating is ONLY relating to Byron and him alone! Autozone you need to understand you have an amazing GEM on your hand.

Great 5 service from Sebastian. He replaced my wipers and front headlight. Saving me time, money and frustration. I ve been in and out of hospital for two months. Driving to doctor today I couldn t see well in the rain. Was not looking forward to addressing problems with my truck. Sebastian went above and beyond and brightened my day. Thank you again!

Adam M. at this location is a beast. I forgot my tools and he installed my battery for me while we conversed. Whole process took like 2 mins. Dude was super helpful and cool than a mug. Highly recommend this location and if you stop by, look for him.

My car broke down right up front of this spot and Sebastian came right out to help. He gave my car a jump and tested out the alternator within minutes. I dunno what I would've done without this guy. Amazing professionalism and support. Highly recommend him and this spot!

Pass up all the other Auto one and come to this one. Because you'll get a chance to be taken care of by David. David goes above and beyond the call of duty. I imagine he just saved me a couple hundred bucks and multiple safety inspection fails by spending the 5 extra minutes he spent with me and troubleshooting my issue. David is the man to see!!! 10 stars and a chefs kiss!!

Headlight went out this morning. Drove around my local area and some autoshops gave me a quote for 90 bucks to replace it. Came to AutZone bought the light and DAVID helped me replace it !!! He's the go to guy !

The employee named Sebastian is the one that I'm giving the 5 stars for. The store deserves a 0. Between the rude manager and 2 other employees asking if I need help but not actually assisting me is beyond me. Sebastian was assisting another customer finished and came to assist me. He was a delight.
