I had a terrible experience. It was a waste of time. They insisted on saying they was trying to save me money. However, their quote changed 3 times w/o even doing a diagnostic. They had a peak of my normal mechanic's quote,then changedtheir quote 3 times. UNTIL THEIR QUOTE WAS HIGHER THAN THE DEALERSHIP QUOTE!!!!But yet they was trying to save meoney.. Never Again!I picked up my car and took it to it's normal Mercedes shop in the Woodlands.

Brought in my Yukon XL to have AC look at. Owner came out to greet and very honest. Ask me to check w factory to see if they have recalls or extended warranty on it. Unfortunately it's not so he got me taken care of within 5 hours. Saves hundreds because of him, will have my family and I repairing our cars here

Had both my service A and service B done here dis a great job also had brakes and rotors put on brakes started squeaking after about 4 months call huey told me to bring it bk caz brakes were under warranty took it bk they replaced them with new ones he always trys to please the customer

Just had my brother's BMW 550 at Auto Tech Pro. The car went into BMW's notorious "limp" mode. I had the BMW dealer replace my right high side fuel pressure pump about 5 months ago. Thought the left may have failed and didn't feel the desire to drop another grand or so for the left side.Came here after reading some great reviews. Drove up and they took care of me shortly after even though they were extremely busy. They ran a diagnostic on my 550i and even showed me the error codes (don't ask because I don't recall) . . . anyway, they cleared it and the car has been running fantastic. They didn't try to hard sell repairs or anything - they didn't even try to blame the Tuner Motorsport chip I had installed for my "limp" mode issue. I love it when a mechanic is honest and competent. They even gave me a deal and didn't charge me full price for their time because "we didn't work on the car". Thanks Mr. Huy!!Oh BTW, to Terry Troung - you CANNOT buy new struts for the GL450. Even the one's from the dealer are remanufactured AND they are Arnott's. I know because I recently replaced the struts, shocks and suspension "airbags" on my 2010 GL450. Arnott's are OEM parts for the MB and BMW's that have the air suspension.UPDATE: Took my wife's MB GL550 and both my 997 Turbos here and had some repairs. I can't say how much I love this place. Guys here are friendly, shop is clean and more importantly, they know their Porsche, Mercedes and BMWs. Their prices are very reasonable and they won't sell you anything extra. It's so refreshing to find an honest shop that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend taking your Porsche, MB or BMW here.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I have been going to AutoTech Pro for more than 20 years and recommend them highly to anyone in need of repairs on a German car. The owner of AutoTech Pro is honest.He is professional, works with integrity, and his primary focus is to get your car fixed.I can t thank him enough for resolving the issues with my 2008 Mercedes CL63. The Mercedes repair shop was only able to detect 50% of the issues, and quoted higher repair costs. AutoTech Pro specializes in European cars, especially Merz & BMW.Highly recommended.Service: Engine repair

Autotech Pro is the only place I'll take my BMW for repairs. They are honest and extremely competent mechanics for all types of German cars. Best of all they are really good guys. I trust them implicitly and they always save me money compared to the high prices the dealers charge for repairs. They get my highest recommendation!

I've been taking my car here for years after the warranty has run out. They offer very very reasonable rates but most of all Nathan and Tom treat you like family. They work very hard to get your car back to you as quickly as possible but most importantly repaired properly. My 13 year old BMW is going on almost 220k miles now thanks to them.

Auto tech is an awesome place! My mother found out about them first and recommended their services to me. They have worked on both two Mercedes Benz for her and now two bmw's for me. One of which I bought from one of the techs on the property. They know what they are doing! Great customer service! They really make sure you are taken care of and do not waste any of your time. ITwo thumbs up in my book! :)

They specialize in German cars but will work on other makes. They have saved me money on several major repairs compared to estimates from the dealer. I am going back tomorrow to save some more money for what is sure to be another major repair on the only system that hasn't been replaced on my 9 Y.O. Toyota.The staff is friendly and the waiting room is comfortable.

I have had such great experience with these guys Huy, Nathan and now Tom at Collision I've gone to these guys for many years they have serviced all of my Mercedes' from the smallest of thing to the biggest I'm very comfortable with their work and they are straight shooters. Service on foreign cars can be expensive but these guys make it affordable and provide the same quality you would at a dealership. The Collision Center with Tom was also affordable, professional and fast the guys went and dropped me off and gave a great price and did great work on the Vehicle. I highly recommend these guys give them a try and see the quality and affordability.

I have been using Auto Tech Pro for years. They have given me great service on my vehicle. I lost my job. I was having transmission problems. MY church donated me money to help get it repaired. It was not enough for repairs. They sent the check to Auto Pro. I never got the repairs or the check. Auto Tech Pro kept my check. Nathan said, "we kept the check for ordering a transmission." I never got it repaired because I never came up with the rest of the money. I had begged them for a payment plan. They refused. So, I never got a new transmission and Auto Tech Pro has deposited my check from my church. I believe the action of the repair shop is inappropriate. I have spent thousands of dollars in this repair shop. This the appreciation a loyal customer gets. I rather not be a part of it.

I don't really write reviews unless I feel the service I received is above and beyond exceptional. AutoTech Pro and Huy delivered that exceptional service and we get to know them like they are part of our family.In this day and age, everyone is out to make a buck, especially with high end vehicles and their complexities; who does one TRUST? We have all our vehicles service there over the years and we always can TRUST them and their work. Without any hesitation!As a business owner myself, TRUST is a word one must live by to be successfully run a business, years over years and every time. AutoTech Pro and Huy are as honest and trustworthy as they come. My parents had brought theirs vehicles here for years when I was younger, I am now with family and vehicles of my own wouldn't bring my cars to anyone else but AutoTech Pro and Huy; solely because we can TRUST them!This place have my complete TRUST and that's the one key word you as the consumer should look for. Although the estimate came out more than what we was guessing, and they always do whether it's a plumbing job or a repair on your BMW, we know it's because they have our safety and our best interest in mind. Everything was always explained thoroughly and we have all the options to choose from not doing this and doing that to do nothing at all. Never pressure! We never feel like they treat us like a "cash cow" or "milking" us, never once! My entire family went here regularly for services and repairs. We thought we could trust this shop 100% until the 2 front end strut of my Gl 450 2012 failed again after driven about 26k miles.When they repaired my SUV the first time in 2016, they charged me OEM price and promised to use OEM part only. I trused them. This time when it failed, I ordered 2 OEM front end strut and went to different shop to replace the existing front end strut and found out the previous installed struts were Arnott Remanufactured. I tried to call and Nathan told me Arnott Remanufactured strut is better and cost more than OEM. Who gonna believe that, Nathan? My sister's SUV struts were repaired at your shop too, and now they are failed too. So beware. guys.Update: Had I asked you upholding your parts's guaranty, Mr Huy? Your shop installed cheap Arnott Remanufactured struts. I tried to call numerous times, but you ignored my calls. That left me no choice to raise my concern through social media. My sister's SUV got serviced by you also, and it failed. If you are not going to handle this issue, we might go to local news.

Staff is good, bmw android screen is good but you have to touch screen to use the keyboard it as idrive does not support android keyboard and it s annoying ,also you have to control brightness manually by going to settings, other than that it s a good product.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
