So my part finally came in, it was on back order for about 2 weeks. But my service advisor was always keeping me updated. Which was a good thing because my sticker was expired do to the check engine light because of the part that it needed. I advised my advisor to please do the inspection on my car. He said the car should be ready in about 4 to 5 hours, which was perfect timing. A shuttle came and picked me up. When I got there my advisor said were washing your car, I was so happy cause my car needed one. I received my paper work and my car is driving great. Everyone is so nice there, very helpful.

This was the first time that I brought my Camry in for service and I had an excellent experience. I was unable to make an appointment so I brought my car in hoping for an oil change. They were very courteous and helped me right away. The service was also completed quickly for me not having an appointment. I especially loved the video the mechanic sent me about any service recommendations for my car. He didn t have anything since my car is new but I love how with that video it feels like they were very thorough with my car.

I came in today to discuss with the manager about their break service I did with them 4 months ago - they gave me an offer for complimentary oil changes instead of refunding. At least the manager listened to my concerns but the solution is not as my expectations. Please do a better job next time I visit for complimentary oil change - thank you anyway

From her warm welcome to her expert guidance, Maria ensured my experience was nothing short of perfect. I went in for a simple tire rotation. I did not have an appointment. The advisor explained it would be 1hr-1hr30min. It took about an hour. It was very busy so it was understandable. The staff was pleasant. The construction was a bit loud but I know that s out of their control. Overall it was a good experience.

Great improvement from the last time I was there for service on my vehicle, they were well staffed on a Saturday. I wanted to compliment the service manager but she wasn't available. The only thing that needs work is the service techs need to wipe down the areas on the vehicle they touch, they tend to leave oil spots and oily handprints around certain areas of the car, other than great improvement!

The level of customer service, the lack of care and the inability of management to continue to fix the issues that occur on these schedule visits are getting worse by each appointment. My truck was due for a 20K schedule maintenance, the tires were not rotated as per the maintenance schedule, my truck had grease all over my leather seats, door handles, steering wheel, etc. After, I made the complaint and had the acting manager fixed the issue which was not completed corrected a member of upper management came in into our conversation and made a promise that a follow up phone call will be made as per procedure to ensure these issues were taken care of and to ask for feedback, the phone call never happened!! I enjoy working with my salesman, I purchased 3 vehicles from him at this dealership and he is the only reason I continue to do business with you all!

I have to admit that dealers get a bad reputation because they may seem to charge more. I have to say that I believe in this location as they have always been very honest and professional. I recently had to take my 2019 Tundra in for a check engine light that no one else was able to repair. It took some time but my issue was resolved.I will normally try to do my own work if I can but I have found that not only do they relieve stress but also are understanding of each individuals needs. If ever you should need service speak with Mike P (service advisor) and have Marcus B ( mechanic) work with you.I express my gratitude for the customer service I received.Jack Dexter

My overall experience with AutoNation was outstanding. Clarence Hill, our salesman made our car buying experience very pleasant. He went over and beyond my expectations, and I never once felt pressured. He kept me very informed along the way, answering any questions. Clarence was able to help decide on the perfect car within my price range and to meet my families needs. I cannot thank him enough!! I love my RAV4 !!

I received a reminder to have my car serviced. I clicked the link and made the appointment. I received a confirmation email with all the details, took the car in and dropped it off. The check in process was easy and professional. About three hours later it was done. They called me and I received a text. The process could not have been more convenient. And it was complimentary to boot! I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway Service Center.

I received a phone call for a free oil change and service to gain my business back. I followed up and got the oil change for free. Got home and looked under the car and the found oil leaking underneath the motor on the ground and causing a puddle. Turned right back around and drove back and the advisor had them fix it. A error was made and the oil gasket was not in place which caused the leak. Problem solved.. A few months down the road the engine started throwing 2 different codes about the engine oil pressure and I took it back. First diagnostic that I received was over a thousand dollars to make repairs. Drove up to store location to make a face to face appointment with the service manager. He looked at the diagnostic and decided that it did not line up and make sense so he put his top technician on the job and a advisor called me back and said that the problem was fixed with no expense. The manager made things right and had my car fixed with a new oil change. The actual problem wasn t broken down and explained to me of what went wrong but that it was corrected. I hesitated to give feedback on a survey due to the length of my experience. a few things that have been disappointing for me personally is that I never have the same advisor. There s always someone new as advisors inside and your never kept up with information in a timely manner that you would like to be on the status of your vehicle . I have had to push for details and asked questions. It s hard to say if I would use them again or not but the NEW manager seems to be trying to make changes and for that I tip my hat because it s a hard task to make those changes. When old leadership ran things in the ground and now you have the task to fix it all over night.

I would have appreciate if service department are transparent and to communicate well. I don't like making stories that my vehicle is almost done for 3 hours. I was told that they just wrapping up because the transmission and fuel tank were lowered. I walked around and I found my truck still parked in parking lot.To make things a lil better, I was given a last last loaner, which broke down. Then I had to wait another hour for the loaner to get fixed..I had an appointment and dropped the truck at 0730 hrs., I was told at 1330 hrs. That the truck is almost done. I catch a ride to get to service, waited till 5pm and finally on way home on or about 6pm.Update:Last service was better. Valeria communicated and service was done including recall. 2 hours wait was a lil bit longer for an oil change and pcm update. Other than that, service was a smoother this time.

This dealership was very impressive and trust me, I went to several others before finding the right people and the right car. They understood my needs and wants. Mario listened to me understood and found the exact car that I could not live without. The manager introduced himself to me, was very kind and caring without being pushy.

My service advidsor, Hector Rivas is amazing. He is always kind, professional and patient, no matter how many times I call. I would have given more stars, but I had a personal issue that I do not want to disclose and the issue had nothing to do with Hector. In spite of that, I will still bring my vehicle here because of its close location to home and Hector's impeccable customer service :-)

I arrived on time an O Neil greeted me. Very nice and answer all my questions. Service was fast. Didn t have to wait for hours for and oil change and a multi point inspection. Thank you O Neil for great customer service.

I love this Autonation Toyota Gulf Fwy dealership. The parts department at this store is very friendly and communicative and will go above and beyond to make sure I get the correct parts in a timely manner. I commend Sergio, Rene , William and Blanca for doing such an outstanding job and recommend them for anyone else needing parts. Been a loyal customer for years and will continue to do business with them for the foreseeable future!

I recently bought a vehicle from here and loved the car, but I was sent home with just 1 key and was told they would be reaching out with the second key. It has been going on 2 months that I have yet to receive the second key and or an update. Its like once you buy the car that is where the customer service ends.

Honesty goes along way and here at this dealership that doesn't happen! When I pay for services I expect those services to be fulfilled. My recent visit was another example of the techs not doin their full inspection of the service we as a customer pay for. Had I not looked under the hood before and after I wouldn't have noticed. None of my fluids were were filled as they stated. A roll of electric tape was taken from me and also I noticed the cover on the engine has been damaged from a past visit... previous visits included not rotating tires but checked the box saying they did and also not topping off my fluids then. Therefore this causes me to do any other services I need with outside mechanics so I can actually see the work being done. It's sad that we depend on these people to do maintenence on our cars and they don't do all they are supposed to because who knows what goes on behind those closed doors.

AutoNation was able to get me home with the car that same day. I was going to pay cash for my car but I didn t give my bank enough notice. AutoNation got me a finance and I will just pay it off once I get the first month payment. We drive 3 hrs away and they were few hours from closing. They stayed late and got me taken care of. Thanks AutoNation and K. Hunt for helping me out.

I purchased a certified pre-owned, virtually new car. It came without a second key, without a spare tire or any flat tire tools, with a broken cigarette lighter, and connected services registered to the previous owner, making it impossible to control my own car or even use the app. There may be more issues I haven't noticed. My salesperson was kind and helpful but I have had to go to the service department twice so far, at considerable inconvenience, and my problems have not been resolved. The dealer should have at least verified that all the car components functioned and were ready for a new customer. I would NOT recommend buying a pre-owned car here.

Oil change appointment took an hour longer than quoted. When I went for a status check it was done. I was waiting for nothing.With the extra time maybe the oil tech could have wiped off all the residue he left. Visible oil smears on my door handle, windshield and steering wheel.The best part was when I forgot and touched my lip later while driving and got to taste the oil. Yum.

I had to bring my car back after a throttle clean. Here now at dealership for them to see if is their error is their fault, but when I brought my car here on Friday my car was running fine. Not sure if I will ever bring my car back if it's not fixed.

Do not waste your time even looking for a windshield replacement here. After numerous calls, vague answers, and run-around to get pricing and schedule an appointment. Service was not willing to speak to their parts to give a total price for the work. They provided a phone number to Autonation glass that always went to voicemail.I finally was able to schedule the windshield replacement. I was never contacted by the service advisor with a price. When I arrived, I was told they could not do the work. The service advisor, Valeria, refused to acknowledge that Parts had a windshield in stock and did not even offer to try and reschedule an appointment.

SERVICE YOU CAN TRUST! Make an appointment before you come. Took my '97 4runner in not knowing why it wasn't starting. From the beginning Felipe listened to my concerns as I explained the issue. He was very friendly and very quick to make sure I knew I would be taken care of.After the diagnosis it ended up being the starter. Immediately Felipe called to keep me up to date, making sure I understood the issue and how much it would be. He made my experience simple and easy.The whole service team was friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces, one in particular named Carson. He helped me find the person I needed to talk to and helped me find my car after it was finished. All around great service team, would highly recommend to anyone. To top it off I got a call from the Service manager Anthony 2 days later, checking on me, making sure my vehicle was running smooth. Great experience!

First off Oneil was the best services advisor and I do not fault him for what happened to me yesterday at my service appointment. He is 5 stars in my book. The service was quick as always, but that was not the issue.I had a dried flower from my Dad's funeral arrangement that has been in the same spot on my dash for the past 4 1/2 years. I had just pulled out and was on my way home and noticed my flower was gone.I immediately pulled over in a panic checking under the seats, the glove box, my console, nothing. I called Autonation Service and told them what happened. I was told three different versions of what happened.First I was told the technician moved the flower because it was in the way. Okay, how when it was just laying on my dash? And then where did he move it to?Then I was told he had the windows down and it must have flown out. Okay you would have noticed if that actually happened. Also it has never flown out the window just driving 50 ft. in a parking lot before.Lastly I was told that the technician wouldn't have just thrown it away. So they said they would check the trash and the ground outside.I've taken my car here multiple times for all kind of services, recalls and inspections and they have never touch my flower before. Why did they even bother touching it this time? Why?!I received a video of the technician giving his recommendations after the service was complete and the flower is clearly on the dash. But for whatever reason no one can explain what happened from the garage to the spot where they parked my car.I cried all the way home. I know it was just a dried flower to them, but it was something special from one of the worst days of my life.The sorry we can't find it was just not enough for me. I want answers not excuses. This was so devastating to me and unacceptable.

My wife have a Highlander and I have a Ford Edge. We will take any time our vehicle to service on this place. Service time is reasonable. Service personnel excellent and keep a great communication.
