The employees are helpful and professional. I had a question about my bill and she found out the answer right away. She said she was curious because no one had asked this particular question before. I appreciated her interest and tenacity.The work done on my car was extremely well done. I even went into where they do the work and one of he guys was kind enough to explain the process. It was cool to see what they do and how they do it.Thank you to everyone that works there for making my experience great.

While I was very disappointed in Mercedes following an accident, AutoNation Collision Center did an excellent job. They communicated regularly through a three and a half month ordeal. None of the delay was their fault. I give them five stars.

I got my car repaired here recently and Abraham was great to work with, he went above and beyond to not only repair my car but also keep me informed and help me with a major insurance debacle. He not only helped me with the payout process, but also spoke on the phone with my insurance company multiple times trying to speed up the process for me and to provided great transparency and advice as someone who has previously worked in the insurance industry. I had my car gone for about 5 weeks dealing with a commercial insurance claim and Abraham called almost every day to help me and see if I needed anything on their end. In addition to repairing my bumper, he stored my car for weeks for free and even fixed a paint chip on the front for me for no additional cost. When I finally got the car back it was spotless and detailed. I 100% would recommend you take your Mercedes here. Thank you again Abraham!! :).

10/10 best experience! Micheal took care of my car is less than 2 weeks! My whole front bumper and hood needed to be replaced and he took care of contacting insurance making the experience completely stress free & fast!

Never Again!This was the worst repair experience I ever had. From not finding my car in their facility for 5 days to taking 3 weeks to coordinate with my insurance before ordering parts to taking more than 3 months to complete the repairs it was very frustrating. Throughout the process I was not kept informed regularly about the progress, I had to call every week just to receive incomplete and sometimes contradictory information. Even management was not helpful, they were argumentative and at times condescending. When the repairs were finally completed after more than 3 months, they did not release the car to me and held it hostage until the last payment from the insurance was received. After the car was delivered, I noticed that the Mercedes emblem was not installed properly on the trunk lid... I had to go back and have it corrected; another 1.5 hours of my time wasted.Never again.

I took my vehicle to AutoNation collision center to have both batteries in my Jeep replaced.Mr Mike handled the job with the utmost care . Everyone at the shop made a point to acknowledge your presence. It was very obvious that great customer service is a priority. I will take my vehicle back to AutoNation Galleria for any and all repairs.

I had a minor repair done to only a front bumper and light through an insurance claim and this is how I got my vehicle back. The service advisor never contacted me for update on my vehicle and I had to check in myself with in the 5 weeks. You d think going to Mercedes alone you d receive the best customer service. I let the person in charge of my claim about the new damage done while in repairs and he promised to get back to me on a Saturday he would be in and nothing (I ve called and emailed as well). Would not recommend, and if you do use their services- video your car before and after the way I did.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent job - the vehicle was restored to factory level condition. I highly recommend this repair facility for Mercedes auto body repair. When my car was returned to me the first time, the cosmetic damage was fixed but everything under the hood was not repaired, returned the car to fix those problems, and once returned to me a second time I still have rattling in my suspension. The reason I didn't return a third time I was stuck with the charge of the rental car that Autonation did not want to help with even if it was their fault these things were missed.

To start off I want to thank marquis he was on top of everything and never gave me the run around he answered all my phone calls and made sure everything went smooth I really appreciate him. I usually don't leave reviews but I have to do for this service. Absolutely a pleasant place to do your car repair, the staff is awesome very professional dedicated to their customer needs. The service was through insurance claim Mark is great. He handled the communiaction professionally and friendly manner. I highly recommend everyone to choose Autonation Galleria to meet all your car repair needs.

They are a certified Mercedes collision center first off, second when I called Greenway Benz there is a rep on site that I was transferred to who was awesome and kept me in the know, once my 2016 E250 was towed to the center the rep contacted me when it arrived & once the insurance did there inspection 2 days later, then kept me up to date and not once did I feel the need to call or have to find out what s going on, as a matter of fact I never stepped foot in the collision center and I trust greenway who trusts them, it was major front end damage from an uninsured driver in what I found out was the sweet spot and I assumed it would take over a month but was done in 3 weeks, towed to the dealer, flat bed of course , and even returned my rental for me, the car was fantastic, I ve been hit before on previous vehicles and they are never the same but these guys are spot on, I can t speak highly enough on my experience , it was friendly, informative, professional, and knowledgeable in all aspects, if something happens I will 100% use them for all my repairs, thanks Auto Nation Collision Center!

Frustrating and lengthy experience initially, but in the end I got a new and improved car back in my possession. They have definitely hired knowledgeable employees and your Mercedes Benz will be in good hands for certain. They even detailed my car inside and out so well I thought it was brand new. Ask for Marquis. He's soft spoken, patient and quite the charmer...

For starters, the bottom panel they replaced on my car didn't match the color of my car. Then the panel underneath my car was scrapping the ground when I picked up my car. Then they called me a month later stating that they forgot to charge me for something & said I owed them $1700. I paid everything in full when I picked up my car. Why else would you give me the keys if I had a remaining balance? Worse place ever to take an already expensive car to get fixed.Service: Body & Trim

I m very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at this location. The timeline is horrible, and no one picks up the phone. I only want an update on my car but it s like pulling teeth. I m so, so relieved to be done with them.

Ms. Adriane and Jay were SO helpful and courteous from the second I stepped through their doors. Ran into some issues outside of their control with the claim and car rental process, but they were quick to take on the demands themselves and resolve the issues on my behalf (which they did not have to do). Thank you!!! You made this experience the easiest it could've been.Also, picked up my car and it was sparkly clean. :) Y'all are fantastic!

Recently needed service for my BMW. These guys were great. Marc Amaya was my client advisor, he was very easy to communicate with and made the experience very pleasant. He communicated at every step, which I appreciated.Terry Mejia s work in the body shop is extraordinary. I am very particular about my car, it looks great now. It s not the first time for me to work with Terry, he exceeds expectations every time.Great job from Autonation.

I had my 2018 gls 450 involved in front collision. They had the car in their possession since February 24th. The initial estimate was going to be one month before we get our car back. My contact person was David Brown who was in charge to submit the estimates of repairs to Allstate . Instead of submitting all the estimates once and for all, he was submitting one estimate per week For total of 7 estimates. While waiting for all the back and forth with the insurance he was telling me that my car is being fixed and will be ready by the end of march. we find out that early April that the car had not been touched and was kept outside lot collecting dust. By mid April My car finally made it inside to be repaired and we were promised now that it will take one month for the car to be repaired. We are by mid may now and don t hand the car back. . From what i got so far is they already finished the mechanical repairs but has not started painting . What a horrible place to work with. I don t recommend this place to anyone.Update 5/13They have a generic response for critical reviews. I don t think they care about good customer care.Service: Body & Trim

Picked up my Mercedes GLC this morning and it is good as new! I was provided with consistent updates and had no issues with repair time. They stayed persistent with the other driver s insurance to ensure repair was done right.I lease my car through Mercedes Greenway and only wanted to go through a Mercedes certified body shop. 100% satisfied!

I am so frustrated with the service I received from this place. I was in a collision (rear ended by a distracted teenager) and was told to drive my car to the Mercedes Benz Greenway dealership. Mind you, I took pictures of my car after the accident. My car was then transported from the dealership to the collision by unknown. 3 weeks turned into two months and although I was frustrated by the constant changes of completion dates, I remained patient. I then received my car at my job. The windshield was cracked, the tire was completely low in pressure (24, when it should ve been on 38), pieces of the passenger seat was not put back together (it took me over 45 minutes to get it back together), ac power is low, and noise coming from the front of the engine. They stated my windshield was cracked when it was brought to them and showed a picture, however, I too have images of my windshield showing it was NOT cracked when I dropped it off. Whoever transported my car from the dealership to the collision center is the one responsible for the damage. They were clearly NOT HONEST enough to mention that it was hit by a rock and cracked as they were transporting it on the way there. I am sure they can look in the cameras at the dealership to show that it was NOT CRACKED when I brought it in. It s now been TWO weeks and I have yet to hear anything back from anyone. They clearly don t care after receiving their 12k for damage and labor from the insurance company. I will NEVER recommend this auto collision shop or Mercedes Benz Greenway dealership to anyone. After they take your money, they can care less about what happens. The workers don t take responsibility for their actions and instead hide it, make excuses, and lie about it to bring it back on the customer. And yes, I have warranty on the windshield, and NO, they will not fix or replace it because I was not in the car when it cracked. They stated that the auto collision and/or dealership is responsible for it since it was in their possession at the time. My insurance company sent me here after a hit and run in a parking lot. The service I got from Eric Valdez was way beyond what I expected! He was easy to reach and very attentive, and they did a beautiful job fixing my car. The staff was very friendly too, and the building was spotless. I would definitely recommend AutoNation at this location!

Car accidents can be a very stressful event when dealing with insurance adjuster and toe trucks and of course the collision center.I am very unhappy by the way that Autonation collision center has been towards me. I have asked David Brown that I would like to speak with a supervisor since Thursday April 9 he said there was no supervisor on duty till Tuesday 13th today on the 14th I called to ask for Mr. Brown they said he was looking at a car when then I went to ask for a supervisor guess who came on the phone that was supposedly on the other side of the building Mr. Brown. I asked him to speak with supervisor he said he was on a meeting and that he would call me back. Of course I never received a call back. I truly feel like they have my back pin to the wall it s been 7 weeks that my car has been on the auto shop. And I still have no clue when the car will be ready. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
