Auto medic services were amazing! I took my car in for labor and it was fixed and completed in less than 2hrs! I thank Ariel and his team for their dedication, diligence, and professionalism! Not to mention Ariel called a complimentary Uber for me to get back to work while my car was being worked on! The prices are very reasonable! Thanks guys!

Service was great. I needed an oil change and had to wait until I got out of work at 5pm. Thankfully, I live near to take it in for service before they closed at 6 during a weekday. I was seen and didn't take long at all.

I had my car repairs done here last week. I was hesitant about trying a new shop, but the staff here, especially Ariel at the front desk, really put my worries to rest. He explained to me the issues with my car, which were about what I was expecting, and the issue was resolved quickly. They definitely made me feel like a priority. I ended up getting a full brake job and oil change as well because it was about time, and the price was significantly better than places I d been before. NEVER go to Brake Check or Take 5 for those services. Go to AutoMedic instead. It will save you money, and they don t make you feel pressured to get services done you may not need.

Highly recommend AutoMedic. I went for an oil change and was there for 30 mins. I used to go to either Jiffy Lube or NTB and they would take over an hour, even if you make an appointment. AutoMedic is different and made sure you are comfortable in the waiting area while they service your vehicle.

New place, great prices, and very friendly staff. Thanks guys!Update 4/16/18: Came in today for some front end brake work. Waited in their waiting room which was very clean and comfortable. Had free water and coffee available. These guys are on the right track so far. Very professional.

Had brakes replaced. All working well, done in one day. Shop provided an Uber, so we didn't need to wait at the shop.

What can i say great service and fast turn around. Ariel was very knowledgeable and helped us. Even after our warranty company was giving him a hard time. He still stuck with it and worked it out with them. The truck would ve been done alot quicker but we had to wait on the warranty people. We just got our rental yesterday its been paid for the whole week and Ariel called us today said truck was done lol. So i guess dont get a rental right away because they will finish the work fast . I STRONGLY ADVISE YALL TO USE AUTOMEDIC they now got a customer for life thank you guys . Keep up the awesome work and attitude!!!

First off the prices are stupid ridiculous. Nothing but a rip off. They charge 125 dollars just to look at your car. And then they make the problem worse.

I asked for a $300 refund on a part that didn t fit my car and that I returned to them and they refused. When I asked why they couldn t give me a reason. No where on the contract does it state refunds aren t allowed. They then lied and said they didn t inspect my car when one of the workers showed us a video of him inspecting the car and saying it was electrical but he didn t know what was wrong. They aren t cheap. I paid $5,000 to get my car fixed and only wanted $300 for the parts that I returned. But they couldn t do that. I would definitely look for other mechanic shops.

We had to take our vehicle for a repair. Our vehicle is under warranty. Our attendant was Ariel. He contacted us from the moment we had our vehicle delivered by the tow truck and continued his contact till the end process. We had no money surprises and my vehicle is running great. They advertise they do state inspections, employee says they do not do them. Would be helpful to change your advertising. Waste of time and gas to get there for nothing.

Recently got my brakes replaced and oil changed at AutoMedic and they did a great job. Planning on using them for future work on my vehicles. The owner is very reasonable and clearly cares about the customer experience.

I walked in this place stressing because my alternator had just went out me and vehicle had stop a block away so I walked to the business. Told them my problem,they went and got my car while I waited at the shop. In and out in maybe an hour. The energy I felt when I walked in the door was a warm and peaceful feeling. The mechanics was extremely nice. I talked about this place to my family after church. Would recommend anyone that needs mechanic work done to go there.

Rude staff, we went in to ask for a refund for a car part that was not compatible with my vehicle and it turned into arguing. The guy even told me stop talking to me or I m going to really get angry. I thought this was a professional mechanic shop. Would not trust them with anything besides an oil change.
