Incredibly helpful, they walk you through all the repairs being done. They're more focused on getting you back on the road with a well working car, rather than upselling a whole laundry list of major repairs all at once. Saved me nearly half the cost my old autoshop quoted, and will definitely be using them for future work on my older car!

One of the best auto shops in Houston and Katy area. I trust this shop over the multiple big chain repair shops. My car has seen some pretty big repairs and all were done at this shop and I ve never had a complaint. Arshad gives a very fair quote and is very good at his job. Definitely recommend.

Automax Repair is probably the most dependable repair shop in town. I always get the best service when I bring my car in. I have been bringing my car to Arshad for over 4 years now and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I leave satisfied. My car battery died last week and I just messaged him the day of and within 3 hours I was able to get my car serviced and back to driving!

I am a customer for the last 5 years. They offer very reliable and reasonable priced services. They even go out of their way to save you money on expensive repairs. I had my engine replaced due to oil burn and paid everything out of my pocket. Later Toyota put a recall on those engines for that same problem and Mr. Arshad contacted me to let me know about it and worked with me to get me the refund for the replacement engine s cost. Saved me close to 4000 dollars!P.S. People, please make sure you re on the right business before leaving a negative review!! There are several repair shops in that area totally separate from each other and I see a few negative reviews about one of those shops posted here!

Lousey service! Anthony set an expectation to meet at his shop between 9:30-10am. I arrived at 10:00am...no Anthony. A gentleman at the shop said he was minutes away...45 minutes later I called Anthony. He said he was just 10-15 out, so I agreed to wait. 30 minutes later I pulled out as he was finally pulling in! Awful! Total waste of my time! I do NOT recommend this person, or Automax Repair....

Best solution to quality dealer repair i have been going to automax since it open in 2007 very reasonable prices and well trained experienced mechanic who is uptodate on new technology with right equipment and tools for today s cars i trust them with my foreign cars I recommend them highly
