I stopped by to get an estimate for a window replacement for my Tesla, got a fair rate but ended up deciding to take my car to a Tesla collision center close to my home in Austin. But the owner of this shop is kind enough to help putting protection wrap for my car for free to ensure i can drive home safely. Kind people!

Do Not bring your car here. I dodged a major bullet lol AB is an absolute sweet talker, kinda knowledgable about what he knows with European cars.Brought my car here with issues. They diagnosed the problem & told me what parts i needed. Initially, told me I ll get my car back today tomorrow. Then told me he ordered parts & I will be receiving parts in 2-3 days. After 5 days I never got a call, I called him & he says because I never left a payment. That was never the agreement. Never called me back

After many delays due to this team ordering the wrong parts for my repairs, I ve lost complete faith in this company. What was estimated to be a two week repair ended up taking over a month. And to top it off, this team was never the first to communicate anything; the only reason I was aware of any delays or timelines was because I had to call and inquire why things were taking to long. And to make matters worse, they still had tape all over my car when I went to pick it up. Very disappointed.

Had to take my car back 2 times after getting it back because it wasn t done right. Also was damaged more while they had it. Then to top it off they stole $2k that my insurance had approved and sent to them for a new wrap. Very shady business and the guy in charge is very disrespectful

I was extremely angry to get hit & ran by an uninsured driver but now I m so happy & impressed with the results of my body repair job on my Audi A3! The shop was super professional, well communicating, quick & efficient! AB is the man for anything you may need & is very approachable. My car looks brand new & is squeaky clean inside & out! 5/5 stars for my new & amazing Audi certified repair shop in Houston!

Worst experience of my life. I will never be back. I came to get my hail damage fixed on my car which was originally supposed to take 2 weeks but ended up taking 1 month. The employees including the manager Otto continuously lied about when my car would be ready. When it was finally time to get my car it was a huge scratch on hood when I arrived. I made them fix it and they had the audacity to try and get my insurance to pay when it was their fault. When I finally got my car I didn t even make it 100 ft up the road when all of my lights on my car came on and my car wouldn t drive properly. This place is a mess and they need to shut it down immediately! Never again!

I have a Tesla and they were able to take me in the same week where as other places were telling 1-3 months. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Excellent work on my repairs and they communicate very well.They even cleaned my car before returning it.. no other place does it like these guys. Highly recommend.

I would suggest if you have your wheels stolen don t take it here. They don t do any work with wheels or tires. I waited two weeks for my car mainly because they couldn t send it back to another shop to fix a tire sensor issue.I also had a chip in the windshield which they couldn t fix nor could they change my oil for me while my car was in there waiting.For everything that I needed I don t know why they said they could do it. Literally everything that needed to be done had to be somewhere else.Worse of all they lost my spare tire.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto power window repair, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

These guys did a great job fixing paint damage on my Volvo XC90. Their quote for the work was very reasonable (I got five bids total) and their work looks as if from the factory. I highly recommend Autohaus K&H and will use them again, should the need arise.

i own a Maserati, Benz and a Bentley. They have taken care of all of them. I had major work on the Bentley. Their prices were fair and work was great. They do all the maintenance on my other two cars. Fast and reasonable prices. Plus they treat you like a person, not just a customer. Their only downside is they don't have a lot of space. (probably a result of happy customers)

My car was mistakenly towed to this location. The staff went above and beyond to help me in my process to getting my car to the right location despite the fact that I was not a customer. I m sure they treat their customers with the same integrity.

The entire team ah Autohaus K & H has always been extremely helpful! They are professional and timely. They have always gone above and beyond when it comes to the quality of the service they provide. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I trust their expertise, opinions and quality - 100%.

Because this repair shop is so convenient I've given them a fair amount of business over the past decade between routine maintenance for my cars and body work.Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when I took them my Audi S8. They damaged the wire housing doing routine maintenance and it took a lot of time, energy and back and forth to get them to own that they in fact damaged it and then to get them to replace it at their own expense. They kept trying to claim that despite them damaging it, they shouldn t have to pay to put it back the way it was when I gave it to them for routine maintenance.The last straw for me, I had some minor work done to my ML550 wheels. What I was told would take 2 days turned into a week and still no vehicle. No one bothered to call to provide updates and no reimbursement was made for being without my vehicle for over a week. Because I had a holiday planned and had to get a rental car, this minor repair ended up costing a lot more than expected. I would simply have waited to repair the scratches on the wheels if I d have known it would have take a week!They were unapologetic, unsympathetic and offered no reimbursement for my expense for a rental car. Due to the lack of customer service I would warn anyone from taking their vehicle here for even a minor service.The customer service is just unacceptable, no matter if you're talking to Marcus or Auto, no matter if you've been doing business with them for a decade.

I was referred by a co-worker and I must say, I was scared to leave the dealership to have my 2007 BMW 530I fix by someone else. I was very empress with the customer service and advisors being straight forward with fixing items and not being pressured. The advisor said "we you can fix it today if you like or later; but don't wait too much into the summer because it can get worse". The pricing was great and well worth the work. I plan to return I like the concept that it's a small shop but well worth beating dealership price.

I got my car "repaired" here after an accident and come to find out a few months later after having continuing issues that they completely skipped over repairing a part of my car. I ended up having to pay another $1000 out of pocket when my insurance was originally supposed to cover the wreck. Also when they did have my car they estimated about 3 weeks for the repairs and had my car for over 2 months. Every time I would call they would give me some excuse and say it'll be just a few days. All in all my insurance ended up paying them thousands of dollars and I went months without a car all for an incomplete job. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I initially went to BMW for a diagnostic due to having an abs/check engine light . I was informed that I had a transfer case issue and I was quoted an outrageous price by BMW. I eventually decided to go to Autohaus due to convenience despite some of the negative reviews I read. Autohaus installes a transfer case and removed the old one. After the transfer case install My car was in worst condition. My car would literally stop on the high way. I informed them of this the very next day. The mechanic at Autohaus initially told me that it was a valve cover issue and that I had an oil leak. One mechanic at Autohaus stated it ll be an 800 dollar job and then another mechanic quoted 1200. My instinct told me to get a second opinion. I decided to go to Bimmer performance and told them of the issues I am experiencing. They diagnosed my car (for free) and upon inspection, they stated that a previous mechanic accidentally or intentionally loosened a part which caused the car to drive erractic/stop while idle. The mechanic at Bimmer performance told me that the car did not have an oil leak and there wasn t a crack in the valve cover. After the mechanic at Bimmer performance tightened up the part my car was driving perfectly fine! No more stopping while idle (which became a problem after Autohaus touched my vehicle). As a woman I am already quite skeptical of mechanics and honestly I am in quite disbelief that in this day and age mechanics would try to rip off honest hardworking customers. Please take your car elsewhere, your car will be in worst condition if you bring it to Autohaus.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

My insurance company recommended this place and was a bit sceptical because it was in midtown. Tony put my fears at bay and provided the most professional service I ve ever had with a body shop. My vehicle is rare in US, and parts had to come from overseas, which caused a delay. Tony kept me in the loop the entire time. Even the rental car company raves about him and the business. There were no hidden cost and 0 surprises. I d trust him with my grandmothers vehicle. Simply put his level of integrity is 100%!

I had an old 72 Mercedes. I am sure the shop owner shook his head when he saw me coming but he was always profession and somehow kept that old car going until i finally sold it and bought a 2007 350 convertible. He smiled when i got out of that! Best best best ever Auto repair shop. Trustworthy and always fixes the problem and gets my car back when they say they will. They know German cars for sure! You can't go wrong with Autohaus K&H !! I would not take my cars anywhere else.

Great service. They were very honest to us about the needs for our car. They did nit take it in, they just explained the situation. Helped us and did not charge us nothing. Ab was the name of the expert who took care of us.

All of the guys over there are so nice and welcoming!!!!! Especially being a woman needing repairs done on your vehicle some people can try to take advantage of you but Autohaus has always been a go-to for me, with their fair prices and excellent customer service you can always expect a great experience with them!!!Shout out to Tony, Ab,and Tamer,and Otto!!!!!!

I have always found these guys to be honest, fair, and reliable. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Saab. When I moved to Houston in 2010 I looked all over for a Saab mechanic. I even tried taking it way up north to Lucas Auto where they diagnosed it with one problem and then repaired something completely different that wasn't broken. When I complained they tried to charge me again to repair the thing they were supposed to repair in the first place. When I found Autohaus K&H not only did they fix Lucas Auto's blunder, but they are only a mile from my house, and the work has been consistently excellent. My Saab is getting on in years and these guys have certainly eased the financial burden of keeping it running well.

I would like to thank Tony Z and the staff for a great service experience. Not only was my GL450 repaired before expected, but also the bill came in lower than the quote. Very pleased with paint and body work.

My truck that I love was T-boned in a accident. The rear axle was sideways... They fixed my truck and it looks and drives great. I was super impressed with the quality of their work. Top notch.

Terrible customer service. They took 37 days to repair my car, didn't keep me updated on the status on the repair until I would call every time, and the worst is that Abe promised to cover the rental for the extra days over 30- but they kept refusing and I had to chase them for a week. But the work in the car was great!

Gave a great and relieving consultation for my brand new 2020 Sonata Limited that was hit by a 2014 Ford Focus.Using all OEM parts to make my car the same as when I first drove it off the lot which is especially reassuring during this grief

For the love of everything that is pure in your life. Do not take your car here. The tow truck driver will scam your way to this shop. The shop doesn t give a care about your car except how much money they can bleed from your insurance. The people there are rude and unprofessional.Be warn.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. They just stalled me week to week. They had my vehicle for a month and gave my car back with several problems. Geico recommended me this place and I regret it. Dont make the same mistake and go somewhere else.

Excellent service and outstanding professionalism and honesty.I have had a great experience with my VW GTI both at their body-shop and their service department.It is very hard to find places like this in Houston. Well done !
