Amazing customer service! I had a 100% positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop! While I hope I don't need them soon, if I do, I'll feel confident bringing my car there for repairs. Super professional and friendly staff ... and trustworthy.

Great shop with honest mechanics !!! My fianc� broke down in Houston while I was at work (2 hours away) , insurance towed to the shop . The customer service was top notch . They diagnosed the car quickly and kept me informed every step on the repairs . I made the trip down to pick up the car a couple days later and have had no issues since .

Excellent custom service! Gerry was extremely friendly and welcoming while also being upfront and transparent about the best services for my car. Auto repairs were done in a very timely manner and I was notified via phone call when finished. Highly recommend this place. Raul and the rest of the mechanics at Auto World West Loop Houston have aided me with excellent craftsmanship that has also saved me a significant amount of money. As a woman who also possesses very little knowledge about the inner workings of cars, I, unfortunately, have been taken advantage of countless times at other shops. Conversely, Raul and his team are trustworthy, compassionate, and do great work that stands the test of time. Recently, my air conditioner stopped working. Another shop quoted me a price of $1500, yet Auto World West Loop found the actual problem was related to freon, an easy fix that was solved in a few hours for less than $200. After getting my air conditioning fixed, I unfortunately severely damaged the front bumper of my car. What would have cost thousands to fix at a collision center was fixed by Auto World West for approximately $200. Raul has also helped me in the past with check engine light issues. If you're looking for a trustworthy, affordable shop that does great work, look no further. Moved to Houston 3 years ago and had been searching for a good mechanic ever since. My search is now over. Raul and the team at Auto World West Loop are incredible. The customer service is top notch, they don t spend all day trying to sell you on unnecessary services, and they are always quick to get your vehicle in and out. I first went to them for a second opinion after a different mechanic shop recommended over $1,500 in repairs. Raul was able to tell me what was actually needed and what was being upsold and saved me over $1,300. My car has never been running better, safe to say they have a customer for life in me.

AAA referred me to Auto World as being one of their approved auto repair shops. Im so glad I decided to use their services. My son s car wouldn t start and it ended up being the starter.Raul (from the beginning) thoroughly explained the process..the price of what the diagnostic test would cost if it s certain issues..he told us he would let us know the next day what the issue was , but contacted us the same day. We received our car the next day!The price of the repairs were affordable! The communication, honesty & friendliness extended to us was exceptional!!! Best (outside of a major dealership) experience we ve ever had! All the other reviews I ve read are right on-Very Accurate!We ve found us a great auto repair shop!!! Great job Auto World!

Raul and the rest of the guys at Auto World are the best! They have been working on my truck for over 3 years now and every time I go there, I always leave with a big smile on my face: From replacing the brakes, to tire pressure sensor issues, wheel alignment to helping me select the best and most cost effective tires for my truck - the work and service they provide is top notch! They are all super friendly and knowledgeable - I will always go to them first for all my mechanical needs.

Been a customer for several years. Recently had an actual problem with my vehicle. I accidentally pulled out of my garage a bit too soon and partially ripped my Mazda cx-5 antenna off oops and eek.Raul gave me my options, told me the cost of materials and labor. They are always so helpful in this department they don t just tell you how much it s going to be they go beyond and give you options. At the same time my antenna incident occurred it also turned out my engine light turned on while on route to Auto World and my battery was dead, They checked the battery and found out it was under warranty (matter of days) so all I owed was the labor to put it in..,very nominal.Anyway , I am rambling but I really like Raul, Gerry and the whole crew. They even gave me a ride home and picked as I live very close by. Really appreciated that.I always use Auto World for my oil changes and state inspections and have been a customer since 2019

Raul & Gerry always take care of whatever my car needs. This last time was a disconnected windshield washer fluid hose and a door hinge that wore out causing the door to close vs. staying open. Having shuttle service is a huge plus too!

I had my Jeep towed there after hours while I was just in Houston for a business trip, they were amazing and got me a new tire installed and ready to go the next day! I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!!

AAA Towed my car here overnight, and I dropped my key off in the dropbox. Got in touch with them first thing Monday, and Raul kept me informed every step of the way. Always checked before performing work and told me my options. Had everything done the same day (fixing bumper, replacing headlight, oil change) and at a very reasonable price. Good experience and would recommend.

I was referred to Auto World by a friend, needed front end work on my 14 year old van. Not only did they do an EXCELLENT job communicating and fixing the problem, checked out the entire van, had it completed in a day, kept it overnight until I could pick it up...they also knocked out a dent in my front bumper AND polished my headlight covers which were extremely cloudy! I was honestly shocked to receive such fabulous service in this day and age. Raul (a prince of a guy) explained what I needed and kept me in the loop until the job was complete. I recommend Auto World for anyone needing quality repair service and excellent customer service. THANK YOU AUTO WORLD!

Raul and his team are excellent. Provide great service and are super responsive. They also provide rides back to your home so you don't have to wait in the shop. I've taken my car to him multiple times and haven't had any issues thus far. AutoWorld was recommend to me by the owner of another auto repair company that closed when the owner retired. I have been using Auto World for over a year and find that they have great fast service, excellent customer service and fair pricing. I have an older car and they never try to sell me anything I don't need.

This shop delivers top quality service! I ve used them for just about service I ve needed on my car for the past 3 years. From oil changes, tire rotations, and full brake replacement, to general maintenance checks. Raul, the head mechanic, always gives me an honest rundown of what service is needed while making helpful, not pushy, suggestions on things to look out for in upcoming months. I ve never been at such peace with any car I ve owned and half the reason is because I have a trustworthy place to take it when in need of servicing!Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

While traveling from Dallas to Houston my car began to ride a bit rough and immediately upon arriving there my check engine light came on. This shop was located close to my hotel and the following morning I stopped in for a diagnosis. I was only going to be in town for 3 days but needed to make sure the car was road-ready and safe for the return drive home. After speaking with the owner, I felt comfortable leaving it in their hands. He also provided a complimentary ride for me and my daughter back to the hotel and within another couple of hours the car was repaired and ready for pick-up. Before i left town they even checked in with me to see how the car was performing. They took car of my situation so well that i made sure to recommend them to my family there in Houston. Had a bad starter and had to get my car towed here. These guys took me in no problem and and got my car serviced. Raul and Nancy were some of the nicest and honest people I ve ever met. I dropped by Auto World to get my brakes checked, as they had been making noise for the longest time, even after getting the pads replaced. I was treated very fairly and they were honest about their diagnosis. Gave me a fair price for the parts that were needed to be replaced, and my brake system is as good as new now!
