As a woman who has experienced my share of car cons, taking my car to ExperTees makes me feel like they are doing their best to give me experienced service I can trust. This is one of the most honest shops and you won't be sorry.

This is a top notch shop! I appreciate a no nonsense business that is straight forward about my cars. I have brought my cars to Doug Tees for years and even bought a car from him. He does care about his customers, but will be honest with you on what your car needs and will give you a fair estimate before beginning the work. This guy is just plain rude. I asked if I could source my own parts and before I could agree to purchase parts through him he says, I can t let you bring your own parts. It cuts my profits , AND HANGS UP IN MY FACE. I get that you have to make a profit. He didn t even give me a chance to say ok . I like to use businesses in the heights, but this place is a hard no.

I have been a loyal customer for well over 10 years. If you want an honest, smart mechanic, Doug Tees is your man. I live and work far from the shop, but he's totally worth the drive.

This place doesn't care about their customers. I have 5 old used cars and Doug serviced all of them. Every week I had a different car in for repair or service. I was spending $1000 to $2500 every month, enough to put his daughter through college. When my wife complained about a problem we were having with his service he told her "If you don't like the service then go find someone else to service your vehicles.I have never been back.His inept service ruined my 2002 Toyota Tundra pickup truck and now I am buying a new engine. THANKS A LOT DOUG!NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!

Idk why people complain about his attitude in Google reviews lol Doug was straightforward but polite, got the work done, was pleasant to work with and just an honest guy. I'll go back. It's important to support small businesses and I trust Doug. Would recommend over giving money to some dealership any day. Car took a little longer than I was expecting but I also told him no rush.

Doug is a fantastic reasonable mechanic! He tells you what is wrong, what it will cost & if it incurs further needs he'll call you right away. Old cars often have deep needs, so I totally understand when he calls, which is not always when she's in for repairs.He got my old '87 running better than it ever has. I love his business sense!

I've taken 3 different cars here over the years and Doug has always treated me well. The work has always been great and his diagnostics have saved me money. I've had him work on my 1968 mustang and he's done much better mechanical and electrical work than any of the restoration shops I've been to in the Metro area.

I have been to Doug several times in the last two years. I have even moved fifteen miles away and I still come back. The thing I value most about this place is the honesty. Doug never tries to upsell or do extra maintenance. He only recommends the essentials and what my car really needs.It's strange that a couple other places said I had an oil leak because my oil light would come on and off but when I check the oil level, it always has oil. When I asked Doug about it he said he can take a further look into why your oil light is on but there's definitely not an oil leak. He lifted the car and showed me. Been a year and still no oil problems.Free advice: I had this strange vibration in my car and the car would pull to the right. I brought it to him. He test drove it. Lifted the car. Showed me it just a bad tire. Didn't charge me.I definitely like to promote small business but more so, I want an honest mechanic.

I m so happy I found Doug to service my vehicle. I ve got an old car that is worth little more than scrap value and Doug goes out of his way to talk through my options and to give advice on how to do the repairs cost effectively. I just took my jeep over to Auto Exper Tees for an air conditioning blower/vent issue. Doug had it fixed in less that 5 minutes. This shop was highly recommended by Remmerts (shop now closed--owner retired). I recommend them too! My experience was great.

Doug is a top-notch service mechanic that has a wealth of the knowledge for European cars specifically taking care of my 1972 super Beetle that was not running, it is now starting like a champ, he really knows his way around Volkswagens! If you have a vintage car and you re scared of who to bring it to, bring it to Doug he will take care of you.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Battery

best repair and general servicing mom and pops shop. if you want the best auto experience then go here... just watch out though Mr.Tees can be a grump sometimes! hahaha we all love him though

Don t waste your time with services here.*The owner must ve forget that, his employer ripped of my tint because like I said that was the first time I ve ever head my tint was too dark since I purchased the car four years ago. Strange you must be the first person to check my windows I wonder why....Anyways rips off my tint (I allow it) being that I need to get my inspection completed then the owner goes to say he can t complete my inspection because my windshield wipers needed to be replaced lol what a joke.Left and drove three blocks south and got my inspection completed in 15 minutes. Like I said before don t waist your time here....

I used to go to Remmert's and recently found Doug . I needed a second opinion on my manual transmission, and Doug inspected my car free of charge. I will confidently use Doug's services in the future.

I went in to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee inspected. The guy at the desk seemed a bit grumpy to begin with. I sat in the waiting area and 5 minutes late he came back in and said "Your window tint is too dark". I said "Really?" and in a condescending and accusatory tone he said "Don't act surprised!" I said, "Well, I AM surprised because I bought it from a dealership and I've had it inspected twice since then and no one ever said a word. I thought it was factory." He said in an almost angry way "Well, it's NOT factory. You have to take this film off and replace it with compliant film." I took my keys and my jeep and went 3 blocks down and got it inspected without issue. I'm not sure what the guy's problem was, but he was rude and condescending. I won't be back for anything.

Called Auto Expertees this morning to get a quote on pulling a vacuum and charging my AC system. The original AC lines on my truck had a large hole, so I replaced them on my own. After describing what I needed to the guy answering the phone, he replied, "we DO NOT work on anything unless we do the entire repair and we DO NOT want your business," and abruptly hung up the phone with a loud bang. This gentleman and Auto Expertees will not get my business, which is unfortunate, as I am in the neighborhood often.

I got an inspection done here and Doug was very nice and fast! He also gave me a cold bottle of water while I was waiting.

Just called to inquire about service and getting my car inspected. The guy who answered was rude and didn't make a good first impression. I haven't gone here, but I will certainly take my business elsewhere. A man who doesn't know how to talk to a lady won't put his hands on my car.
