BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! If you re looking for an honest and very reputable repair shop for your vehicle, look no further this is it. I ve been bringing my vehicles to Francisco for 3 years now, and have had nothing but great experiences every time. He is kind and compassionate, never rushes you, and always takes time to properly explain things. Even following up multiple times as needed to make sure you re kept in the loop 100% of the way. My father used him for years before moving out of Houston, and now I do too. You can trust these guys with any make/model, even the European brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes). He has personally helped me with my X3 and my Mustang including dropping the entire transmission and putting it back in. They might seem small from the outside, but they do some of the best work in the business. One of his technicians (Paul) is also a fellow car enthusiast, so you know you re in good hands.

Francisco and his team have been working on our cars for years and always do a great job at a fair price. He even came to our house one morning to jumpstart a dead battery!

Francisco is very professional, kind, and will help you find the best and hopefully cheaper parts for your car or truck will keep you updated till the end. Love coming here, great service and close to home and open on Saturdays.

I left my car here due to an issue with my shifting mechanism breaking. I was originally quoted 3 something for the service + labor. When the day came for me to pay, labor and services were up charged to a total of almost $500 with most of the cost being towards the labor. Though my car is not perfect, I left my car here with one pricy issue and left with a new one to which the manager told me to have the dealership fixed. This issue didn t exist prior to me bringing the car here. I wasn t able to turn off my car which resulted in the battery being drained as well as the key coming out of ignition while still being driveable?? The manager argued up and down to stand on the fact that it was not his issue and tried to use smooth words to salvage the situation not understanding that something may have gone wrong with whoever actually fixed the car. In response to this message, he will yet again deny this and say they fixed the issue that was at hand. Yes you did, but you left me with a new issue and I have since had to be without my car to resolve this issue elsewhere. If you d like to be overcharged, receive the run around, and leave with a new issue that you will still have to fix elsewhere, come to this auto expert .

I'd give zero if I could but I'll give that one start to the owner for my positive first interaction.However, I Brought my car in for an overheating issue, was told the problem was the thermostat. So I okayed them to fix it $600 later.After they fixed it..I was then called and told the water pump is on its way out and I should replace it but they wanted be to pay $900 on top of the $600 which I just can't afford right now. I was told the water pump still works and the car is capable of driving so I said I'd pick up the car. I drive not even 5 miles and the cars starts to overheat. I get back to the shop where I spoke with a tech that didn't want to back up the services they performed, blaming it on the water pump and me for not fixing it after I was told the vehicle was capable of being driven home. I could go on and on butEnd of story, I was told there's nothing they could do and was forced to pay a tow home. So therefore as a business owner myself, I do not recommend them.

Service here was fantastic. Great customer service and very fair pricing. When my dad came to pick me up while my car was being serviced, the owner, Francisco, was even kind enough to put air in my dad s car s tires. It s safe to say his exceptional customer care won over two loyal customers in both me and my dad. Highly recommended.

12.6.19 Wonderful customer service. Clean facility. Coffee/Tea/Water. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. I appreciate the honesty in telling me what needs to be repaired immediatley and what can wait. This time my car was due for a major tune-up with 121K miles. Francisco was so kind to give me a courtesy shuttle to and from the shop. They live up to the Auto Expert name.

Great service! Went in to check what was wrong with my car since it was making a sound. They were able to determine what was wrong and also took time to show me and explain as well. Also gave me a year warranty for parts/labor. Reliable and very honest people!

Great experience - both owner and the mechanic. I went in to replace my grounded battery terminal which had poor contact with the wire. NTB had quoted 45$ + parts for. The mechanic decided replacement was not necessary and fixed it in 10 mins by wedging a copper penny to force contact. They didnt even bill me !

Went in at 8am today to have my state inspection done. Got right in, and out of there in less than 30 mins. Clean and welcoming business. Could not be more pleased with the helpful service and professionalism.

Dave Thomas must be rolling over in his grave. $10 for that? you can get a real burger for $10... I can't believe what they charged me for a double meat Baconator it was pathetic in size & lacking in bacon...WHERE'S THE BEEF! And don't get me started in on those nasty tasting fries. won't be back... my how they have fallen!

Took car in at 11 am on Friday for state inspection. Service was performed within the half hour. I returned with a second car for state inspection just before noon the same day. Same result - fast, friendly and effective service.

They are simply great. Both owner and mechanics do care and they do a great job. I found them right after floods and they repaired my car so well and so reasonably, I became their lifetime clients.

worst place ever! I went to get a simple estimate for repair. I waited almost an hour yesterday for him to tell me he couldnt get the prices and would email me in a hour. I was fine with that because i had wasted so much time waiting in a small smelly waiting room. NOW a whole day and half later.... still no estimate!!! I called multiple times no can tell me anything . horrible horrible service. This was a waste of my time and theirs as well, because now i for sure wont be giving them any of my money

To all Houstonians and visitors that overpay at Dealers for unnecessary part that these guys dare to fix - and successfully gor a fraction of the cost - in this case: change out O-rings instead of a complete hydraulic accumulator pump - great job as always- exceeding expectations!!!

These guys leave a TON of medium-sized rocks in the corner of this intersection when you turn! They re an autoshop, how convenient... lucky I didn t pop a tire
