These people are SCAM ARTIST!! Liars and theifs. They sold me a car with hidden issues in the engine plus they told me I had a two year warrenty but when I signed for the car it was reduced to one year. I tried to return the car the next day so they could fix the problems they promised but was told to bring it in the next week. I was also told the job is a 15hr job and it would be ready by the end of the week. So i called at the end of the week but was told it will ready next week. Weeks and weeks and months went by and I kept being told the end of the week. This went on for so long that I missed a family vacation that i had planned. 3 months later they finally said my car was ready and I needed to come get it bc they need the room. So when i picked it up, there was dents and scratches all over the rims and parts of the car along with inch of dust all inside the car(apparently they left the windows down the whole time) plus they ripped out a portion of the fender well for some reason and didn't even fix some of the issue they charged me for bc right after i brought the car home the check engine came on for the same reason they were fixing it..so that shows they didn't do it.. Please do not go here and find someone who is more professional and actually cares for their customers!

This was a great find in my hour of need. Close to the freeway, clean courteous, and fair business. Fully staffed and equipped for foreign & domestic cars. Definitely would recommend them to a friend!

Don t come here, horrible service. They just scam you for your money. As soon as I left their driveway, the vehicle started to malfunction again and they don t even want to warranty their work. Y'all go with someone else.

I had a flat tire and I went to this store. They said that if I buy tires from them, the replacement fee will be $16. They said if they replace my spare tire they will charge $40. A tire shop should assist a customer who comes to the front of the shop with a flat tire. Otherwise, it would be immoral behavior. Just like an emergency patient can get treatment in any hospital I protest this store for asking too high a price to change the tire of my car with a flat tire. If they had said to me, We can t leave you with a flat tire, we can replace your tire with a little discount, I would be happy. and I would save this store on my phone. I would call them for my next problems. they lost this chance. Some business enterprises are doomed to fail because they cannot take advantage of such opportunities at work.

Very helpful staff assisted me after running over something on I-10 and fearing my tires had been affected. Also informed me that my splash guard was missing and gave me options to resolve this.

If you want get ripped of then this the place My husband took his car to get inspect and see what repairs needed. He received a call that he needed A/c compressor and tuneup costing $1800. After getting the car 3 day later the a/c was blowing hot and the oil light turned on. We took it back and they took it upon themself to do so call repair costing us almost $600. And still no A/C and light still on and know making noise. The is freaken ridiculous. So after $2,400 and no repair and my car worst... Also they don t know what coming to them my attorney said we are not the only ones to go through a crooked establishment that take your money.

I had the best experience! Found these guys out of the blue, and I don t believe in coincidences! Very honest, dependable, and helped me through a difficult time with patients and they are still working with me today! Highly recommend!

Bought a car from there with no lights on the dash. While driving home car went into limp mode. So brought the car back was told the car would be fixed within 2 to 3 weeks, within the first month of them havin the call i tried to call multiple time to never get ali on the phone always someone els answering saying hes on the phone or isnt there so he cant take the call this went on for another two months and I finally got a call my car was done so i drove 4 hours from Louisiana to pick my car that was supposed to be fixed up and bring home when i get there car seems to be good get on road and the goes back into limp mode and had the same issues as before only not my car had 2k more mile from them bc they said my car didn t have enough mile for the warranty to work so now i have a car that still has problems and you still can never seem to get ali on the phone. DONT GO TO THESES PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Awful service... DO NOT go here! Came in to have battery replaced (under warranty). Told me it would take 1 1/2 hours to look at, 2 1/2 hours later couldn't get anyone to answer phone. When they finally called back, said the ownership had changed and wasn't sure they could honor warranty. Said they would contact Interstate Battery and let me know. Never received call back and didn't answer phone when I called. AND... tried to tell me I needed alternator replaced for about $900. 2 other mechanics looked at it and said no alternator needed. Had another auto shop replace battery. AWFUL place, do not go here!Service: Auto battery replacement

Had an excellent experience staff was really nice and helped me safely dispose of some milk shake oil (oil coolant mix) I had in an oil pan that I could not get rid of anywhere else! If their customer service is any representation of their work I would recommend them to anyone!

Amazing shop, Friendly manager and staff. I had hit a hole on the high and had to pull off right away. It was the closest shop. it turned out to be a blessing with 30 mins they figured out my rim was bent. They were so professional. I highly recommend.

I went to get a state inspection. I was told I needed new brake pads. After agreeing to the brake pads, I was then told I needed new reuters. My brake light was not on and I wasn't experiencing any vibration or noise (squealing, grinding) of any kind. I thought this was strange. As they didn't have the parts, I decided to leave. I felt I was being pressured into getting the work done as I was told this was a safety issue and I couldn't get a state inspection without this work being done. The next day I went to my regular garage to have them inspect my brakes. I was told that the brake pads and reuters were fine. I am a female so I feel as though Auto Drive tried to take advantage of me. I will never go there again.

I had a flat tire and rolled into this place. The staff took great care of me helping me with my flat and getting me back on the road in no time. I am extremely grateful for the hospitality and hard work of the staff.

Go anywhere but here. They are not only expensive but they are dishonest and unfair. They charge way too much for repairs and make you feel horrible about your situation. Use anywhere else but this place.
