I had a really good experience trading in my car here.There is so many vehicles to choose from on the lot! Norman and Carlos helped us find a reliable van for my family and they gave us a good offer for the vehicle I brought in. We feel at home at this dealership, they are always so kind to me and my children, offering water and a welcoming environment for us to wait in. We re always greeted with smiles and helping hands!! so thankful for this place! If I could give a million stars I would!!

I was referred to this place by my boss, they were all so welcoming and worked with my situation, the customer service is amazing. I've recently purchased a Honda Accord from this dealership and previously a Dodge challenger. I was very satisfied with their services. They have their standards on quality vehicles and know what they're buying. They will always do their best to find out what payment plan will best best for you! and as well, they're very friendly, they'll let you know everything about the vehicle of your interest! also..SHOUT OUT TO EDWING, HE"S THE ONE THAT CLOSED THIS SALE WITH ME! Don t get a car from here. My family member got and it s literally a lemon they trying to keep her in by lying and saying they ve replaced everything but again that was a lie. They will scam women that come alone. I wish I could give them no stars

I called every car lot in the area and nobody had the particular gas economical car I was looking for, except for auto concepts. Carlos helped me out beyond what could've been expected and I really feel like I got what I wanted and I am happy. Saving money on gas
