Went here to have my wife's car inspected. Can't believe their facility is really nice. My wife's reaction when I saw her the photo was its like in a hotel. Lol...the guy who's on the counter were super nice. I'm the only nlt customer when I was there and less than 15 minutes the inspection was done. I'm going back here again for my car's inspection.

Brought Subaru Outback in for oil leak and vibration in front left wheel. Right hand valve cover gasket leaking and they told me to take the vehicle back to Discount tire for tires needed balancing - despite the tires haven't less than 2k miles on them on vibration was present before the new tires. They said I would need brake serviced soon and quoted a price for the oil leak and brakes. I declined the brakes. They called back called back and said intake manifold had to be removed - and added about $350 to quoted price. I called my dealer and dealer quoted less than their first price. I sent the dealer quote to them and then they admitted they were going to replace both left and right valve cover gaskets, which I had not agreed to - only the right. They ended up charging me the dealer price for one valve cover gasket. My bill shows they padded the invoice by $140 and invoice indicates the $140 was a discount! When picking up the vehicle, they admitted they didn't have to remove the manifold. I believe I would have gotten the $963 price which included the manifold removal had I not challenged them with the dealer quotation.

I ve brought my vehicles to Auto Check Park Row for years because the service is always impeccable. Most recently I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I came into the shop at the time of day when the mechanics typically take their lunch. They were kind enough to delay their lunch to service my vehicle and get me in and out. It was much appreciated and the reason why I continue to do business with them.

As a business owner I m very picky who I do business with. Customer service and attention to detail are my pet peeves within my own company and I can say with 100% confidence that Auto Check Park Row exceed all expectations. They truly go over and beyond while making you feel as if you are family. It s hard to find honest people and businesses in this present day and they have both. Meeting them was a blessing.

This is a very high quality shop. Their work is significantly higher quality than any dealer in the area and they are about 10 times faster; more polite and great at communicating. I would trust any vehicle to them - if you re looking for a mechanic that has outstanding service, great turnaround times and exceptional communication reach out to Mac and everyone at Auto Check.

Waiting was clean and very cozy. I had my first car safety inspection for my VW Tiguan and service was very fast. We ve waited only 15 minutes and voila, it s done.

UPDATE: Service was fantastic, Mac is professional and knowledgeable and the pricing was explained up front. This place does excellent work and I'm glad I went back. They gave me options on what needed to be done right away vs what could wait a bit and I really appreciated that. They fixed the problem and gave good advice on future maintenance plans.OLD POST:Deleted an earlier 2 star rating that I left after a price increase. Owner responded and explained the increase. I checked other shops and the pricing here is on par with the competition so I removed my review. It was a big increase but certainly within reason considering rising costs and it was well below the dealership.Going to give the shop another try, been a customer for 10 years and the new ownership has made some great improvements.

Good service with good level of quality. My only problem is they give you a quote and after they start working on the car they call you to tell you the work will take more time which means more money.

Since I was allowed to pay my bill down, I went ahead and gave a 2. I've never had a auto shop charge me for gas to test drive a car that was worked on, nor did I ever have an auto repair shop that didn't put coolant for that job. Not going back.

Service was quick and great! Called reception in regards to my state inspection & they were very nice and helpful. We went in for a much needed oil change and tire rotation, and balancing after about 3000 miles of a 5400 mile baseball park adventure. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. The work was done in a timely way, and although it was probably priced a bit above average, was worth the extra expense. There were no add-ons and the car has been running great! We are very happy with the service and the work that was done.

This business is close to the business where I work. We have a fleet of vehicles that frequently have issues, so the location is incredibly convenient for us. They were able to arrange for a tow for one of our vehicles for a very affordable price. We had 2 vehicles there over the past 2 weeks, and they were both fixed for the problems they had. No complaints here!Service: Air conditioning

I have used this business for years. They are close to my home and have always treated me fairly. Auto repairs aren t cheap and I would say this business is competitively priced. No one likes spending money on repairs, but if it's necessary, this is the place to go. They don't try to take advantage. Prices are reasonable and they have certified mechanics. They do great, quick work and warranty their repairs. Ask for Raul, He's awesome! The other guys seems to be good as well but he's the person my wife and I have dealt with since we've been coming here.

I used to regularly visit AutoCheck One for my vehicles' needs. I called them yesterday regarding an issue with a previous brake pads change that should have been covered under warranty. Due to the change of ownership, they were unable to trace the paperwork and declined to offer warranty. This was Okay with me. So I inquired for a quote for real brake pads change. This is where things started to go downhill. I was given a $890 (!!!) quote for a Honda Pilot brake pad and rotor replacement including a brake fluid flush. This was price gouging at its best. They confirmed the pricing after I inquired that even Honda dealerships charge ~350 for one axle brake service. This business has now gone rogue and unprofessional to the point they are giving customers uncompetitive and overpriced quotes. I got exactly the same job done elsewhere on the same day for around $470 including taxes. I will NEVER visit this business again for any needs.

Just spoke to a gentleman(Today at 7:30am) hung up on me the first time calling about the pricing for brake pads and rotor change, called back the second time and asked the same question and didn't appreciate his attitude regarding the question. He also added "Then why did you ask?" to my question. I've never been there before nor will I ever want to take my vehicle here despite on the positive reviews.

I ve been coming here for 10 years and I had always dealt directly with Sam, the previous owner; I admit I was skeptical but John (the new service tech) has made me feel as welcome as ever. Just last week he personally plugged my tire for no charge. This was Sam s Philosophy and John is carrying it forward. If you re looking for honesty in auto repair, with pricing that is competitive (I KNOW IT S UNUSUAL), call and ask for my friend John!!

I went in to get a transmission solenoid replaced and it was done in great time. The price was also very good. While I was waiting I heard a repeat customer praising the service as well. I actually came because it s Brian s new location and we follow him.

Came here for a routine inspection on my Tesla. Went back and forth with the guy for 20 minutes while he tried to pull up my car via license plate and VIN number. He said my car does not exist with the VIN number provided. I leave and get back to my office and do a VIN lookup / license plate lookup and it finds my car from a google query.I don't know if they have outdated systems but it was a waste of time. Went to another shop and it was done in 5 minutes.--Edit--I went back this year to get the inspection done, and there was an old guy who made sure things got taken care of and it was all good. It is worth noting that they still could not find my VIN properly, however he did something manually in the system and was able to get everything taken care of. Updated my review to 5 stars as a result of the better service.

**UPDATE**Just look at how the owners respond to reviews. It's indicative of the customer service you will receive if any issues arise. Ha! What a joke this business has turned into. Under new ownership and your best bet is to find a new mechanic. Mac is a snake willing to smile in your face and lie to make a quick buck. Came in for brakes and rotors & this guy is a bold face liar. He said I need new calipers along with my brake job. Then, proceeds to quote me $2,550. I did a little research and the dealership didn't even cost that much! Not to mention calipers weren't even needed! Even the Audi dealership was shocked that Mac said I needed new calipers. After comparing Auto Check to dealership pricing, this man tried to charge me over $1,000 for a job that was completed in less than 1 hour! That is highway robbery! I'm telling everyone I know, family members, church members and coworkers, to stay far, far away from these grimey, untrustworthy scammers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This place is nothing but a rip-off!

As always, the service was excellent. Great customer service. John at the front desk does a really good job explaining things. The owner, Tanzil, even said hello and made sure my experience was good and that I was totally satisfied. Will definitely bring my other vehicles here for service. I highly recommend.

Fast, affordable, professional and friendly Service. I walked into auto check on Park Row with my engine splash guard hanging and hot air coming out of my air conditioner. I met Freddy upon arrival I explain my concerns and he spoke with John. I waited in the comfy leather chairs in the lobby where you can help yourself to a cold soda or water. John came and spoke to me and suggested the freon service with dye and explain they could put clips in my splash guard underbody. It was late in the afternoon so I did not expect they would be able to perform services same day. However I asked if it was at all possible . He said the underbody could be fixed today but he was not sure about the freon service. But John pulled a few strings and made sure that I walked out with my underbody hooked up and cold air running out of my air conditioner! Thank you John for saving me from the sauna I called my car LOL! I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I also appreciate they did not haggle me or try to upsell me on other services! The last thing I was concerned about was the unexpected expense but they were very affordable so they made my day and I did not break the bank! Thanks guys you all rock!
