This place was amazing! I had been in an auto accident 2 days ago and took it here to make sure my car was safe to drive home to Wichita, KS. They unfastened a piece under the bumper that had become loose and when I asked what the charge was, I was told there would be no charge! My son has used this facility for 10 years and highly recommended them. I wish I had a place like this where I live.

Taylor was super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very inviting, service is fast, customer service is excellent from the time you walk in the door. Has the feeling of a local neighborhood auto mechanic where everyone knows your name. Will return for any car needs in the future! Highly recommend!

My car started overheating on my way to work, and I brought it into ACU by coincidence due to convenience. I was genuinely grateful for the way the front desk staff helped take care of me, and let me relax while they thoroughly inspected my vehicle. I received excellent service and I now feel confident that they will be my new go-to mechanic for all of my vehicles moving forward.

Came in to get my headlights fixed and he fixed them so easily and didn t even charge me. I appreciate people who are fair. I m definitely their new customer for anything else I need.

They were ablt to fix the mulitple problems with my car in a timly manner and gave me great recommendations. Oscar was extremely helpful and took care of eveything with my extended warrenty, the tech was knowledgable and diagnosed issues another shop could not figure out. Would definitely recommend this shop!

Glad I found this auto shop. I came here for a second a opinion after receiving a massive (inflated) repair estimate from one of the more glitzy shops nearby.This is a no BS, look-you-in-the-eye operation. Owner and front desk guys are honest and straight-to-the-point. No frills, no pine-needles-on-the-air-filter-gimmicks. Waiting area has a classic, austere feel, as if the management cares more about fixing cars than greasing fresh fish for the fry.Save yourself that sinking feeling in your stomach when you suspect a place is giving you the time and give this shop a try.I will be bringing my other cars here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Very honest and amazing spot. Had toyota tell me my rear axle needed to be replaced($1500-$2000) called auto care unlimited and they lifted the vehicle and checked it thoroughly. They said there was nothing wrong, even had me look at it and said it was perfectly fine. Great staff and great shop, the most honest people i have met. Definitely recommend

Fast service, high quality repairs tailored to your needs. I've gone to these guys for: alternator issues, wheel bearing wear, engine troubles, and even some minor body work. All kinds of stuff - this is my go-to shop. They don't price gouge you when the fix is something minor. I usually drop my car off late in the day after work and it's ready by the early afternoon of the next day. If you drop your car off early enough, it will be ready the same day. Even the one time last year I needed bodywork, I was like "I just need it done cheap and super fast, but I don't need it to be pretty." The guy said they could manage that, and I was prepared to get a pretty scruffy looking patch-up but when I saw the completed job I couldn't believe it was the same car. It was a miracle, you could hardly even notice the damage. They innovated a solution, and it looks amazing and has held up well. These guys take pride in their work.

First of all, I do my own mechanical work as much I can because I know what I am doing. As for the works that is beyond my level (lack of proper tools and equipment) , I go to Autocare Unlimited. This is one of the very few shops in town that I can absolutely trust to get the job done without unnecessary upsales, and to have it done right the first time.

The guys at the front desk were VERY HELPFUL. The ignition coil was causing a misfire and they were able to replace the coil pack for a reasonable price! Thank you Auto Care, you guys are my new go to spot for any car troubles I have

Had a great experience. These guys listened to my concerns and addressed the issues. They did the work that was needed, while another shop I visited wanted to just replace a bunch of stuff. Very very happy with my experience. Came in with an oil pressure light, leaky radiator, ac system issue, etc, so it was not just simple maintenance. Definitely going there again.

So, my brother in law sent me to his mechanic after being unsuccessful with other shops in trying to find out my car s problem and I have to say, I am thankful for that referral. Here the staff at Auto Care Unlimited found out what the problem was and fixed it. I was communicating with Oscar who was honest, knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you guys!

I've used them several times, most recently for having my AC fixed. I had gone down the street because they were open longer. They wanted to charge me double what Auto Care Unlimited charged me and that was only to diagnose the problem.The guys at Auto Care Unlimited are honest and friendly and do a good job.Service: A/C installation & repair

I have been coming here for my state inspection for about 2 years. They are very friendly and get to service quick! I have not had a need for any other car repairs (thank goodness) but I have witnessed them be just as professional and explain things with other customers while I waited for my car to be done. I usually take about 15-20 minutes here!(:

What a true blessing and of great help in time of need, of my 20 year old truck. They not only fixed my issues but went above and beyond what was expected. Also they honor; First Responders and Fire Fighters and Military Vets and Police!!!!Highly recommend them

I put about 150-200 miles daily on my e90 for work, with that being said it s hard finding a decent mechanic with good turn around times and not only that but they have very knowledgeable staff.They have done my battery, power steering, rack and pinion , and recently fixed an oil leak. Car is running great now. Will be bringing my other cars here in the future.Fair pricing compared to other shops.Staff works with you and they are very kind def recommend.

I came in on 3/25/21 looking to get my headlights replaced. The service was amazing. I was greeted by a gentleman that was very knowledgeable and very quick. He assured me that I could get my car fixed right away and the service would take no more than 45 min and he kept his promise. I was recommended to this place by a friend, they had been going here for years and always left satisfied, never any issues. I have to say that has always been my experience as well. Taylor especially is the best!! He is extremely informative, kind, and always takes the time to explain everything in detail to me. I never leave feeling ripped off like other places I ve been to. I took my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for an engine diagnostic. From the moment Taylor answered my call to me driving off, he was professional, courteous, and communicative. Although, I didn t get work done (because this car needs to go), I can tell this place is amazing and trustworthy. Taylor explained everything really well and was honest with great insight. Great service! I highly recommend for anyone needing any type of mechanical work! I needed brakes and repairs done to my car emissions to pass inspection. Car was ready when promised, my headlights look like new (they restored them),Taylor was extremely helpful, and Sean (the guy from the back) knew his business! Highly recommend!

They have been taking care of my cars for a few years now. There are a few decent mechanics in the area but this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly and professional. Their prices are reasonable. I get my car back in a timely manner. This is why they get my business year after year.

I went to this place after reading their great reviews. I walked in (on Tuesday) to replace head and brake light bulbs. The technician looked at it and said he needed to take the wheel off to replace the light and will take about an hour or two. The manager asked if I live in the area, and I said yes. Then asked me to stop by Friday afternoon saying they have fewer customers and would be a good time to get it done.I went there on Friday afternoon. The shop looked busy. I was told they were expecting me early morning. I said to them I came in the afternoon as they had told me to. I told him I could wait till five, but then the manager started giving me reasons and insisted come back the next day morning. I moved my other appointments to go to this place and also did not look for other options during the week. So disappointed!
