I took my car to Mr Lenny 2 times. My issue was engine light on. The first he stated he reset the sensor. He told me to drive the car for 14 to 30 miles. If light comes back on to bring it back. The engine light did not come back on. The refuse to start on first try. I have trying and trying. So I took it back and he said it s starting now. He doesn t know what to fix on it. He told me I have to wait until the car is not starting at all. Which means I have to get strained somewhere before he can say what need to be repaired. So, no I will not go back to Mr Lenny. Maybe he doesn t have machine to test my car. He didn t help me at all.

You will not find a more honest or knowledgeable mechanic than Lenny and his staff. I met Lenny 2 years after purchasing a used lemon from Archer Volkswagen. He refused to fix it because it was at a point of no return. I knew it but didn't have money for a new car while I hadn't finished paying on the lemon. He advised he could make it run, but it would be a costly waste of money. Others had told me the same, but most were more than willing to give me a 800.00 bill for what would not have been 2 months' worth of driving before another patch fix. His prices are the best. Most repairs are quick. He will even come to you for minor repairs if the car isn't running for a minimal fee. As the economy worsens, this is the mechanic shop you need. If America is moving towards being similar to Cuba with most of us maintaining and driving our older cars, Lenny with Ace auto is the mechanic you need.

Have been Going to Mr. Lenny since 2016. Nothing beats an honest mechanic and that's what he his. Great service and fair prices. If it's not his specialty he'll refer you to another service person just as reputable and honest. Love this place. Heading there today so he can shake his finger at me about my oil level

I take all my cars to Lenny, he is very straight forward on car repairs and always fixes them in a timely manner. These people were absolutely amazing to me! If I can give 10 stars I really would they went above and beyond for me fixing my steering column and coming to my apartment and being so nice! I love these people!!! If you use them you won t be disappointed I promise you that! The owner and the mechanics were the best I ve ever had!!!! Thanks y all!!!

Honesty is farfetched at this place. I went and explained what type of parts I wanted on my vehicles and it was understood but after 3x of the back and forth and my cash payment I followed them to see why my car was still acting up after they "fixed" it only to see that my parts were not dealership parts but rebuilt 2nd hand ish...bet they kept my original parts and hit a lic on all the valuable metal. Tried to play me for stupid because I'm a female but they played themselves. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE CON ARTISTS

UNC (Lenny) knows his information on all my vehicles! He was able to help with my super charger on my super bee, while all other mechanics in the Richmond/Rosenberg/Houston area were afraid to touch my vehicle. You have to make A.C.E. part of your family, because this place has changed my life!!

We have been going to ACE for many years= since he was a mobile mechanic.The owner Lenny is a very caring person.He is very honest, polite, and respectful. There have been many times he has helped us out during difficult times for us.This is one man who needs to be your family mobile mechanic. Come meet your new uncle Lenny. He warms up very quickly to new family.What work has he done for us? You name it. We had three cars ranging from a 1987 GMC old truck to a 2001 old jeep in 2016. Our son was in college and Lenny kept our cars and lives running smoothly. We have now modernized our cars but Lenny"s shop is the first place will go to in our times of need.So do get to know uncle Lenny.

Very great and nice staff. They take time to explain to us what was going on with our car (as we are french we don't have a great english). We are doing a big road trip across the USA and they feel very concern about our car.So it's a good place to go if you have a mechanic problem, I recommend them for sure!

A little confused about this place.It was highly recommended by a family friend.When I got there I explained that my car needed work a suspension problem I was already told about. Then I mentioned the engine power was reduced. The Man working there immediately started quoting prices to me as if I couldn't afford to have my car worked on. I already knew it needed a lot of work and my family was prepared to spend the money. He never asked to look at suspension or do a diagnostic on the car. Then he went to rattling off prices again as if to scare us away. "well I could charge you ninety dollars for a diagnostic test but I know" this man never went anywhere near my car. I perceived he did not want me or my boyfriend as a customer. Won't ever go back. I I only have one star bcoz I had to And the guy I was speaking with before the big bad boss walked in was concerned about my suspension. I appreciated that. The weather has been bad in Houston. Thanks for being so friendly. Not helping me with my car. And possibly putting another unsafe vehicle on the rode.

I was referred to them by a friend. Went by there to get my car worked on. When I saw them dam dogs running lose and barking I left. They were pit bulls too. That's bad for any business. Never take a chance on getting bit. Some people can't stand dogs and here's one. I will never go there again.

I also have a Mazda 6 2010. These cars are notorious for being incredibly difficult to work on, but they handled it like professionals. They quoted me a price at first then after working on it they definitely took a loss on it because they had to do more work due to it being a Mazda . They stuck with the original price !! That s hard to find with my Mazda. Definitely coming back

Thieves and liars. I went in for an alignment and struts. Thecar was worst off when I picked it up. He never changed my struts...how do I know? I took it to a dealership for a repair and my same old factory struts were still there. Also he added additional things which I did not ask for...during the repair he never called to tell me...only when I came to pick up my car, then was I informed. I will never go back and ought to sue them.

Argh. Mechanic was going to charge me $260 to just change a spark plug and a coil. While other mechanic told me he was going to charge me $180 for the whole spark plugs. 6. When I told him that, he said well you go stick with him and hang up on my face whoa what a professionalism.

Very good experience, the man who attended me was nice and all smiles and explained everything so that I could understand, I am not car savvy. There were some issues with my car warranty department but the mechanic was very patient in dealing with them.

They did my transmission for my volkswagen passat TDI. They did a good job and the transmission works just like the new transmission. They also do a good job in fixing the little things like interior panels and faulty sensors.
