Went to get my alignment done and ended up stranded on the side if the freeway because he did not tighten my tie rod after he messed with it and the tie rod came off while I was driving.

My vehicle was taken to Beck and Masten South and after a year of dealing with them incompetent mechanics to find the problem they never did and I'm never going there again. Then I took my vehicle to Monument Chevrolet and my vehicle was there for a whole month and the same situation those mechanics were playing the guessing game and they never found the problem either never going to them again either.My husband then brought my vehicle to Auto Americana Alignment Auto repair and Tire Services and immediately found the problem for an affordable price. It didn't have to sit at their shop for another month, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had an alignment done here. It was done quick and the price was fair. He didnt try to get more money out of me by telling me I needed more things replaced. I will definetly be coming back.

Because along with an honest answer and a DIY on how tio fix the problem I had with my truck at the time..... they didn't charge me a penny so I thought that was really cool of them it really helped me out and I was able to fix my truck myself so THANK U and keep up the good work!!!

The owners always changing the prices for some reason or another I have taken the same truck there 3 times and hes changed the price on me every 3 times he is definitely lost my business I recommend gone somewhere else he tried to say because the rent has gone up so hes passing the cost on over to the customer that is not a way of doing business ,I will definitely not go there no more very dishonest people.

This business has been in south houston for several years but still cheating people by overcharging. The owner will tell the helper to complete all the work with a lot of waiting around for your car. It doesn't help when you ask questions and the helper and has to run to the owner that's hiding in the back not wanting to speak to any customers. Maybe it's time for that business to retire instead of taking advantage of people with low income and no knowledge of how much parts and labor really cost.

If you want a honest and dependable job done bring it here. They have done multiple jobs on my aging vehicle and all have been professionally done and cheaper than the national shops. See Jesus.

Been here twice and both times I was told I need a kit. The kit cost 125.00 plus tax plus alignment. I don't believe both cars need it. Seems like a scam. I'm skeptical.
