They were recommended to me and these people are excellent. Clearly your attitude greatly affects the performance of any person. They know their business and work 100%. Christ gives excellent service. I recommend you have patience and common sense when you require their services. We all know Houston is very hot and they actually do a great job.

A Great place that has carved its niche and cracked the code in the Houston Car Air Condition business.Chris and his friendly workers are competent and there s pretty much NOTHING they haven t seen with problematic auto air conditions ONE MORE THING, Do not walk through this Man s door with a Take 5 oil change mindset.(wait in your car & 10 minutes later you have cold air)!Pack a healthy dose of patience. If you are the impatient type LEAVE the car and pick it up later!These guys are methodical and practical with their approach to auto air conditioning; and that requires TIME!When you think really about it. It s always better to be slow and right rather than fast and wrong!GOOD JOB GUYS!(Breakfast tacos on me next time I m in the area)

Excellent service and price. We live in PA and while in Houston the air broke on my boufriends big truck. Chris took him right in and fixed it for half the price of the dealer and went out of his way to make sure we were good to go back North. Highly recommend. Thanks Chris

I just moved to the area when my heater core started leaking. I was recommended this place and ended up selecting it after getting quotes from multiple shops. I wanted to select an honest shop that would take good care of my car, as the job required taking out the whole dash and windshield in order to replace the heater core. The core was replaced successfully, and the car looks exactly how it does when I brought it in. Not only that, but the price for the job was way less than the other shops I requested a quote from. Highly recommend!

These guys were the 3rd place we looked at when we priced around to get our AC fixed. Chris was very polite and gave great customer service. The first 2 places we went to over charged us for every little thing and gouged is for labor. Chris had our car ready in a few hours and did it all for a 1/3 of the price we were quoted at other places. We re only bringing our cars here from now on!

Didn't fix the problem. Still only have neutral air blowing through a/c - no cool or cold air. Left our vehicle overnight Tuesday night (had dropped it off at 6:30am)and picked it up Wednesday late afternoon. Again left our vehicle overnight Thursday night (had dropped it off again around 6:30am) and picked it up Friday late afternoon. We will again drop off our vehicle tomorrow, Monday early morning 6-21-21 to see what will happen now. New condenser, and compressor, and other parts replaced for around $900.00. Not at all pleased with this place.

Last time I went. The dude told me the compressor was bad. I went home did some research. I replaced high pressure valve and had it vacuumed. Its been working ever since. Saved me $650 dollars. Shame on you .

These guys never managed to fixed my ac I have went to them multiple times because I m uncle owns a dealership so they would do his ac works in cars but at one time they mest up my car and was turning off and on on me till I drove up there and made them check it and they said they didn t know what had happen and they were the only once who worked in my car I had to pay a tow truck and fix the issue and the guys never managed to fixed it I had went to the shop after everything and they guess the issue every time I spent about $2,000 with these guys. Worst services ever

My husband went there for a part. So apparently they have all type of hoses for trucks possibly older chevy trucks. I don't know much about all the parts they carry

I got quotes from 4 different AC service centers before choosing Auto Air Conditioning parts(5450 Gulf Fwy, Houston, TX). I got quotes from the following service centers1. Neil's Auto Air Service2. Auto Air Conditioning Parts3. Dixie Auto Air, Inc.4. Auto Air Conditioning CenterAll 4 have few things in common1. Super busy, Poor ambiance, No restrooms, Not very friendly. Very limited parking space. No free Wi-Fi, cheaper than dealership price. Out of all Dixie Auto doesn't have a waiting room or office. They were buys fixing some stuff while I was asking questions. (I didn't go inside Neil's so can't comment on that)2. All are closed on Sundays. Except for Neils, all others are open on Saturday. None of them provide shuttle service.3. I don't think they replace genuine OEM parts(I believe they replace either SANDEN or UAC brand compressors. It costs somewhere between $170 - $300).DiagnosisNeil's was charging $55 for diagnosis. Auto air conditioning center was charging $30 for diagnosis. But for me, they didn't charge anything for diagnosis. Mostly you will be charged $0 to $55 for diagnosis.My 2013 Jetta needed a new compressor.Quote1. Neil's - They asked $900 with parts and labor (They answered my questions promptly via phone). $55 for diagnosis. They claimed that they will replace the genuine OEM compressor.2. Auto Air Conditioning Center charged $750 with parts and labor. If we buy our own parts then they charged $250 labor.3. Dixie charged $300 for labor without parts.4. Auto Air Conditioning Parts charged $600 with parts and labor. They didn't charge anything extra for diagnosis. They are also selling compressors in wholesale.Why I choose Auto Air Conditioning parts?My main reason for choosing them was, they were open on Saturdays. Good Google reviews, lesser quote.Negatives:After diagnosis, they didn't tell anything about the issue. They went ahead and started fixing the issue. I would appreciate if they educate the customer about the issue, the brand of compressor they are going to replace, about warranty.I knocked off 1 star mainly because of the restroom. I walked all the way 1.1 miles (22 minutes) to nearby Valero gas station to get some drink and use the washroom. You won't find anything nearby. I would appreciate if they improve the ambiance and provide free Wi-Fi and restroom facilities.Compressor:They said they replaced OEM compressor with SANDEN compressor. I am yet to verify. But I will verify and update my review. SANDEN seems to be a good brand. They are making OEM compressors for both GE and Ford. SANDEN seems to little costlier than other brands. They charged $299 for the compressor. I felt the price was good. They $215 for labor.Verdict:I highly recommend this place. Their compressor price was on par or cheaper than online stores. If you don't want to spend much in the dealership then this is the right place. They offer very good service at reasonable cost.There are compressors available even for $130 but I feel they sell only the good ones. They also provide a good warranty. While I was waiting at least 4 mechanics bought compressors from there.If you are looking for a beautiful waiting area with all amenities with warm welcome, like dealership then this is not a place for you.Note:They are super busy. If you plan to visit them after office hours you won't get an appointment. Even though in Google they mentioned the opening time as 9:00 am they open much earlier. Just be there around 8:15 am and be in the queue. Even though you reach the place earlier they will get the keys only after 9:00 am. It is a bad idea to wait there. Plan to drop your car and collect it after 3 hrs.

Don't ever take your buick enclave to this place I waited 2 weeks for my SUV and when I got it back my a\c worked for about 3weeks & started smoking and loosening pressure. We been back and forth since March of 2019. My SUV a\c is still acting up. Worst place ever zero stars ......my very upset.

Our 2009Toyota Highlander was diagnosed at another shop they said it needed a compressor, thermostatic expansion valve, and a filter drier. We took it to auto air and what it really needed was an evaporator it was replaced for a fair price and got a 1 year warranty. This is the only place I will go from now on in the Houston area. Ac is ok sometimes runs hot and every time I run the AC there is a noise. Went to Nissan for check it s the ac compressor but it s having problems let s see how it goes
