Everything went well, fast service and good customer service. Liked the customer waiting area aswell. -1 because of the car wash during returning my car after regular service. I was charged $550+ just as a labour charge (General service nothing major or extra) and the least basic I expect is my car washed exterior during delivery or atleast the same when I dropped it. I literally washed the car the day before. I posted the marks left on car when I took it. Allen/Hussain was the best CS and had lot of patience.

Once again, top-notch service from the Audi team from start to finish. Flor my service person kept me informed. But it was the management team that did it for me with their superior service of taking care of me. The loaner car process was good and quick. The Audi management team is the best. Don t walk run to get your car serviced here!!!

They were quick solve the problem within a couple of hours. I was back in my car. They made sure I had a loaner so that I would not be without my vehicle. Shaun was great. I have dealt with Mercedes and Jaguar and Audi is by far the best at making your service experience worth the visit.

My experience with Antoine from the service department at Audi has been absolutely fantastic. Over the past three years of leasing a car from Audi, Antoine's exceptional service has convinced me to possibly buy out my lease entirely. Unlike my previous experiences with BMW and Mercedes-Benz, where I faced issues and struggled to get assistance with warranties, Antoine has been a breath of fresh air. In a world where many in the car business prioritize upselling for a commission, Antoine stands out for his honesty, integrity, and genuine care for his customers. As someone in the real estate industry, I understand the importance of good customer service, and Antoine exceeds expectations in every way. He is not only a great service representative but also a genuinely good person. In fact, he is the primary reason why I am considering buying out my lease. I highly recommend working with Antoine to anyone buying an Audi, as my experiences with other representatives have been chaotic in comparison.

Excellent routine maintenance service this morning! Warm greeting from the staff on the service drive, and my service advisor, Christina was also there to greet me. I relaxed with some coffee in the customer lounge and got a little work done. Before I knew it, my car was washed and ready. Great experience!

Shaun was super helpful and he did a great job explaining my options for 20k services. He also made sure I had transportation back home and even offered to give me a loaner if needed. I am pleased.

Starting with the process of making an appointment to meeting the Service Consultant Antoine Oldham was an extremely positive experience. No waiting after arrival as Antoine already had details on my issues. Was kept updated on progress of the repairs and the pick up of our Audi was effortless. Also, a loaner was available which has not been the case with other Audi dealerships.

I m updating my review to 5 stars.After a difficult start on a previous appointment, these guys came around and gave me excellent service. Yes, the RS6 was there for 3 weeks, but I had a loaner and it wasn t something simple to resolve as they had to deal with Audi Corp.From a service standpoint, it was all good this time.Flor is a 5-star service advisor and she sets the bar high for everyone else.Daniel, Service Director, took the time and effort to make sure I was happy.Thanks everyone! I hope it s 7000 miles before I see you again ;-)

Audi Central Service Team is the best I have experienced. After terrible service from Land Rover and BMW, I didn't have high expectations.Antoine is always on his A-game when it comes to customer service. Today I witnessed him talking with a very concerned customer who had recently purchased a car. He was calm, polite, gave her his time by listening, and gave suggestions for her to get the answers she was seeking. There was no attitude, condescension, or frustration from Antoine. Impressive!!As for my personal service, he never lets me down!

Not the same once you buy a car vs lease a car. Unnecessary service encouraged at the same time they tried to get us to upgrade to a new vehicle or buy expensive extended service. Very disappointing, thought they were better than this.

Shaun Hegley was great! Impressed with his helpfulness, caring attitude and responsiveness. Also loved the video of my car done by the technician! DO NOT like Brook the automated phone operator - big waste of time and energy. I bought my car from Audi Central because of the people and I go back because of the people- DUMP THE ROBOT!

Upon arrival to Audi I pulled in and luckily there was someone there moving cars that greeted me but the amount of time was unreasonable. Upon entering the desk area not a single service advisor walked up to me until I was walked over to one. This Audi is not my favorite and their loaner car policy is not customer friendly. The only reason I went there is because they accepted my extended warranty for my vehicle. I wouldn t come here otherwise.
