I just moved to Houston and as you know it s difficult to find a mechanic in a new city. I was referred to Atlas by a family member and was very pleased with the service. I will definitely be returning for any future work needed. Thank you Atlas Auto Repair!

100% recommend these folks for alignment work. I haven t done anything else there, but I ll go back for sure if I need some more work done. Great people.

Great service, I got my alignment done here and they finished so quickly, I think I only waited like 30 minutes. Russ and Louis were so helpful! First time I ve been to a car shop where I felt at ease bc they said they would just take care of everything. He even switched one of my wheels bc he noticed the wearing was uneven and I didn t even ask for that!

I'm sure they do a good job, so I'm giving a 3 which may still be too high. This place advertised a free light check, yet quoted $125 when I showed up so I left. Bad business practice, but then so many mechanics do the same.

Russ, Lewis and the techs are awesome...I had taken my vehicle to three other shops that couldn't diagnose the running issue I had and they were able to find the problem the same day and it was finally fixed the next day ...thank you for all your help !!!

Discount tire broke three wheel studs off of my tire (apparently it's common on Subaru). Discount has a contract with Atlas so they replaced them for free of charge. While I was there I got an alignment for for 99 bucks. This place is a hidden gem. All in all I'm glad it happen, they found a couple of things wrong with my car and these guys quoted me a fair price. I will be returning.

I ve lived in the area for a long time and went to Atlas for an alignment after discount tire sent me there. Super friendly staff. Nice clean shop. Will def return for future work.

Great customer service, friendly staff and a pristine facility area.Needed an alignment after just getting tires rotated. They let us know right away that one of our tires was also leaking; Filled it up and suggested we head back. Open honest, communication and no extra charges of any kind. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future. One of my better experiences with car repair.There s also Lots of eating spots within walking distance while you wait.

No complaints. Shop was very OCD clean. They have a car for pickup/drop off. Friendly staff. Replaced wheel bolt for lug nut that another, to remain anonymous, discount tire shop broke off. But again, not mentioning the discount tire shop that broke it. What s important is these guys repaired it!Thanks Atlas Auto!

My experience at Atlas Auto was great! I went to get an inspection elsewhere and was told that the emissions test port wasn't connecting and that I would need to have that inspected before I could get an inspection. I wanted a second opinion and went to Atlas Auto because it was in the neighborhood. The manager was so kind and helpful. I brought the car in on Friday morning and he was able to fix the fuses and complete my inspection by Friday afternoon. He was so sweet and told me the history of the shop. I will soon be back to have my brakes checked. This is an honest shop and the manager was very helpful! Thank you Atlas for all you do! You have a customer for life!

I got an alignment and was pretty happy with result. My car doesn t shake anymore. Atlas has an alignment specialist who focuses on only alignments and uses advanced computerized car alignment with lasers to ensure proper alignment. They did it for $100 (usually $120) with a $20 referral discount from Discount Tire. All in all, very happy with the job. Thanks Atlas!

I arrived late (ny fault completely) but they still got to my car very fast and honored a discount they had given me the day before to help me out. EXTREMELY satisfied and will be coming back. Very friendly, professional, and all around good guys.

Took my fiance's car in for an alignment and the environment was very great, chill, and professional. They offer laser alignments. Very happy with the result. Would definitely bring my car back.

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to repair my car in a timely manner. The manager even gave me a price adjustment to help me out. That said, the parts and labor seemed quite high. Still, the quality of the work was great, and they do use dealership parts.

I went to Atlas to get a tire rotation and alignment after I had the tie rods replaced. The service was great and the waiting room sparkling clean with WiFi and coffee that I was able to use to get some work done while I was waiting. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I'll definitely be coming back for my general maintenance needs.Service: Wheel alignment

Louis was awesome! I am from out of town and my vehicle was making noise. He inspected the car immediately determined the problem. Stand up guy and business. Goes above and beyond to help his customers whether local and out of town! Don t think twice if you need an honest shop that goes above and beyond.

Took my BMW535i for oil change and brake service. Can't fault the customer service, faultless. Advice on repairs was sincere and friendly, they even kept the parts that were changed to show me when I came to collect my car. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I am torn because they do an amazing job but they are also incredibly expensive. Several occasions where my Infiniti was diagnosed and fixed within a day however there eventually came a time where a new car was a better situation than continuing to pay for repairs.Russ really does know his trade. Make sure you keep those coupons in the mail! Every dollar counts!

Have nothing but good things to say about this place! We start with the quality of work and customer service! Been taking my 750li to a different mechanic and something dint sound right about the quote he gave me. Did some search and was recommended to Atlas Auto went there Russell explain what was the problem and the mechanics where on point with their workmanship. Turns out my previous quote was 4 times higher!!! What a relief, I found this guys. Got my car back in one day, back on the road and will be coming back and highly recommend this place for any car repairs!

I cannot say enough about Russ & his crew. I broke down on a Friday afternoon & they had me back up and running-- although they had to stay late to get me back on the road. I will be recommending Atlas to all my friends & family, Great job & thanks' again for a job well done!

These guys are amazing. Not only do they provide expert, honest car care, but they also genuinely care about protecting their customers interests. On two separate occasions, I've called them about specific problems, and they have found ways to have the work done free at dealerships under little known or unpublicized extended warrantees. They always have excellent recommendations for any work they can't do, but so far I haven't found much. I will never work with anyone else so long as they're around.

Best mechanics in SE Texas. Honest and friendly. A treasure resource for us. We love our two old cars and Russ, Don, and Mike keep them running. Without Atlas we would have been forced to dump our cars and replace them with soul-less trash. Bless these guys.

I have never experienced this level of customer service anywhere....it exceeded my expectations. Jeff and Russ do a great job of explaining car repairs clearly and there is no pressure to perform repairs that are not immediately necessary.Fair and honest. They write the book on exceptional service.
