I got a huge crack in my windshield a few weeks ago, and found Atlas through Google. Like everyone else, I m a pretty busy working mom, but I was able to coordinate everything with them via text message, which they were very quick to respond to. I made my appointment for today, and they replaced my entire windshield in about an hour and a half. My customer service experience with them was super polite, professional, and thorough from the start. The price was also a nice surprise, lower than I expected. 10/10, would absolutely recommend for windshield replacement.

Needed a new windshield, called Atlas to make an appointment and made sure they had the windshield in stock. I go to my appointment, and they tell me it s a two hour wait. Told the gentleman I would wait at the coffee shop next-door. 2 1/2 hours later they call me to tell me they don t have the windshield. Why tell a customer that they have the windshield if they don t? Why wait 2 1/2 hours later to tell the customer they don t have it? The lady said she called me to tell me earlier, but I didn t answer. She literally called me less than 5 min earlier than the second call I got from a different number. My husband had the same experience, but he was nice enough to go back anyway. This is 2x they did this! They will do what they can to get you in their shop and can t complete the job. Would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

Quick response, worked with my insurance after the other party was deemed not responsible. Offered OEM, Direct match with an aftermarket brand and then least expensive. Only shop out of three that examined my submitted photo and saw I would need body work due to location of impact. Rep offered to make an appointment for me with their partnering body shop. Glass came in when they said it would, cleaned up well after install. Highly recommend.

Called this place after being stood-up by Safelite (boo!) and was thrilled to find them friendly, considerably less expensive on the actual windshield cost, well stocked, and available to install the next day. Took a bit longer than I anticipated, bring a book!, but they did a totally fantastic job. Lifetime warranty for everything you expect a warranty to cover too! Good job, I thank them, and I highly recommend them.

After saw so much good review, decided to drive one hour change the glass in this shop, booked one week ahead, told them what brand glass what I want, after waiting 5 hours in office, finally the job done, they still give me other brand, and they did not make calibration of the car, waiting for another one hour, finally it s done. Their worker damaged my car while they replace the glass, the customer service are horrible. The girl pick up the phone said the manger will call me back, but he never did!

Really grateful for this shop. My car got broken into last night and this was the first shop I called and Ivan was so kind and helpful. Ivan offered me a discount which was so helpful especially around the holidays. It s unfortunate that scumbags roam this earth but I m glad I was to find this place, speak to Ivan and was taken great care of and given amazing service. Shoutout to the tech who replaced my window and for vacuuming all the glass out of my back seat. You re the real MVP! All in all my visit was great and the service was A1 and I will totally recommend this place to anyone and I will surely be back for any window repair or maybe a tint if need be in the future. I was enjoying an evening out with friends celebrating her birthday and unfortunately we were both experienced vandalism. My back rear window was completely gone. I had to find a window repair fast and shopping around Atlas Auto was the best choice for me. They were very friendly and were done in no time, helped me get back on the road again.

My car got broken into and the next day I took my car to them and they were able to repair my broken windows that day! One got completely smashed in and the other badly cracked. I recommend this car shop! They also vacuumed out all the glass which I appreciated.

I called them Saturday morning about a window busted out in my daughter s car. They had the glass transferred to their store and got it done same day. Highly recommend and super friendly! A+++

Atlas Auto Glass Paint & Body did a great job helping me to quickly repair my window and match the tint after someone had broken it out overnight. They were very affordable too and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!

Took my 2021 Tesla model s in for service. I dropped it off early in the morning and did not hear anything about it until right before they closed. I had already submitted all my pictures, my car model and everything. At the end of business day I received a call that they DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE WINDSHIELD. How is that even possible? How did they realize it didn t fit 8 hours later? They ended up putting the wrong one on for me temporarily and I still had to pay for it while they ordered an OEM for me. I wanted them to put on my original one but they told me that they couldn t do that. So essentially I was forced to do business with them no matter what now. A week later I came back for them to reinstall the oem windshield that ended up costing me another $1000. The only reason I went here was because of the cheaper price if I had known I had to get an oem I would ve gone somewhere else entirely but since they couldn t put my original windshield on, I had no other choice but to come back. When I came back for the to replace their wrong aftermarket windshield, they ended up somehow BREAKING MY FRONT DOOR HANDLE. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? They tried blame me for it LOL. The door obviously worked when they even told me the worked with both front door open and somehow it was stuck and I could only open it from the inside after the service. The tech tried to fix it by taking the door apart, but I told them after watching them for 30minutes to put everything back together because clearly they did not know what they were doing and now I had to waste more time going to a Tesla dealership to get it fixed. Long story short, my car has been in Tesla service center for many days now and I am stuck with a loaner. They did not offer me a discount on their mistake for the wrong windshield or for the door handle. The owner was supposed to call me to follow up with the incident but I still haven t heard a thing. PLEASE I ADVISE YOU DO NOT GO HERE.

Unprofessional staff which led to an absolute horrid experience. I advise you to take videos and pictures of your car BEFORE you hand them the keys. Make sure you document (using a video) the paint on your car and that your windshield wipers work FINE before the car is turned over to them. AND before you leave turn on your windshield wipers to make sure they work. OTHERWISE, they will damage your car and break the motor of your windshield AND attempt to GASLIGHT you into believing somehow YOU did it or it was like that before which was not.In December 2023, I decided to go to ATLAS instead of Safelite Auto glass. I deeply regret this decision. When I called ATLAS to get a quote to have my windshield changed by them, they quoted me $250. I would shortly pay 5x more to fix what they damaged. I then received the quote which stated it was $136.03. I verified it was correct and was told yes. I then on December 4th drove to the West Dallas location and checked in-to my appointment.The young lady in the reception area was arguing with someone on the phone. Once she was done, I gave her my information and she proceeded to charge me $250. I showed her the quote I received and explained the $136.03 was confirmed. She called the person who sends the quote and starts talking to him an in unprofessional manner and I can hear him too. She tells him she doesn t want to explain that to me and that she was going to pass the phone to me so he could talk to me. He is yelling DON T GIVE HER THE PHONE. The young lady gives me the phone and the guy hangs up when I say hi.The quote guy calls me and reluctantly honors the quote of $136.03 that was emailed to me.When my car was ready, I noticed there was glue all over the side of the car where someone would lean into to work on the windshield. I immediately told the lady in the office where she told me that was not them. Ma am? The glue is in the same spot on both sides of the car by the windshield! A guy came out and they called the guy who installed it and he denied doing it so the staff blamed me. It must have been there before is what they told me. The glue was extremely hard to get off and it damaged the paint on the car.On the 4th on my way home, it was not raining. I put the car inside my own garage and left it there for 1 day. No one had access to the car except me. On day 2, I drove it on 59 and it started to rain, I turned on my windshield wipers and the left one was broken completely not functional. I immediately removed myself from the freeway and waited until the rain passed and drove it home. I called ATLAS as soon as I arrived home to request ATLAS to look at the car as this was not broken before I took my car there. At first, they said of course you can bring it in, it's under warranty don't worry. We can get you in today . But that quickly changed when I sent them the video they requested on what was going on with the windshield wipers. I was told there was an absolutely zero possibility that they broke the windshield wiper. I explained I used the windshield wipers the day before taking the car to Atlas and the windshield wipers worked. I also explained the car had only been in my own garage and their shop. The treated me as I didn t know what I was talking about because I was a pregnant woman. When I requested a manager or corporate to call me the guy said sure . I requested a refund and the guy stated he couldn t do that. I was denied the corporate number or manager's number when requested. I never heard from a manager nor corporate. I took the car to the dealership where they explained the motor had been broken due to aggressive removal of the windshields. The cost to fix it would be $1109.06. This was a very expensive repair. It has been frustrating to have to deal with such an unprofessional company and their employees. I would never recommend Atlas and have been telling anyone who needs a windshield repair to stay away from this terrible company that does not take any accountability for their actions.

Safelite who? This place has them beat hands down! Safe light wanted 440 to replace glass and had to wait till next Tuesday! Atlas had the glass in stock and did it for 220! That is service and I was extremely appreciative thank you for making a bad day great!

This company saved me over $250.00 dollars and helped me with a Veterans discount. So Veterans make sure you check this company out before using someone else.Their warranty and guarantees are excellent as well.On top of all this their customer service is great. This place is FANTASTIC!! Truly can t say enough good things! They worked hard to get us in the same day we called, the staff was so amazing, cheerful and helpful. The waiting area was big and kid friendly. The work done was great. They vacuumed out my whole van!

My car was broken in to and the glass knocked out. I wanted to get it fixed quickly. I called Atlas, and spoke to Hayden. He was so friendly and helpful, and said they would take care of it that day. Leonardo came to where my car was to put in the glass. He was personable and incredibly efficient. The work was done so quickly and the window looks and works great. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

My truck's passenger window was smashed by a thief while my daughter and I were visiting from Austin. Safelite told meit would be 4 day wait and we were facing a windy 3 hour drive back home, but Atlas Auto came through!!! They squeezed us in on a Saturday and had us on the road in an hour. And at a reasonable price to boot.They restored my window and my hope for humanity. Thanks Atlas!Service: Auto side window replacement

Had a stressful day needing two windows replaced, and everyone at this business was absolutely amazing to interact with. They took care of the issue in a timely manner and even gave me a discount due to one of the replacements being (almost unnoticeably) scratched and offered to replace it for free if I wanted to come back and have that done. Fantastic business, very professional and kind.(The coffee shop next door is also very good, and a great place to wait for your repair to be finished.)

My entire experience with Atlas was great! (Other than my windshield getting smashed in the first place.) They were able to fit me in same day and the price was very good (significantly less than the big places).They gave me options for OEM vs aftermarket, but didn't try to upsell.I really appreciated how communicative and clear folks were at every step. The staff was fantastic, and I'm extremely happy with the result!

Leonardo came out this morning and got to work right away. He replaced my car window and I only had to step out of my house once to pay! This was incredibly helpful as I am working. He updated me and was able to finish the job quickly. I highly recommend Atlas, as they really try to work with you to get it done right. Can t thank this place enough! I had someone break into my car & my drivers window was gone. They not only repaired my window, but also vacuumed the glass that was in my car. Fast & amazing service.! There s also a cute little coffee shop next door which was convenient for me to work on my laptop while waiting on my car. Definitely recommended this place to everyone!

Extremely poor communication on the behalf of atlas. I made a appointment at one of there satellite, installment shops I arrived 20 mins early and drove 20 miles one way and gotten to were it looked like an abandoned building. I never received any sort of response from atlas or any on behalf of Atlas. It wasn t until two days later I had to call in order to receive my initial $59 deposit that I had to put down to get my windshield to this abandoned location. Extremely disappointed with this company.

I called Atlas auto glass after my BMW dealer wasted my time and tried to sell a 2800$ repair bill on me. (for a windshield if you can believe it)The rearview mirror had come apart, the backing plate was still fused to the windshield.I called and they requested pictures to ensure they could fix it...they accept text messages on their main number.A company not trying to waste my time? AmazingI sent them some pictures, and they responded via text, they stated they could fix it.They resolved the issue by gluing the the mirror back onto the windshield, and had me out within 30 minutes, I was quoted 3 hours wait, they got me out in 30 minutes.Under promised, over delivered.They will have all of my future business possible.

Someone broke my windshield, it was shattered all over my driver's side and I was unwilling to drive with it broken. Atlas sent someone to me to repair my windshield, they were able to do it within an hour. The top right corner of the molding kind of stuck out after the repair, they told me to come in to their and they fixed that and blew out the glass that was in my car, no extra charge.
