Found out my sunroof was somehow shattered on my way to work Saturday night (Audi Q5). Request quotes from a few places on Sunday morning. Altas was the first to respond and gave me an estimate that day. I was able to drop my car off Monday and have it back Tuesday looking like nothing happened. 100% recommend. Good pricing, good quality, and super quick! Thanks!

Trey and Leonardo really did come through with their promise to fix my windshield on the same day that I called. This business has great customer service and I highly recommend trying out their services. They will take care of you in the best way possible and im very grateful for the way they handled my situation at the current time. They are very good at what they do. Definitely look forward to good service when it comes to windshield replacement.

Unprofessional staff which led to an absolute horrid experience. I advise you to take videos and pictures of your car BEFORE you hand them the keys. Make sure you document (using a video) the paint on your car and that your windshield wipers work FINE before the car is turned over to them. AND before you leave turn on your windshield wipers to make sure they work. OTHERWISE, they will damage your car and break the motor of your windshield AND attempt to GASLIGHT you into believing somehow YOU did it or it was like that before which was not.In December 2023, I decided to go to ATLAS instead of Safelite Auto glass. I deeply regret this decision. When I called ATLAS to get a quote to have my windshield changed by them, they quoted me $250. I would shortly pay 5x more to fix what they damaged. I then received the quote which stated it was $136.03. I verified it was correct and was told yes. I then on December 4th drove to the West Dallas location and checked in-to my appointment.The young lady in the reception area was arguing with someone on the phone. Once she was done, I gave her my information and she proceeded to charge me $250. I showed her the quote I received and explained the $136.03 was confirmed. She called the person who sends the quote and starts talking to him an in unprofessional manner and I can hear him too. She tells him she doesn t want to explain that to me and that she was going to pass the phone to me so he could talk to me. He is yelling DON T GIVE HER THE PHONE. The young lady gives me the phone and the guy hangs up when I say hi.The quote guy calls me and reluctantly honors the quote of $136.03 that was emailed to me.When my car was ready, I noticed there was glue all over the side of the car where someone would lean into to work on the windshield. I immediately told the lady in the office where she told me that was not them. Ma am? The glue is in the same spot on both sides of the car by the windshield! A guy came out and they called the guy who installed it and he denied doing it so the staff blamed me. It must have been there before is what they told me. The glue was extremely hard to get off and it damaged the paint on the car.On the 4th on my way home, it was not raining. I put the car inside my own garage and left it there for 1 day. No one had access to the car except me. On day 2, I drove it on 59 and it started to rain, I turned on my windshield wipers and the left one was broken completely not functional. I immediately removed myself from the freeway and waited until the rain passed and drove it home. I called ATLAS as soon as I arrived home to request ATLAS to look at the car as this was not broken before I took my car there. At first, they said of course you can bring it in, it's under warranty don't worry. We can get you in today . But that quickly changed when I sent them the video they requested on what was going on with the windshield wipers. I was told there was an absolutely zero possibility that they broke the windshield wiper. I explained I used the windshield wipers the day before taking the car to Atlas and the windshield wipers worked. I also explained the car had only been in my own garage and their shop. The treated me as I didn t know what I was talking about because I was a pregnant woman. When I requested a manager or corporate to call me the guy said sure . I requested a refund and the guy stated he couldn t do that. I was denied the corporate number or manager's number when requested. I never heard from a manager nor corporate. I took the car to the dealership where they explained the motor had been broken due to aggressive removal of the windshields. The cost to fix it would be $1109.06. This was a very expensive repair. It has been frustrating to have to deal with such an unprofessional company and their employees. I would never recommend Atlas and have been telling anyone who needs a windshield repair to stay away from this terrible company that does not take any accountability for their actions.

Car got broken into last month and the great team at Atlas helped me out within two hours! When I said wow that was fast! The lady at the front desk said it usually goes faster. She was very kind and helpful, great employee to have!

I stopped by this shop 3 weeks ago to get my windshield replaced. They estimated a total of 2 hours wait for the replacement window to arrive and then be installed. I walked to a coffee shop to wait and get some work done, although they did offer to give me a ride to where I wanted to go.The service was excellent, but the place could use a little sprucing up, especially the waiting area. But it is mainly a shop and no indoor receiving/waiting area.I got my windshield replaced for $250 on the same day I searched them up, so I really have no other issues with our transaction.The receipt was electronic which helps eliminate paper waste and that's a plus for me.Thanks again!!

My driver s side front window was shattered on East Freeway at 8am. I called them at 10:30am. They took me at 11am, and had me out of there at 12:30pm. All for a very fair price. They really took the sting out of a unfortunate situation. Thanks.

They took a bit longer than expected, but nothing unreasonable. I had the front windshield replaced on my SUV, and they did a fantastic job. They were very attentive to every detail and I feel they went above and beyond. Seamless experience, I will use them again, for sure. (hoping I won't have to, but if I do...)

Filled out the online form to get a quote and Justin called me promptly. We set up a mobile service for the same day. Manny came to my home within the time period, and he replaced my windshield very quickly. Super convenient, affordable, and great service! Very happy!

Terrible experience. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am and was told it would be 2 hours. I assumed they meant 3, so I gave my number to call me when ready. At 2pm (4 hours) I had not heard anything so I went up to the shop and they told me 45 more minutes and that they would call me. Also, throughout the day I called no less that 8 times and no one ever answered. So, I had to keep driving up there to check. That cost me about 2 hours of drive time. Anyway, no one called me so I drove back up at 430pm (6.5 hours after drop-off time) AND THEY WERE CLOSED! They are listed online as open until 530pm. So, my car was locked up inside the building and my son needed it the next day for work. I walked around the building trying to get my car and it was locked a full hour before closing time. Fortunately, I found a technician in his truck about to leave. He said my car was inside and he showed me but it didn't even have a windshield! He said I could call the owner and tried...multiple times. No answer and of course voicemail was too full. The owner texted me that he would get a technician up there to help the other one get it installed but that was a lie. The present technician was honest towards me and said no one was coming. So I ended up helping him to install the windshield. What am I paying for at this point? I regret to say that I DID end up paying for the "service" but only because the technician was nice and honest and I was hoping this went to his paycheck. This is a very dishonest place and I highly recommend finding a different place for windshield repair. I paid $340 to drive two hours, be ignored, face undue stress of having my car locked up that my son needed, and then installed my own windshield.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They actually replaced my windshield twice. They came out the first time, on time, and had my windshield changed out within 1 hour. A week later I got in my truck and the windshield had cracked overnight. I called them up and they told me they would replace it again at no cost since it might have had a defect which caused it to crack. They provided top notch service, pricing was competitive, everything was great about my experience. These guys are great, efficient and friendly. I've had my window replaced here before when my back passenger window was smashed out. They did a great job, it took about 2 hours at a reasonable price and I was on the road again. Unfortunately for me, this is my second time coming back to get my front passenger window replaced. They do a good job and in a timely matter. I always refer my friends here!

My family and I have used Atlas glass for a few years now and their service has always been top notch. This morning when my truck was broken into and the driver s door glass was shattered they promptly came out to the hospital where the truck had been burglarized. Their prices and services are excellent. Ivan, the technician that replaced my window today was professional and proficient. Communication throughout the process was awesome. I can highly recommend Atlas Glass without hesitation.

Awesome service! I spent 2 hours on the phone with my insurance company. The best they could do was 4 days out. I called Atlas and they had it done 2 hours later! Really reasonable price! I will be referring friends and colleagues!

Atlas Auto Glass was very quick to contact me after I filed my claim. They offered to come where I was that afternoon to fix my window. They were even early to come fix the window, and Reggie did an excellent job. He was very nice and professional, and he was extremely efficient. He went above and beyond my expectations and I am truly grateful. I would recommend Atlas to anyone and will be coming back if and when the need arises again.

Amazing service! I have used them to replace my windshield after a rock chip and also used them to repair a broken rear window when a thief decided to break it. Both times they came to my work and fixed it while I was in the office. Technicians were very professional and quick! Both times it took them less than 30 mins and they even wiped and cleaned the inside of my vehicle.

I was referred to Atlas through a friend after having my window shattered from a burglary. This company made the whole process so easy. I was greeted with a very friendly young lady when I called Atlas on a Sunday morning and was given the option to have the window replaced that same day! I ended up scheduling an appointment with them that following Monday. They were able to send an associate out to my job to replace the window while I worked. Milad provided great customer service, was very prompt, and did an excellent job with the repair. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

I called around several places and this was the best price I found (gave me 3 options), they came to my workplace and replaced the windshield in about 40 minutes. Communication was also great to let me know when they'll be here and when they finished! Couldn't have gone any smoother! It also rained shortly after they put the new windshield in and all seems good :)

When my windshield was damaged, I contacted a couple of places. Atlas was the first to respond and they are on my insurance company's preferred provider list. Sam scheduled the replacement at my office. Mahdi called ahead, got here on time, and got the windshield replaced quickly and cleanly. Great customer service and price!

Super impressed with the quick service from Atlas. Had my windshield replaced today using their mobile service. Atlas sent Sina to my office and he had it replaced in less than 45 minutes . . . and that's including the time he explained everything and I paid. He did a great job and was polite and professional.Also, I couldn't find a better price anywhere else - really an awesome value for the service.

Quick and quality service! My front passenger window wouldn't go up and down, so I brought my car here. They took the door panel off, checked the regulator and motor, and decided neither needed to be replaced but that the switch was poorly connected (which meant a less costly fix). They fixed it, all while I sat in the waiting room. Everyone seemed honest, friendly, and ready to help. Would definitely go back.

Unfortunately my car was broken into. During all tis Covid-19 situation, it seems people are more and more desperate to break into people's cars to find things. My car just so happened to be one of those out of all the cars parked on the street. It happened between Saturday night and through Sunday evening (when I finally decided to get out of the house). On Sunday night I called at 8pm and the office number went straight to voicemail. However I received a text message immediately right after. I spoke to the owner, Allen and he was so caring and compassionate. With my specific situation, he responded so well and with so much care. He gave me a price that truly helped me and I was able to get my passenger window fixed. It was smashed and glass was everywhere. His technicians were so kind to me. They even fixed it with the original stock tint. They fixed it the next day (monday) and it looks great. I was able to roll the window up and down before I left and the class was vacuumed up.

Had my rear passenger window smashed by thieves and called around to a few places for a replacement. Not only was Atlas the best price, they were also very accommodating for schedules. On top of a great install the guys even vacuumed up all the broken glass. Everyone I dealt with here was very friendly and professional. Price was exactly as quoted over the phone. Outstanding job and unbeatable service. I hope I don't need this service again but if I do I would not even think of going somewhere else. 5 star business!

Take your business elsewhere. I had them replace windows on two vehicles after several break-ins in my parking garage. Did they put the glass in? Yes. It's water tight. BUT, the job was poorly done and messy. The black tar that is used to seal the glass was smeared on the interior but most importantly the person who replaced the glass broke a large part of the door panel behind the door handle and have refused to replace it. I have called multiple times and spoken with several people and have gotten absolutely nowhere. They even took a piece of the broken door panel for "color matching" and still nothing. They have given me the runaround and absolutely refuse to replace the part they broke. Pay the extra 100$ and go elsewhere. This is not worth it.
